Executive Chef Matt is hands down one of the most talented catering chefs in the area. He runs a well-known local restaurant full-time and caters for lucky brides and grooms on the side.
My husband and I weren't too picky when it came to food... for our reception- we just wanted it to taste good! We gave Matt an idea of what we were going for and he ran with it. The outcome far surpassed our expectations!
MC Catering arrived early to set-up, came organized and prepared, and had everything ready on time. A few highlights were the artistic appetizer buffet, fruit skewer "firework" displays, and generous portions of food. His team decided to grill on the patio near our cocktail hour, which guests loved as they watched and salivated over what was being grilled for dinner.
The buffet dinner was delicious! The MC team kept chaffing dishes full, cleaned as they went, and helped guests that needed extra assistance. Everyone was friendly and respectful- they were truly like extensions of our family. Even when they were busy prepping food and feeding our 200+ crowd, they were smiling and laughing. I felt so blessed to have a caterer that was excited to be a part of my day!
At the end of the night they cleaned and packed everything up, and offered extra help to the other vendors and venue cleaning staff.
Chef Matt is a great cook and a fun guy- a definite must for any party. I would highly recommend the MC Catering team to any bride looking for a stress-free and enjoyable catering experience!
