ant to go to an enormous store with a billion options, Luxe Redux has plenty of dresses to choose from and the environment and selection is just what I needed. I ended up leaving with the first dress I tried on! Rebecca was incredible and obviously good at her job, as she picked a dress for me & it was THE ONE. Anyways, can’t say enough good things. Clean shop, friendly workers, reasonable prices - what more could you need?

They asked all kinds of questions, listened to all of my likes/dislikes/insecurities/etc and said “ok what about this dress with this alteration?” and it was totally it. I can't remember the girls name that helped me out but she was extremely nice so I can't complain about her. I would just keep in mind that the dresses aren't perfect and many that I tried on were missing buttons or slightly dirty on the bottom so you may have to get them cleaned or fixed.

I absolutely recommend this place ESPECIALLY for people who are like me and get very overwhelmed when I'm asked to make big decisions and when I'm around lots of other people. It was quiet and private and they made sure that I felt comfortable the whole time. They also gave us very helpful recommendations for seamstresses in the area!

process. I went in with a few ideas, and ended up with a completely different style dress. Monica listened to everything I loved (and disliked) about every dress I tried on, and the dress I purchased was a perfect blend of what I loved from all the other dresses. I went into the wedding dress shopping process nervous about what to expect (and nervous that I would hate every dress I tried on), but it was such a warm, inviting, and fun experience for both me and my family members. The dress will need some alterations, so not only was I provided with some ideas of what a seamstress could do, but Lizzie actually called their favorite seamstress while I was wearing the dress to confirm the alteration could be done and what the approximate cost would be. I will also add that, Monica and Lizzie, knowing I had 2 additional appointments to try on dresses were VERY concerned about making sure that I truly loved the dress and wanted to make sure that I would have no regrets about purchasing. We even set up a re-try appointment for the next day to do accessories so I could include my future mother-in-law who could not make it to that initial appointment. I cannot more highly recommend Luxe Redux. There is something satisfying about taking your dress home that day! Thanks again to Monica and Lizzie for such an amazing experience.

I recently recovered from Covid and I had some lingering fatigue.. and trying on dresses was more work than I thought. The staff were more than helpful giving me time to take a breath in between trying on dresses. Also, the dress pulls we’re always stunning and within my price range. I actually found the dress on the first pull, but I didn’t want to admit it. So, being the most helpful person in the world, I was encouraged to try dress #1 on, then dress #2, and then back into dress #1 all so I could confidently say yes!! All that work just to make me feel secure and comfortable with my decision (decisions are a bit hard for me at times). I can’t rave enough about the squad over here. Please please take the time to make an appointment with them. It was a wholesome, memorable appointment my bridesmaids and I will never forget. They genuinely care about you, your vision, your happiness and the people you brought with you.

ted for because even though my first wedding was almost perfect, I didn’t have the bridal gown shopping experience since I bought my dress online. Lux Redux made up for that and then some!! Lizzie was my stylist and she was a dream… I sent her pictures for inspiration of what I wanted and she had dresses pulled aside for me. With every dress I tried on, we spoke in detail about my likes and dislikes in order to narrow down my dream dress. She ended up picking out a dress that I wouldn’t have in a million years chosen for myself. It looked so bland on the hanger but after I tried it on I literally gasped in excitement with how beautiful it was and how it flattered my figure. She asked if there was anything about the dress that didn’t make it absolutely perfect and I expressed that maybe it didn’t have enough sparkles. Since I’m doing my renewal in Vegas, sparkles are important to me. Then she suggested adding glitter tulle beneath the lace. She even called her seamstress to ask so to ensure me that it was an obtainable idea. She demonstrated what that would look like and I was sold! Lux Redux is a beautiful store with great inventory of beautiful designer gowns that I never thought I’d ever have the privilege to browse through since my budget was so low, but the prices here are unbelievable! The stylists are also top notch with not only their expertise, but they were genuinely excited for me as well. I highly recommend this place to any new bride looking for a unique, one of a kind designer gown and first class treatment without a high end price tag!!!

a novice at wedding dress shopping, they skillfully gave their input that put us at ease with their expertise but were as equally great at including both my mom & grandma in on the process. They picked styles I loved on but would have never picked out from the hanger and I am so grateful because one of their picks was my dress. I am indebted to these girls! I could not recommend them more for your wedding dress shopping (and at an insanely amazing price!).

d on having me try on every style of dress, and was careful to stay within my budget, too. She was so encouraging, patient, and not the least-bit pushy. There were so many beautiful dresses there. :) In the end, I didn't find THE dress, but Rebecca followed up with me afterwards with an email of other dress suggestions from nearby stores that very much matched the style she helped me discover. When I bought my dress elsewhere, I told my sisters I was so glad I found the one, but also was sad I didn't get the chance to find it here. If you have the chance, you have GOT to go visit Luxe Redux, and ask for Rebecca. The experience alone is worth it. :)

ss. She really listened to me and pushed me out of my comfort zone a bit to try on some styles I hadn’t yet. I ended up really loving one that was so different from what I thought I wanted. I still wasn’t 100% on it because of how different it was, and needed some time to think it over. Not once did Maya make me feel bad about that and was more than helpful in answering questions and providing options for coming back if that’s what I wanted to do (knowing that I was risking someone else snatching it). After thinking about it, I decided I want to keep looking, but I think it’s only fair to share the great experience I had regardless of whether I found THE dress. Thank you so much for the awesome experience, and I am so glad we came to you, as you reset my mindset and gave me a clearer picture of what I want going forward!

about 10 dresses for me and I ended up with two very strong contenders by the end of the appointment. Alexandra listened to what I liked/didn’t like and didn’t pressure me into buying anything. She was so patient with me and my family (at one point we had three different phones FaceTiming loud and excited family members at once)! It was clear that I had a favorite dress by the time I left, so Alexandra reached out to me a couple days afterwards to let me know the dress had survived the weekend and asked if I had success and any other stores. When I told her I found the dress somewhere else, she congratulated me and asked to see a pic of the dress! If every Luxe Redux location is as customer oriented as the Pittsburgh location, 10/10 would recommend!

I fell in love with the first dress I put on, but she helped me try on several other styles which led me to fall in love with so many beautiful gowns! Her personality blew me out of the water and the energy vibes were off the wall!!! She's amazing! My 2 hour appointment easily turned into 3 hours because we were having so much fun, and she wanted to be sure I was completely confident in my choices. They also have an alteration specialist on site who was able to give me a run down of what I would need in terms of alterations. It was SO helpful and really helped me create the perfect image! I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. You have an amazing selection, outstanding people, and such a beautiful location to go shopping all in one. I wouldn't go anywhere but here!
