One of my favorite parts about owning a food truck is the ability to create custom menus tailored to each event we attend. Our menu is ever-evolving, and I love taking an ordinary dish and making it extraordinary with a few creative culinary twists. My honey mustard sauce, perfected over the last 30 years, is one of my signature items. I’m on a mission to redefine the food truck experience, offering an elevated, high-end experience while still serving the classic street food you love. I’m fortunate to work alongside my sister, Tracy, who manages the front of the truck as our cashier, helps craft our custom menus, and assists with managing event details. Together, we’re dedicated to delivering an unforgettable food experience for every event.
