g what to play during our wedding was the most daunting part of wedding planning. Luckily, we had DJ Leon to hold our hands through the process lol. He curated playlists based on what my husband and I liked but also ones that would be enjoyable to our guests. And it was perfect! We received many compliments throughout the night for our music choices. Our guests absolutely loved it and my husband and I did too! We got all the credit but really, the real hero was DJ Leon. 🫶🫶🫶 He’s an amazing DJ and an even cooler guy in general! He’s the best and you will not regret booking him!

Music was our top priority for our wedding, so we created three non-sequential playlists for tons of song options for parts of the day (pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception), and Alex was the key player to make the live soundtrack/mood to the different sections of our day connect together smoothly. She nailed all the special song moments and overall helped keep the energy of our whole day super chill and fun. We felt very comfortable with her and are glad she was our DJ! Also, we added the Basic Dance Lights to our dance floor set-up and it was a super cool way to transition from day to night at our outdoor reception. It drew attention towards the dance floor and made it even more of a fun party. Was fun to have the different color lights show up in our dance-floor photos. We recommend this upgrade if you can! nning process, he provided multiple ideas and suggestions that aligned with our wedding vision. He was very communicative whenever we had any questions about our ceremony and reception. During our big day, he did a great job utilizing our songs from playlists in addition to expanding on the different music themes. We were very impressed with his DJ’ing skills and also as an emcee since he brought so much energy through the mic! He definitely pumped up the crowd for our grand entrances and also managed the transitions during multiple speeches. Everyone had a blast on the dance floor and he knows how to keep the party going, like when he built up the energy before playing our fun last song! We are so glad we hired DJ Leon and can not imagine going with another DJ for our wedding. In short, DJ Leon will take care of all of your music needs!

er there were some mistakes made that any professional should have anticipated and prevented. For example, the sound was set up in the room only at one side, so the sound was extremely loud at one end of the room where people were sitting and unheard at the other end of the room. Also for the first dance, she did not verify we were both using the same version of the song, so when we came out for our entrance the song was not at the correct starting point. Therefore the first dance was completely ruined and all the months of practice was for nothing. Overall would not recommend DJ Ruby and therefore would not recommend VOX DJ for pushing the recommendation of DJ Ruby to us.

ests said he was the best wedding DJ they've seen! Ace was extremely friendly, calm, welcoming and professional. He also knew how to bring the party and keep our guests engaged which is exactly what we asked him to do. Ace had the dance floor packed for 3 hours and could've kept it going all night. During our pre wedding video call with him Ace was able to pickup the exact vibe and feeling we wanted for our wedding and then absolutely delivered on the night of. The highlight of Aces performance was when 15 seconds before the Father Daughter dance we asked him to cut into a different song at the end of the dance that my wifes father mentioned in his speech. Ace executed this perfectly and had everyone shocked and on their feet. We could not recommend DJ Ace (Anthony Conlon) more for any and all DJ services.

We put a lot of that in the hands of Ricky and the VOX team, and they knocked it out of the park. Our entire wedding day went off without a hiccup, the sound and lighting setup was perfect for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and the dancefloor was electric. Almost all of our guests were on the dancefloor from the first song until we finally had to shut it down, and we lost track of how many people came up to us and said "the DJ is killing it". Outside of the wedding day itself, Ricky and the VOX team were really easy to work with and very consultative throughout the planning process. I can't recommend Ricky and VOX enough!

It was a moment of pure magic, made possible only by Ace's professionalism and intimate knowledge of the venue. Throughout the evening, Ace maintained the perfect tempo, playing all the songs we requested and keeping the energy high on the dance floor. The compliments from our guests kept pouring in, with many asking how we found such an incredible DJ. Well, Vox DJ is the preferred vendor for La Venta Inn for a reason, and Ace exemplifies the standard of excellence they uphold. I can't recommend Ace enough for any event. He's more than just a wedding DJ; he's a true professional who goes above and beyond to ensure that your special day is nothing short of perfect. Thank you, Ace, for making our wedding unforgettable!

We had so many people (of all ages) come up to us to say how much fun the wedding and DJ were. Booking was easy working with Diego and KC made even the planning process fun. Planning: Leon was exceptional throughout the planning process, when we met with him everything went seamlessly and was honestly one of the most frictionless portions of our wedding planning. The rundown he gave us of every single portion he'd be covering, what all our options were, and his opinions on what would go best were perfect. When we wanted to change something, we would update him and he'd respond immediately. Ceremony/MC: During our ceremony and reception, Leon hit every queue and timing perfectly. He was wonderful and polite with all of our guests, really professional. When we last minute had to delay our first dance, he took that in stride and adjusted perfectly. Music: We had a pretty complicated plan for our dance portion, transitioning through 4 different playlist themes, going from family friendly classics all the way to hip hop and hard EDM, and Leon absolutely killed it. We had tons of friends commenting on how much fun the set was, and the way Leon mixed it together was way beyond my expectations. He took each theme and ran with it. TL;DR - No chance you'll regret booking Leon Lee, nailed everything

process. During our planning call, we discussed taste and the vibe we were going for and he completely understood. The dance floor was never empty. From the moment the music started it was packed. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, please select Nick to DJ for your for your big day. In addition to Nick, we had opted for two musicians as well. We had a saxophonist (Bryan) and a drummer (Michael). The combination of these three was magic. We requested that the live musicians stay until the end because they were such a HIT. The drummer even let my husband (drummer in his previous days) have a solo and it was the best moment of the night. THANK YOU VOX TEAM! 10/10 experience, can not recommend these guys enough for your wedding day!

nt tiers of DJ/MC services. After reviewing their DJ profiles, we knew we had to go with Leon Lee (aka DJ Leon de La $co) because his music taste and vibes were exactly what we were looking for. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to have Leon be our DJ/MC for our wedding in San Diego. He brought the BEST energy and vibes to the party. Personally as I'm on the shyer/introverted side I was anxious about the dance floor leading up to the wedding but Leon's professionalism and experience really shined, because it was a massive success! Leon worked his magic and even some of our shyest friends were on the dance floor dancing and singing the night away. We loved that he was also familiar with k-pop and j-pop. In addition to the DJ side of Leon, I'd like to give a huge shout out to his MC skills because he seriously brought life to our grand entrance script, which would not have the same epic impact had it been MCed by anyone else that night. It made me realize who you choose to MC your event is so so important. His energy was contagious and he knew exactly how to hype the crowd up during key announcements throughout the night. Having the ability to hype up a crowd but also not sound forced or unnatural is seriously a talent/skill that's hard to master. Leon was also very flexible when we had last minute changes and ideas, but he was happy to jump right onto them. We got so many compliments from our guests about Leon -- everyone loved him. Also appreciated his fit for the night, very stylish and dapper. It showed that he put thought into presentation which we greatly admired. Big thanks to DJ Leon for being the best DJ that went beyond our expectations. If you're looking for a DJ for your wedding, don't bother looking elsewhere and just go with Leon lol! :)

He also even made sure to play a specific song for me right before the ceremony started, which was hard to do because, as the bride, I most likely wouldn’t have been able to hear it as I was preparing to walk down the aisle, but he played it at just the right moment, so I heard it!!!! reach out, and their response entirely shrugged off our concerns. After one email exchange, they stopped answering us altogether. While they were the most expensive of the choices we considered, we decided to hire their most expensive “Elite DJ” package based on their assurance that they were the best and would have everything planned and prepared for well ahead of time. We were unfortunately very mistaken. Here are a few of the issues we experienced: 1. Our DJ was not able to get the groom’s lapel microphone working before the ceremony, which caused a 15 minute delay in the start time. Even with the backup wired microphone, the audio failed during the reading of our vows, causing nothing to be heard. 2. When the bride walked down the aisle, rather than playing Canon in D, our DJ played the beginning of an electronic dance track, causing the entire room to burst out laughing. It had no place in the moment and completely ruined one of the most important parts of the wedding. 3. We gave our DJ a list of only 9 “must play” songs with instructions that those MUST be played during the reception, which he assured us that they would be. They were not. 4. We opted for the most expensive $1,600 lighting package, which we were reluctant to do but ultimately decided on after extensive assurance from Vox that it would add an amazing effect to the dance floor. What we ended up getting was a pretty bare-bones setup with a few colored lights that added nothing to the experience. We reached out to Vox after our wedding to share the above concerns, of which the mistakes during the ceremony were particularly egregious. At the very least, we hoped for any form of apology. In response, we received a short note from the Vox business manager indicating that he would discuss with our DJ and get back to us. When we reached out again for an update, his reply entirely ignored most of our concerns and only contained this: "Regarding the songs, [our DJ] said the list was longer than 8 songs. He said he saved most of them for the afterparty but feels he played the songs on the list.” That was the entire response that Vox felt was necessary to address ruining our wedding ceremony. They stopped answering our emails after this response, so we were unable to discuss any further. Unless you’re comfortable with gambling on not having a similar experience, I’d look elsewhere.

You never really understand until the day of how important a DJ/Emcee is to control the energy of a large event and such important event. Of course, he executed every aspect of it. He played every song we asked for, plus the genre. Leon was a great emcee, transitioning events well on the timeline smoothly. Lastly, he made a great impression on our guests. As the newly wedded couple, those are the type of things you want to remember from the wedding. DJ Leon Lee is awesome! Forever grateful for him!

For weeks after the wedding, our guests could not stop talking about how great a time they had and how amazing the music was. But having DJ Leon as our DJ and working with him mostly totally is worth it - we never got that vibe from him and he was all good vibes!

Our DJ we booked was quite late for our event and we did not have music playing upon our guests arrival. Our coordinator gave him an earful when he arrived, but he got it going shortly after arrival. The speeches during dinner service were not heard by half the guests, I wish I was told to get another speaker to help improve the audio quality. Overall, it was a great time and our DJ brought good vibes with him. We made several changes to our timeline a few weeks up until our wedding and our DJ was able to execute what we wanted when we wanted it. We were glad our music choices aligned well with his style.

He showed up to our venue early, was incredibly self-sufficient (got everything set up without bombarding us with questions), did an incredible job reading the room when it came to music selection, and was just an absolute gem of a human all night. He was incredibly professional and timely in all of our communication pre-wedding and he ran the show like a pro on wedding day. If you have an Arizona wedding coming up, I would 10/10 recommend booking DJ Keaton Davis.
