Old Souls Catering has been involved in making happy couples' wedding day one to remember for over 15 years! We strive to make the food and beverage aspect of planning and executing your wedding as easy and stress-free as possible. From choosing your menu with the perfect appetizers to planning specialty cocktails to a full coffee bar and desserts, we have you covered!
We do things a little differently than most caterers; all of our events are curated specifically to your needs and budget. We don't list any pricing for our items because it changes so rapidly with the market pricing for us, the number of people you are inviting, the distance we are traveling, the level of service we are providing, and what you choose to include. The best way is to read over our most popular items we have served over the last 15 years, make a list of your desired menu, and send it over to us, and we can build a custom quote for you! Alternatively, we can schedule an in-person meeting or phone/Zoom call with Chef Josh to discuss ideas and design a menu together! Completely customize your event, even if what you're looking for isn't on our menus! Just ask, and we can most likely make it happen.
Make sure you inquire about our bar services! We have a full NYS liquor license and carry all of the proper insurances to offer bar services in New York State. We offer full open bar packages, as well as custom packages, cash & host bars. One of the most frequent comments we hear after weddings from couples who decided to do their own alcohol is that they wished they had let us take care of it all; skip the headache & stress and let us take care of it for you! We provide the bartenders, all of the alcohol (which is in no danger of running out), the glassware, ice, and all the mixers & garnishes to make the perfect cocktails, and we bring it all in and take it all away from your venue. We also offer a huge variety of wines & beers to choose from. We have trusted and experienced bartenders who can also create the perfect signature cocktails for your wedding! All guests must be 21 or older to consume alcohol in New York State. Our beverage packages can also include a full-serve coffee bar, or we can even offer a barista to make specialty coffee drinks for your special day!
We also just purchased For the Love of Flour Bakery in Perry, so we are expanding our dessert offerings and will be able to offer wedding cakes now as well! More details to come!
We are a fully insured and licensed catering company with up-to-date health department permits and a valid NYS liquor license. All of our weddings have the NYS 8% sales tax and a 20% production fee added to the invoice. The production cost covers all insurance, permits & licenses, admin fees, and travel fees for our staff to get to your event. For all weddings that require us to have staff at your event, we add an automatic 18% gratuity.
