Erin is so incredible, this review does not do her justice. Erin was phenomenal all the way through beginning at our initial meet up, where she provided awesome templates to help piece our day together so no piece went missing, to the day of, where she coordinated everyone and everything so perfectly, I am not sure she is human! Truly incredibly thankful for her as she took so much pressure off our shoulders and made it the best day of our lives. I cannot begin to imagine the nightmare our wedding day would have been without her. Erin was the glue!
From the first time I spoke with ErinKyle over the phone to discuss Kyle and Vines services, I knew that she would make sure our day was everything we wanted it to be. Her level of professionalism is unmatched from any planner I’ve worked with.
The planning process was so helpful. We had a destination wedding in Savannah and we were able to able to plan everything over zoom until our final walkthrough. They provided worksheets that helped us make decisions that we hadn’t even thought of yet! Our wedding day was the best day of our life thanks to ErinKyle and her team. I never thought I would be able to say that about our wedding day and I’m so thankful. She covered every single thing the day of from timing to music to photography, it was perfect. We had two tricky locations and many moving parts. I still have no idea how it all came together so beautifully and perfect because my bridesmaids, husband, and groomsmen were able to sit back, relax, and enjoy every moment because Kyle and Vine made it so seamless. She provided to-scale floor plans, timelines, and was so present for every second of our day. She took care of us from the minute we started getting ready to the last pick up at the end of the night. She even found my mom during our first dance so she wouldn’t miss it. She coordinated every detail and every vendor perfectly. I could not have pulled off this event without her and her team. I highly recommend Kyle and Vine for your wedding and event coordinating needs. It was the most important decision we made for our wedding. Thank you so much!!
Kyle & Vine was such an important part of our wedding day - we truly couldn't have done it without them! So thankful for all of the work, communication with vendors & help that Erin Kyle provided on the wedding day as well as the preparation leading up to it.

One of THE BEST decisions we made was working with Kyle & Vine for our wedding day! We were fortunate enough to get to work with Erin ourselves and she did not disappoint! We only got the Month of Coordination package, but Erin provided us with various documents to keep our planning on track and had regular check-ins with us. From coordinating the details between our vendors and keeping us informed she was on it! The wedding day ran so smoothly, and I know it was because of her and her team. We only had one hiccup with our florist and Erin handled it flawlessly. Not only did we enjoy working with her, but I also received so many other compliments from our vendors, family and friends throughout the day. If ever we need another planner in SAV she will be the first person we call! Thanks again for everything Erin 😊
Erin was amazing! She made it so easy to not have to worry about anything on our special day. She was so sweet and made sure we were on schedule and that everything was setup like we wanted and through the planning process was there for any questions we had.

Kyle & Vine Weddings was AMAZING to work with for our destination wedding in Savannah, GA this past October! Since my husband and I weren't from Savannah, we really relied on Erin Kyle and Chelsea Zockoll to give us all of the best suggestions - and they did! We did partial planning with Kyle & Vine, and I don't think I would have managed any other way. Erin Kyle and her team completely took over the management of three vendors & took over everything (timeline, vendors, etc.) the month before the wedding - which made being a bride seamless, stress free & easy - the way it SHOULD be! Looking back on our wedding day, I have memories of being with my husband, my family & my friends, and not worry about a single detail day of because of Erin Kyle & Chelsea. I couldn't have done the planning process or the wedding day without them!
Chelsea is absolutely amazing!! Our wedding was a destination wedding, and we were so worried about being stressed and lost. Chelsea made sure to help with every step in the process! I don’t have enough positive things to say about her and her team!
Absolutely worthless. I will preface this review with the fact that I’ve worked as an event planner for many years and have done many weddings - so I knew how important it was to have an event coordinator for my wedding - especially when planning a wedding from out of town. I would also like to note that after reading all the other reviews - maybe if Erin had been our main coordinator - things would have been different. But she chose to take the role of assistant- even after we brought our concerns to her directly.
We felt very confident after speaking with Erin - that their month of coordination package was exactly what we needed for our wedding. Even after our first meeting with Chelsea - it seemed like she had a good handle on what we needed. We were searching for a few vendors - a band and an officiant- she was unable to provide us any suggestions for either of those. We then asked for information on how to obtain our marriage license for Chatham County - her response was simply ‘ oh I have no idea.’ That might be something you should be aware of as a wedding coordinator.
After our second meeting - we started to put together the timeline - which I knew was going to be important and was relying heavily on our coordinator. After multiple attempts on her part - there was incorrect information - of which had already been provided to her multiple times and the timing couldn’t have been more wrong. Aka - scheduling a first dance before then and even started playing. I ended up having to take an hour or so out of my day and completely write the timeline. And then walk our coordinator through it step by step. Again - not sure what we were paying for.
We also had an issue where we mailed a check for our remaining balance. Apparently they had changed addresses - from what was spelled out in their contract and didn’t feel the need to inform their clients. So when they never received our check - we had to cancel it with our bank. It then took them a few weeks before they sent us the new correct address.
The weekend of our wedding - we met our coordinator at our rehearsal. Despite filling out a form from her on the processional order - she was unable to facilitate walking everyone through it without my intervention. The morning of the wedding - we started make up at 8 am - she arrived at 10 am. Our vendor arrived with the flowers and she sent them their way - even though the boutonnières were made with dead flowers. I had to call them back and have them remade before the ceremony. After this - she left to go get a coffee and refresh - refresh from what?!?
Luckily the rest of the day went smoothly - they were able to have some meals boxed up and sent over to the hotel next door for some guests who weren’t feeling well after the ceremony. At the end of the night we did discover that the wreaths we had made for the church doors were missing - only to find out that the owner took one home with her when she left earlier that evening and the other was in our coordinators car. We had to request that one back and somehow it disappeared before the next morning. Those were both promised to the mother of the bride and the mother of the groom - but apparently it’s acceptable to just take them.
I’m very thankful that my photographer was able to step in, as well as our minister and handle things. Not sure if this was our coordinators first wedding or if our wedding was so small that it didn’t warrant much effort of their part or Erin’s involvement.

I cannot recommend Kyle & Vine enough! We got married at the end of May 2022 and used Kyle & Vine's wedding coordination services. Erin and her team made sure our wedding was perfect. They were so knowledgeable about everything weddings, and made sure we had everything taken care of (even things we did not know we needed to do). We do not live in the area, so Erin's knowledge of the local vendors was very helpful and made us confident in all the decisions we made. From the planning meetings, to the day of the wedding (getting ready, setting up, the ceremony/reception, and cleaning up at the end of the night), Erin and her team were there and taking care of every last detail. If you are getting married in or around Savannah, I definitely recommend Kyle and Vine Weddings.

Erin and her staff were outstanding! They went above and beyond to ensure that Austin and I had the best day possible. They ensured everything was placed and decorated just as we wanted it to be. Erin spent hours with me going over every detail, she provoked questions for me to ask my other vendors and she contacted all of them the week of the wedding to make sure timings matched as well as everyone was on the same page with everything for the day. The day was seamless, and timeless. It was everything that Austin and I could have ever wanted and then some. We could not have had a more perfect day if it were not for the Kyle and Vine crew. Thank you all so very much!
Erin was great! Super affordable, personable, and professional. She made sure every detail of my wedding went smoothly and her services totally took my stress away. I really can't imagine how my wedding would have gone if I had decided not to go with a planner-- she thought of so many details I never would have even considered! Definitely recommend her to any bride!!
I would hire Kyle & Vine 10000000x over. Erin Kyle took on the things that I considered super stressful and made the wedding planning experience fun and easy. Our wedding was a dream come true thanks to Kyle & Vine.
Working with Erin was a delight! She is extremely detail-oriented, organized and friendly. She is also great at "go with the flow" creating space for my husband and I to cast a more "non-traditional" vision for our wedding. Erin quietly and gracefully coordinated for us both seen and unseen tasks and was a helping hand at all times...going above and beyond. Highly recommend her services!
Just had my first planning session and I aready feel so relieved! She asked all the right questions to help ensure that I had everything I needed for my wedding day and is so organized that I won't have to lift a finger! My name is Erin Kyle Merritt and I am the founder of Kyle & Vine Weddings. You know how most people who truly love what they do usually have a specific instance or experience that set off the spark in them?
For me, my passion for wedding planning began when I witnessed my mother go through a truly horrible experience with a planner. I quickly realized that I did not want to see another bride suffer through a similar situation and that the best way to achieve that goal was to become a wedding planner myself!
With this motivation in mind, I have been in the wedding planning industry since 2017. Initially, I worked with a company in Atlanta, GA, until I moved back to Savannah, GA, in 2019. Even though I am not originally from the area, I have absolutely found my home in this beautiful, charming city. After all, it’s where I met my own happily-ever-after in the form of my college sweetheart!
