eally was too distracted to be interested in food all day, but when the fajita plate was set down in front of me, I devoured it. It was exactly what I wanted and was so tasty. I keep saying how glad I am that we now have an excuse to go to Pappasitos for every anniversary meal! I worked with Lindsey Butler to coordinate this order. She was responsive and attentive to my requests. Overall, I had a great experience with her and Pappas a whole. There are so many "faux fancy" caterers out there where the food ends up being cold or just not as good as you hoped. This was the most delicious meal I've had at a wedding and it fit so nicely into our budget. I would recommend Pappas to literally everyone getting married or hosting a large event. A crowd pleaser at a reasonable price.

to show them what good Tex Mex food is. They were also a lot cheaper than other caterers we looked at. We went with the beef, chicken, and shrimp fajitas and had queso and salsa for cocktail hour. The food was hot and delicious and they even brought along a little melted butter for me because during our tasting I kept saying how much I loved it on my fajitas! We have a few vegetarians and vegans and they were very accommodating for them. They provided all of the catering tables and table clothes for their tables and even brought some cake cutting utensils when I realized during my walk through that I hadn't gotten those yet. Justine and I think her name was Amanda were so nice and easy to work with and everyone was quick to respond whenever I reached out. Our guests loved the food and you can never go wrong with queso!

Pappasitos, then you know, their fajitas cannot be beat! And I'm happy to say they taste exactly the same at your event as they do in their restaurants because they have the unique distinction of grilling their fajita meat on-site, which allows for the freshest flavors to be served at your wedding or event. The staff was super helpful, and attentive, and EVERYONE commented on how amazing the food was at our wedding. Highly recommend!

as a wrong beer selection, we picked Shiner & Dos XX- got Shiner & Bud Lite. Once we notified of the mistake, my husband & I, and well as my parents, received $150 gift cards to Pappas. It’s nice, but it would’ve been nicer if we had gotten what we ordered.

a tight budget. The food was delicious, though there were a few hiccups during the buffet and they ran out of a few items. Apparently our crowd was SO excited about the fajitas that they were taking an above average amount and they had to switch to serving the food directly instead of letting people self serve, which significantly slowed down the serving time and put our dinner a little over the timeline. However, when I reached out after the event to find out what happened, they were very apologetic and offered not only to refund the # of meals that were not served with full food availability, but someone from the Pappas family also purchased a set of china off of my registry as an apology, which truly made me feel like they cared about my business and wanted to make the situation right. Other vendors who flubbed things at our wedding did not have this level of care for the customer and Pappasitos has won me over as a customer for life!!! Thanks Pappasitos! :)
