king for, and all of the equipment was in good shape, and worked great for our wedding day. Unfortunately, we had three separate representatives over the course of the year, and Tents and Events didn't do anything to notify us that someone else was taking over our account. (Which led to confusion when we'd try and reach out to ask a question, and receive no response.) Luckily, by the end of it all, we knew we were in good hands and everything went off without a hitch!
Denise helped us figure out all the details, and was very flexible in making changes throughout the process!! She even sourced lighting fixtures from other vendors for us (which we didn't end up using). She was always willing to help, and eve...

Baraboo tent and awning has everything you need for your wedding, so its nice to have one stop shopping, but I still wish they were not the only option for my area. The cost is outrageous because there is no one else in the area to do this kind...
of work for you. They were very accomodating on making up different seating floor plans and they did have the tent up and ready several days before the wedding making it easier to decorate it. I would say thought that after all of the floor planning was done I was very specific on table placement, and they set it up backwords. My entire wedding party had to flip the entire tent because they wouldn't come back to fix their own mistake without charging us more. I will only use this company again if I absolutly have to.
