Communication started off great with Lee. My husband and I booked his services, and then decided later to cancel our entire wedding and elope instead. Lee congratulated us on the marriage, said he’d refund us but that’d it’d take some time. He was responsive for the first six weeks after we asked for the refund. And then absolutely nothing. He’s avoided us and we’re out $800. It could be worse, but the fact he said he’d return our money and then ghosted us was incredibly unprofessional.
While I can’t speak to his actual services as a DJ, this type of behavior should make any bride wary of booking him.
Lee was the best! He was very professional, timely, played great music, and really contributed to a very smooth fun wedding for me and my wife! 10/10, go get the best DJ in Charleston while you can!
We had the BEST time ever with Dwayne at Lee Edwards Entertainment. He is so intuitive... he knows what will keep the crowd moving and our guests had the absolute best time. We truly can't say enough good things about him, he even came to our afterparty! Our wedding was beyond fun and it's in huge part to Dwayne. Highlyyyyy recommend!

DJ Lee was an amazing DJ the night of our wedding !! He played all the music we requested flawlessly and he knew our music vibe and made it come to life! During the planning process he was very responsive, very open to our wants, and was easy to communicate with ! His set up at our wedding was clean and sleek. DJ Lee is also so affordable !! I loved having him DJ/MC our wedding and I would choose him again !

From start to finish Lee was awesome. He had every title we asked for and supplied "specialty" music at no additional cost. He came early to the venue and was active in setting up not one but, two music locations working with everyone involved. Our wedding was outdoors with the reception indoors. Let me just say, when it started raining, we were nervous about everything! Lee came up with an idea that kept our music available to the ceremony outside, thanks Lee! Thankfully, it stopped raining 10 minutes after the designated start time and everything went on like magic. Lee played a big part in our wedding by making several timed announcements and interacting with the guests. I don't know much about his price compared to anyone else's but, his attention, detail to music, and quality sound was worth the value.
Lee provided music for both of our daughters' weddings. Our most recent event was October, 2023. Our daughter was looking for instrumentals for popular songs with no success. We had already engaged Lee, so we asked for his help. Lee found the perfect arrangments the first time! We appreciate Lee's personal interest and professionalism.

Can't recommend this company enough! Ask for Dwayne! He was the best wedding DJ. He crushed the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception. He seemed to know exactly what the dance floor needed at all times. Made our wedding an even better experience. Would recommend to anyone!
The process for hiring a DJ was great! I told Lee what I was interested in and our budget and he made it happen! We were given a music planner with a list of songs and information that we needed to fill out for the wedding day. This made it super easy and answered any questions we may have. Dwayne was our DJ and he was awesome! He played the right songs to keep the crowd dancing and happy!
Lee was so amazing at our wedding! He kept the dance floor going all night long and I know so many of our guests had the time of their lives at the wedding! I would highly recommend him to anyone choosing a DJ for their wedding!
