I had an amazing experience at Luxe Redux. Everyone welcomed me with smiles and positive energy. My stylist Rachel was amazing!! She listened to what I envisioned in a dress and picked out ones that truly made me feel me. I was almost in tears after realizing the dress I had on was the one. Rachel also helped do my hair and add accessories to make the look complete . She really made it a bridal experience. I cannot thank her enough!

A true bridal experience. I felt like such a queen, everyone that works at this establishment hyped me up, welcomed me with big warm smiles & celebrated with me when I said yes to the dress. My stylist Megan brought me to tears by making me feeling the most beautiful i have EVER felt..she did my hair, gave me earrings & got to truly know me for me. I cannot say enough about this place & will recommend her and over again. Thank you Megan & the team at Luxe Redux for bringing my dream dress to life & giving this bride the most amazing experience. I will never forget this!!

Megan was amazing, I went in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. Megan had me try multiple options just to be sure and I found the one! Complete opposite of what I expected. 100% would recommend!

I had a great experience here because of my stylist Rachel P. She was AMAZING and helped me find THE one for my special day! She listened to what I liked/didn’t like in a dress as well as helped me find the style I loved. 

I had an appointment yesterday at Luxe Redux Pittsburgh with Jacquelyn, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience! My whole party was warmly welcomed and escorted back to our try on suit. What stood out to everyone was that she asked about our engagement story and made sure to know my fiancés name so she could referr to him personally the whole time. It was clear Jacquelyn loves what she does and cares about the brides she helps to find their dream dress. I cannot reccommed Luxe Redux and Jacquelyn enough! 

I had a fantastic time trying on gowns at Luxe Redux. Jaquelyn and Hayley really helped me narrow down my bridal style and vision and ultimately helped me pick out a gown that is absolutely perfect for me. They really took the time to listen to and incorporate my feedback and made me feel very comfortable. I'd recommend LR to anyone looking to try on high end gowns with a personalized touch.

I just bought my dress from Luxe Redux with Gracie as my stylist- I could not have asked for a sweeter or more genuine person to help me find my dress! Gracie was very thorough in listening to my vision for my big day and incorporating my vision into the dresses she pulled for me to try on. She and her team made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and beautiful! I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. 

Rachel was the best! Our appointment started out by her asking me about my fiance and our engagement story. She thoughly asked about my dress preferences and price range to best find the dresses for me. There was no pressure to try on, but I did find the one! Rachel was also able to help me accessorize perfectly.

Such an amazing experience at Luxe Redux Bridal! Rachel, my bridal consultant, was truly amazing and helped me choose the perfect dress and veil! She was knowledgeable on different designers, and was able to narrow down my exact vision so efficiently. I brought along 4 guests for my bridal experience, and they could not have been happier with the experience we had. I left so happy and can not wait to put my dress and veil back on!!

Rachel and Gracie made this process SO easy and fun. Rachel even made my mom and I cry tears of joy when I found “the one”. She had me visualize walking down the aisle to my best friend and it was so special. They were so thorough and kind. If you need a wedding dress this is your place. The appointment is all about you as you are the only one there and it makes it that much more special.

I had an amazing experience. Megan was my stylist and she asked me great questions about my style, my fiancée, our engagement story, etc. And then it was like she just knew exactly what I was looking for and what would fit me. She helped me try on several gorgeous options and even to decide between them which was not easy . I felt special, beautiful, confident, and listened to during the whole process. I couldn't be happier with the dress Megan helped me find for my outdoor desert wedding, it's just perfect 🤍

This was the second bridal shop I had visited , thinking I had found my dress at the first shop until I walked into luxe and Rachel hand picked dresses out for me based off of my inspo. The very first dress she picked ended up being my dress and she was so sweet and chill personality. She made me feel so special and like a bride should feel while shopping for a wedding dress. I 100% recommend this place !

Wedding dress shopping was something I was particularly anxious about, but after meeting Megan all nerves went out the window. She made me feel so comfortable and confident the entire experience. She was extremely supportive, personable and easy going. Not only was Megan great, but every other employee was so sweet. I cannot recommend them enough!

The boutique itself is welcoming, cute, and clean. Megan is a superstar! She made me feel comfortable and confident trying on different styles. I didn’t expect to find the dress at my first appointment, but Luxe Redux Pittsburgh made it happen. I walked in feeling a little nervous and walked out two hours later feeling confident, beautiful, and holding the dress of my dreams. Megan went above and beyond to give me and my family an unforgettable experience. She took my wishlist and literally turned me into my Pinterest board! I love my dress even more than I imagined, and I cannot wait to wear it again on our big day. The entire staff was warm, gracious, and genuinely excited to share in the moment with us. I had an amazing appointment at Lux Redux! Megan, my stylist, was so great, sweet, and fun. She made the appointment so easy and I was able to find my dress in one appointment which I did not have any expectation of doing. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and made the process so easy and fun. I love the store, it’s very easy to try on dresses in their suite which I appreciated and they had a wide selection of gorgeous dresses with an array of budget friendly options. I got to try on many (around 10-15) of the beautiful dresses within my two hour appointment and I loved all the dresses Megan picked out. She went out of her way to make me feel really special and make sure I felt like a bride and felt like myself. They really took into consideration what I wanted to see and like I said I found the most gorgeous dress that I can’t wait to get married in!!! And it was within my budget so I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend!!

I had such a wonderful experience working with Rachel. She really picked out a variety of dresses for me to try on. And I ended up picking the very first dress I put on. She was upbeat and it’s clear she loves her job and is excited helping future brides find the dress of their dreams.

I had such a great experience at Luxe and found the perfect dress there. Rachel P. was so great to work with. They had a good selection of dresses and it’s so great being able to leave with the dress. I wasn’t sure after the first appointment as I had another dress I liked somewhere else. But I was easily able to come back and try the dress on again and really fell in love. You can’t go wrong giving them a try.

Shopping at Luxe Redux was such an amazing experience! Jacquelyn was the best stylist I could have asked for, my family and I adored her. She was the nicest person and clearly cared so much for all her brides. So glad she was there to help me pick the one!

the short version: we drove ~13 hours (round trip) to Luxe Redux Bridal in Pittsburgh instead of going to a local boutique (and not for lack of options -- we're from NYC!) and it was SO worth it. i'd been AGONIZING over what to wear to my wedding and all of that anxiety melted away almost immediately at Luxe Redux because it was such a fun, supportive, chill experience. the vibes were immaculate. the dress options were fantastic. my amazing stylist (Megan) absolutely hit the nail on the head and gave me great ideas on how to style the dress, but was never pushy (if that matters to people -- it does to me, i hate feeling pressured to buy). the long version: I reached out to Luxe Redux in a little bit of a panic because I had NO idea what to wear to my wedding, time was ticking, and it was causing me a ton of stress. They very helpfully reached out to share inspiration, Pinterest boards, etc., which I am sure is GREAT for so many people, but then they had to deal with ME, someone who was 100% sure she'd wear a suit to her wedding, going, "uh, so the problem is that I have absolutely no vision, I DO NOT wear dresses and never in a million years thought that I would be remotely interested in wearing a dress for my own wedding, please help." as a super nontraditional bride, finding a place with the Right Vibe was extremely important to me. I was very encouraged by Luxe Redux's instagram presence -- I wanted somewhere that could DO the typical bridal salon thing but also wouldn't make me feel self-conscious about being a queer plus-sized person who has no idea what she wants, and they definitely did not disappoint! super warm, welcoming, just fun environment -- we were there to have a good time and Megan wanted to make sure that no matter how I felt about the dress I was wearing, *I* always felt amazing and beautiful and worthy. like, my fiancee is very conventionally beautiful and looks good in everything, but she still had a bridal salon experience that was kind of... stuffy and un-fun, and as self-conscious as i knew i was going to be feeling, that would not work for me. ANYWAY as I said, I really had no idea what I wanted and was super indecisive/wishy washy, so I made this poor woman put me in like 12 different dresses of all different styles to see what clicked, and she never once seemed like she was exhausted or frustrated -- SHE seemed like she was having fun, so I didn't need to feel self-conscious about it at all. i went in panicked about how my wedding is only 4 months away and i don't have anything to wear because nothing makes me happy and ended up with THEE most perfect dress (and two really great backup options). Megan also shared some great accessory ideas -- I bought a veil there as well -- but at no point did I feel pushed into making a purchase, rushed to make a decision, or "upsold" in any capacity. it was just really great, and really nice to have a stylist who GOT me (while also clearly knowing how to style more conventional brides than me). ALSO -- if anyone sees a dress on the Luxe Redux website and falls in love with it only to learn that the dress is at a different location, you can get it shipped to the store you're visiting for your appointment! my fiancee had already picked out a dress but we loved luxe redux's boutique sample selections so much that she ended up ordering a dress from them as well based on her measurements, haha. so we both said yes to the dress at Luxe Redux!

I worked with Rachel P during my appointment and she was absolutely wonderful. Her and the rest of the staff were so kind and really wanted to get to know me and help me find the perfect dress. Rachel was extremely respectful, understanding, and supportive throughout my appointment. I did end up finding the one at my appointment, and I am so grateful for the wonderful experience Rachel and the team provided.

The experience was very professional and polished. My stylist really listened to my interests, provided insight and knowledge into my dresses, and assisted in suggestions for alterations. She picked all the dresses for me and took me into consideration.

She had already browsed my Pinterest and saw the styles that I like! She pulled out some of the most gorgeous styles and I really had so much fun with it. My experience at Lux was amazing! Everyone there was so welcoming and so amazing! My stylist was even more amazing and knew exactly what I wanted and I was able to find my dress on the 1st try! They have such a beautiful selection of dresses and accessories! I would absolutely recommend this boutique to all of the future brides out there!

Rachel was my stylist at Luxe Redux in Pittsburgh. She was truly the PERFECT stylist. I am so lucky I got to work with her. I went into the appointment with minimal to no preconceived notions of the style of dress I wanted. I am very picky but I was having difficulty describing exactly what I wanted in a dress - I had never tried any wedding dresses on before and was not sure what would look good on me. Thankfully, Rachel was able to quickly assess my style aesthetic and vision and immediately pulled dresses that I loved. The very FIRST dress I tried on was the dress I said yes to! Of course I tried on a few more but I came back to the first pick at the end of the day. This was SHOCKING from a self proclaimed fashionista such as myself. I give all the credit to Rachel. Very professional and kind. I had a wonderful experience. Your stylist can truly make or break your appointment. Thank you again Rachel for making the process so easy!

I made an appointment on a whim and didn’t expect to walk out with the dress of my dreams. I was lucky enough to be paired with Jacquelyn and she made it the experience of a life time. It was my first time dress shopping so I had some butterflies but she made me and my whole crew feel right at home. She pulled the perfect amount of dresses that I didn’t feel overwhelmed but also felt I was getting to see a variety. When I found “the one” she made it so incredibly special. If I could go back and do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. It truly was the best experience and I’m so over the moon!!

She was so sweet and extremely helpful. She was easy to work with and helped me pick the perfect dress. I will recommend to anyone.
