Luxe Redux Bridal Pittsburgh

First I just want to start off by saying EVERY BRIDE needs to visit luxe redux ! I had the most amazing experience and was beyond happy to work with Rachel P who was the best stylist. Rachel made me feel more than special by treating me like I was royalty all day. I have gone to two other bridal boutiques in the Pittsburgh area and none of them even compare to Luxe. Rachel listened to every little detail that I shared with her and made sure that i felt beautiful in each dress she hand picked for me. While trying on the dress that i said YES to later in the day , Rachel went the extra mile by doing a grand reveal for not only me but my family and friends that were present and accessorized not only my dress but me , by letting me choose earrings and adding detail into my hair as well. I CANNOT say enough words to Rachel to thank her as I recently lost my parents and feared that i would feel like something was missing during this process with them not being present and that was far from the truth. Rachel did everything in her power to hype me up and the experience she made me feel beautiful, empowered, loved and seen. Ive never felt more love than in the moment that I said yes in front of some of the most important people and was on cloud nine ALL DAY LONG. I walked out the door of the boutique with my dress and veil and was congratulated by every single employee there. I don't think I've ever had a bigger smile on my face. With all of this being said , If you do not shop at Luxe Redux you are definitely missing out !!! May I also mention how cost efficient their inventory was !!! What a bonus it was to get my DREAM wedding dress and veil all within my budget !!!

I had an amazing experience at Luxe Redux! Lauren was so helpful and made me feel at ease during this stressful process. She did not make me feel pressured to buy from her. She just wanted me to feel my most beautiful. You can tell she loves helping brides find their dream dress. I am very happy I went here. As a plus, both my future sister-in-laws got their wedding dresses from Luxe Redux! It was very special for all of us.

After putting off my wedding dress search for some time, I came across Luxe Reduxe in Pittsburgh and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From coordination of the appointment to requesting my inspo to the day of my appointment, I was honored to work with this company & their team. They truly are coming from a place of great care for your special day (and not from a place of just making a sale). Jacquelyn is a girl’s girl who is rooting for you and paying close attention to your wants & needs. She was so knowledgeable & truly an expert - this is a form of art with such great purpose and meaning to it. I shared smiles and tears of happiness with Jacquelyn and could not be more thankful to have worked with her. Not only was this the only bridal salon I visited (which is immaculate, gorgeous & so insta-worthy) but I also left with THE dress & one-of-kind veil for our big day with what I felt to be fair pricing. Kudos to them for being the type of shop to recommend local businesses for alterations & dry cleaners too. Luxe Reduxe makes you feel special & all the love. I couldn’t be more grateful for something I felt unexplainably nervous about & they turned that all around. 🖤

Lauren at Luxe Redux was a joy to work with! She took her time and did not make me feel pressured at all while trying on dresses. She understood my style but also selected some dresses that were out of the box for me so that I could truly find my style. I feel so lucky to have gone to Luxe Redux! Before you go to any other bridal boutiques book an appointment with them!! 10/10

Rachel was amazing!! She helped me find MY dress! She took the time to message with me and really get an idea of my vision! We found the perfect dress that made me feel like a bride! She listened to my feed back and gave me a moment to observe the dresses on my own before showing my family and made it a wonderful experience for me. I felt very pampered!

Absolutely LOVED my experience at Luxe Redux! Everyone was extremely attentive, sweet, and kind! I enjoyed chatting with the stylists and Jacquelyn was OUTSTANDING! I'm so glad I found the perfect dress there! Highly recommend to anyone with a shorter engagement to get your dress off the rack and feel pampered with them!

Luxeredux and Megan are the best! My experience was one I will remember for a lifetime. Meg made me feel so important, heard, and brought my bridal visions to life! Jacquelyn was absolutely wonderful and really listened to what I wanted. The entire shop was amazing. I honestly had the hardest time deciding because all the dresses were so gorgeous. Plus everything is so affordable! I cannot recommend this place more!!

I had the most amazing experience at Luxe Redux Bridal in Pittsburgh! I had my eye on a dress from a different bridal shop since October and truly thought I was going to purchase it—until Jacquelyn stepped in and found the dress of my dreams. From the moment I put it on, it fit like a glove, and I’ve never felt more beautiful in my life. (I literally didn’t want to take it off) Jacquelyn was an absolute gem—her attention to detail and ability to pick pieces that perfectly matched my vision were unmatched. She was so thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely made me feel special throughout the entire appointment. She also helped me find the perfect veil and earrings, completing my look all in one visit!! The entire staff was so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure I had the best experience possible. You could tell they truly care about helping brides find the dress of their dreams. The prices were super affordable, and I left feeling confident, excited, and beyond happy with my decision. If you’re a bride-to-be, I couldn’t recommend Luxe Redux more highly. They truly made finding my wedding dress one of the most special and memorable moments of my wedding journey!

I had the most amazing experience at Luxe Redux! Jacquelyn truly made the experience magical from start to finish. It is quite evident that she is passionate about her job and she is fantastic at it. She picked me a wide variety of dresses to start and quickly helped me narrow down what I was loving. I was stuck between 2 dresses at the end and Jacquelyn helped accessorize both dresses and it really helped me decide. The way she was having me envision both dresses on my wedding day brought happy tears to the entire room. Jacquelyn was so sweet, easy to talk to, & made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. I could not recommend Jacquelyn & Luxe Redux enough! It was the most perfect day I will remember forever!

Luxe Redux has such a beautiful selection of dresses and has tons of variety! It is a small boutique but for me that was perfect as Jacquelyn and all the other stylists worked one on one with you to find your perfect dress! She listened to everything I said and picked dresses with elements that I liked until I eventually found my wedding dress! You will not be disappointed going here and I'm so happy this is where I found my dress!

I had the most amazing experience getting my wedding dress at Luxe Redux. I was paired with stylist Rachel, and from the get-go it felt like I had an old friend helping me out. She took the time to get to know me, she listened to what I wanted, and she was mindful of my budget but realistic and respectful when asking if we could go just a little above to get the detail I wanted. I agreed because the price difference was really close given their sale for Black Friday weekend, and the first dress she pulled in our second sweep of dresses was the one. When she helped me try it on, we both could tell that it was my dress. She asked if I wanted an extra minute before pulling back the curtain to reveal it to my mom, future MIL, and MOH. I didn’t even know I needed that moment, and she really deserves the best for offering that time to me. She pulled back the curtain and we all burst into tears. I didn’t even expect to cry but this dress is seriously everything I could’ve ever dreamed of. An added plus of the shop is that it’s all on the same floor. My mom has mobility issues and prior to our visit, we went to a shop that had steep stairs, which was not great for my mom. At Luxe Redux, we got a handicap street parking spot right in front of the store and walked right in with little issues. Thank you Luxe Redux Pittsburgh and Rachel especially for helping me find my perfect dress. I’ll remember this experience for the rest of my life.

I had an amazing experience at Luxe Redux finding my wedding dress. Jacquelyn was my stylist and I couldn't have asked for someone better. She was patient, kind, very knowledgeable, and all around easy to work with. After a full day at other stores trying on 30+ dresses, Jacquelyn was able to put me in 4 dresses total to find the one! Not only will I recommend Luxe to my other bride to be friends, but specifically to work with Jacquelyn!

Jacqueline was FANTASTIC. So knowledge and knew what I wanted before I even did! The space is beautiful, and I loved that you could bring champagne to help celebrate. After many dress appointments, I found my dress here!!!

I cannot begin to put into words how amazing the beautiful ladies at Luxe Redux Bridal are at everything they do. They go out of their way to make your dress shopping experience magical in every single way. My personal stylist (Jacquelyn) was OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING!!! Jacquelyn DID NOT rush me off to a dressing room and start throwing dresses at me. She did the exact opposite! We were seated in a beautiful bridal suite where she sat down and we talked like we’d known each other for years. She wanted to hear our back story and how we had come to this day. She asked all about Danny, she was so excited to hear how he had gotten down on one knee and ask me to be his bride. Then it came time to start trying on the dresses, she brought dresses into the suite and hung them we tried them on ever so delicately as if I was a Princess, her literally helping me in and out of the gowns as if it were my wedding day. I thought my heart was locked on the very first one, I didn’t think there was any changing my mind. Until… Jacquelyn says “I will be right back” she came back carrying a gown that at my first glance in my mind thought “ohhh girl, hell no” She slid me in the dress and helped me step onto the beautiful pedestal when I looked in the mirror, SURPRISED isn’t the word to explain the feeling. Tears came to my eyes, I knew the search was over. Just exactly like Danny… completely out of the blue, not ever even thinking of this as an option, on an “off the wall chance” there it was. The most exquisite, beautifully stunning, wedding gown EVER! Jacquelyn knew she had found the one that was made just for me. Once she knew that was the one she had me close my eyes as she placed my veil and other accessories. Just like a story book as my eyes were closed she ask me to picture my Dad and I walking down the isle and Danny and I locking eyes for the very first time, then she had me open my eyes and I see the completed look. Instant tears (and I am NOT AN EMOTIONAL PERSON) at all! Jacquelyn made me feel like the bride I had been dreaming of being. It was truly a blessed and wonderful day in so many ways I can’t begin to explain. Thank you to EVERYONE that played a part in making this everlasting moment a dream come true! ❤️

Amazing service! Very timely, safe, and enjoyable! From walking in to walking out with my dress-> it was seamless :) Jacquelyn made me feel so comfortable and she stirred me in the right direction throughout the elimination process. She did a great job at finding variety but also pulling things similar to my Pinterest board I sent in! Loved it!

these girls are the best! jacquelyn was so detail oriented when listening and taking aspects of previous dresses that I liked to find one that encompassed everything. I seriously could not recommend a better boutique!!

I was so nervous about wedding dress shopping but I am so glad I came to Luxe Redux and had Jacquelyn as my stylist because all my nerves went away once she started working with me and I was able to say YES to the dress!! Jacquelyn did an absolutely amazing job picking out dresses that fell in line with my Pinterest board/what I believed I liked while also picking out some other dresses outside of styles that I had pinned which really helped me to pinpoint what I truly did and didn’t like. She was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable through the appointment and I’m so happy I was able to find my dress there!!

Found my dream dress at my first appointment! The entire staff at Luxe Redux Bridal Pittsburgh were all amazing and knowledgable. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything I didn't like. My personal stylist at my appointment, Rebecca, was so fun and really got to know me and what I was looking for. She made it fun and exciting for my whole group! Such a unique bridal boutique and one that I would highly recommend for any bride!

My appointment was amazing! Jacquelyn was so understanding and helpful in helping me find THE one! Reading some of these “1 star reviews,” i am baffled!! I had a wonderful experience and I do NOT regret my decision at all!! My area was private and made me feel special. I enjoyed having the gowns selected for me so that I didn’t feel overwhelmed! Jacquelyn was able to find me a dress that I love AND was within my budget! I would recommend Luxe Redux to anyone!!

Had the best time finding my dress thanks to Jacquelyn! She made it so easy to find the one while also making sure that I got to try everything I thought I might like. And on top of that also accessorized my entire look all in 2 hours. Would definitely recommend.

She went above and beyond. Also their selection of dresses is incredible; ranging in a variety of aesthetic styles. The dress I went with was reasonably priced and they provided a list of trusted seamstresses to work with for alterations. 11/10 recommend!
