Mainstay Provisions
Mainstay Provisions is an Emerald City gem that you shouldn't overlook when selecting a venue for your rehearsal dinner. Although the restaurant specializes in Pacific Northwestern cuisine, dishes may vary seasonally as their chefs like to incorporate the best of what is in season and ingredients from local vendors. The restaurant's maximum capacity for a seated dinner is 30 people. A buffet is a go-to experience for most larger events, but the restaurant is open to hosting a plated dinner if your rehearsal dinner is on the smaller side. Mainstay Provisions is a unique event space as it provides an indoor/outdoor feel when the garage door is open leading to the sidewalk.
