Accent Limousine Service

We used Accent Limo to transport my and father, my bridal party, and my husband and me at the end of our wedding night. Accent Limo was timely, professional, and easy to work with.

Rick and his team were great! We hired Accent for two shuttle buses to and from our wedding hotels to the wedding ceremony! Everything went perfect and the shuttles arrived and departed on time!

Accent was absolutely amazing for my wedding and rehearsal dinner! Rick the owner and Bob the wedding planner were terrific! We engaged 4 different buses ranging in size between 12 and 27 passengers and there will multiple stops. I thought the pricing was reasonable and well worth it. I could not have been happier.

My limo driver was so good! He waited out the hail on my wedding day for longer than 15 minutes with my bridal party and I with an umbrella and a smile. He was so nice and patient! He was early for arrival and texted me when he arrived to let me know. He even waited so we could take photos getting out of the limo and in front of it! There were so many companies to contact about limousines and let me tell you, I emailed a good number of them to get quotes for our wedding day. It was Julie who really sold me on Accent Limousines. She was warm, friendly, informative, enthusiastic. She gave background about the business being family owned, answered all my questions, and really just in general made me feel like she cared. I also really appreciated that tip was already included in their pricing (as I always worry about tipping too little so it was good to have one less thing to worry about). Throughout everything, Julie was so helpful and responsive. At one point, when she gave us a form to fill out, I informed her we were a bride and bride I really wish I could completely convey what a joy it was to have her as our point-of-contact. The day itself went fairly well! Our Limo driver made no complaints when I was running 20 minutes behind, and got us where we needed . Unfortunately, there was some confusion on the way to my fiancee's (now wife!)'s house, which ended up delaying the ceremony. The driver did get turned around, but I also appreciated that he was totally willing to go back to my wife's house after the ceremony to grab something we had forgotten for the reception. Overall it was a good experience and Julie is fabulous, and I'm sure most trips go without a hitch! Accent Limousine is a wonderful, LGBT friendly company that is wonderful to work with!

Absolutely perfect service!! Arrived 15 minutes early! Limo was immaculate! Wonderful and funny driver who had us all relaxed and laughing in minutes! I can’t recommend them enough. Oh I almost forgot such a fair price as well!!

Amazing from start to finish .

Our Limo arrived at the hotel early which was fantastic and our driver assisted us with all the items that had to be transported to the venue. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne as well as non alcoholic beverages. Our ride was nice and quick and then he quickly left and picked up the guys too. I would definitely recommend Accent Limo they were very prompt and professional.

Our driver was wonderful. He was early and so kind and seemed excited for our big day! The 12 seater was super comfy and clean and perfect for our large crew. Plenty of room in the back for our dresses to hang nicely and also plant of space for our bags! I would definitely book through them again!

We used Accent Limo for our wedding this past weekend. They were super easy to work with, and have a great wedding package. The driver was friendly, and got the limo up my parents driveway, which is no small feat. He knew the schedule, the addresses for each of the stops he had to make. He also had a couple of large golf umbrellas which were so needed since it was pouring. We would definitely use them again!

Accent Limo was such a pleasure to work with. Our driver, Jim, was so awesome. We had him pick up the groom and the groomsmen at one location and drop them off at the church, pick up me (the bride) and the bridesmaids at another location and take us to the church, and then take the whole wedding party to the reception, and he was absolutely on top of it te whole time; he knew the plan, he knew the addresses, he kneels the schedule, and he was punctual. He also was really helpful when we got to the church. He even fluffed my train for me right before I walked down the aisle! Talk about going above and beyond.

I had the best experience with Accent Limo. They are so kind, professional and helpful. It was so easy to book, and the gratuity was included! (I loved that the tip was one less thing I had to worry about!) I made a few changes which they accommodated no problem! The limos they gave us were great! My husband and I were supposed to get picked up in a sedan for our ride home from the reception but they gave us a limo instead, it was an awesome surprise! Accent Limo was awesome and I give them my highest recommendation. I worked with Bob via email who was absolutely great at coordinating all the logistics and giving us a great deal on our limos. We had to coordinate three limos and a town car to pick up and drop off at multiple locations (hotel, church, photo locations, back to hotel for reception) and they handled it flawlessly. All the cars were on time and the drivers were very respectful and professional. The limos themselves were very classy and we couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. Top marks for these guys!

Accent Limo was amazing! I emailed them so many times changing the times and what we wanted and they were so nice along the way. On our actual wedding day the 1st Limo Driver was beyond amazing! He was so kind to the entire wedding party. He evened poured the champagne for us! Our second driver at night was such a delight we got a town car so it was just the two of us. Accent Limo was exactly what we were looking for in a wedding lim0! Bob was great to work with from the very beginning. They are reasonably priced and very flexible. They were even willing to go from Franklin,MA all the way up to Salem, MA, which made our life a lot easier! Our driver arrived a little early, which was great and definitely helped to keep us on time! They accommodated multiple stops for pictures which made our day extra special, and he was such a friendly guy! Hands down would recommend them to anyone getting married!

Accent Limousine was very professional and was exactly what we needed for our wedding day! Jim, our driver, arrived with ample time to make sure he was in the correct location. He was friendly and professional. He made sure we were at the ceremony on time... even with a few minutes to spare. He provided champagne to celebrate on our ride to the reception. Accent limo was exactly what a wedding limo service should be. They were extremely accommodating, knowledgeable of the area, and of course professional every aspect of the way. Their prices are more than reasonable and the quote Bob provided included everything so we knew exactly what our cost would be, no hidden fees or gratuity at the end. Our driver was early and was patient waiting for everyone to board. When we got to our reception it began to rain and our driver was quick to get umbrellas and ensure the bride did not get wet. Limo services can be tricky as reviews tend to be all over the place but you can not go wrong with Accent!

We rented the 25 Passenger Mini-coach for our daughters wedding. We wanted the whole wedding party to be able to ride to the reception together after the church. The driver showed up early. The bus was stocked with a cooler of soda and water and was very comfortable. The driver was excellent and even helped coral people into the church and took care of closing the doors. The ride to the reception was a blast I would recommend Accent to anyone. We also used them to transport the bride and groom to the airport for their honeymoon.

Just through our email and phone conversations I felt extremely confident that our transportation would go off without a hitch. And it did. We had 3 limos, 1 shuttle, and 2 full size motor coaches. All drivers were helpful, polite, and fun!! Great company to work with!

So glad we hired accent limo for our wedding this past weekend! My sales rep Bob was awesome! So easy to get a hold of, professional and accommodating. They checked in with us the day before the wedding and arrived at booth pick up locations perfectly on time. The limos were gorgeous and super clean, champagne was wonderful and the driver could not have been more friendly and professional. Accent Limousine was great! It was a rainy day but Scott made sure that my hair/dress wouldn't get wet, holding an umbrella over me till I got in the church. Scott also helped me with the doors at the church and made my entrance amazing. Very nice people, easy to work with, didn't have to worry about a thing. Did let me know when he arrived, even tho I didn't have my phone on me, ha. I would suggest using them!

I had a good experience with Accent Limousine from the moment I contacted Bob to inquire about services and cost. They were much more affordable than many other limousine companies I had contacted and were quick to respond to any questions. Our driver was punctual, pleasant and professional. He was even prepared for the unexpected downpour that occurred and had an umbrella ready and waiting for us. The car was in great condition, clean, comfortable and fully stocked with champagne and water. I was all around pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend Accent Limousine.

We were married in early November in Upton/Mendon, MA. We rented a limo and a classic car- the 1937 Packard Limo. I rode in the Packard with my wife. Both of the drivers- of the limo and Packard were excellent and very punctual. I recommend Accent limo and their associated classic cars that are available. They certainly added to the atmosphere of our wedding which went on without any problems!

Accent Limo drove me and my bridesmaids to the church; the whole bridal party to the park for pictues; and even accommodated a pit stop at a package store for our long drive to the reception venue. The driver was a blast and helped us have the best time. I highly recommend them!

I have a difficult time with this review so I will give you all the specifics with the good and bad. We had two vehicles, a classic car and a limo bus. The classic car was to pick my husband and I up for pics, drop us off at the venue and then return for the parents to bring them prior to the ceremony. The limo bus picked guests up from the hotel and drove them to the venue, then stuck around and drove shifts back to the venue at the end of the night. These are our thoughts: 1. Both drivers were punctual for the initial pick up, both vehicles were clean & in good condition. 2. The classic car driver was very nice & helpful for pictures, holding umbrellas, stopping traffic, etc. 3. The classic car was VERY SLOW driving and took about 20 mins to drive 6 miles. As we were not told how slow it really was, it was not factored into the timeline and our wedding started about 45m late (it took 40 minutes for them to drive 12 miles)!! 4. There was no champagne in the classic car as stated in the contract 5. The limo bus was very quick/punctual and worked out great getting everyone to and from the venue. 6. Also important to note that this company contracts with the group that owns the cars so they don't own them outright. This becomes important because initially we requested and booked a different classic car. A few days later we were told that the car was no longer available (though we had officially booked it, had the contract, etc) and had to choose something else. Not a huge deal to us because there were other decent options but just a FYI. Overall, it was a good experience but I was fairly irritated with how long it took the classic car to drive a short distance. Be aware for your planning!

I cant get over how professional this company is. From the moment I booked and the day I met Bob. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. On my wedding day the limo drivers arrived on time and helped me with my dress, We got to the church and I had to go to the restroom. One of the limo drivers backed up the limo and guarded both doors so no one saw me. Then when we were waiting to go into the church and the limo drivers held my dress up so it wouldn't drag on the floor. They were awesome and then gave me an extra bottle of wine because I like the one they gave us so much. Thank you guys so much and if anyone if looking for a limo company these are the people to hire.

I had Accent limo for my wedding , it was a great experience, the limo was very clean , the driver was very very nice, we were over an hour late for the reception, the driver never complained. I strongly recommend it for any couple in the MA area.

Accent Limousine was excellent for our recent wedding. Our limo driver was attentive the entire time. Starting at the house and hotel where he picked the wedding party up. He was always opening the doors and helping out. At the church, he assisted with holding the inner doors to the church open as the wedding party went down the aisle. Lastly, our limo driver even allowed on of our guests to sit in the limo to get out of the cold when they went to go outside of the church during the ceremony with a crying baby. The only slightly negative thing we have to say is that we were told the limo sat 10 people and one person in our wedding party had to sit in the front seat due to lack of space in the back. I would absolutely recommend Accent Limo and would use them again in the future!

The transportation bus we received for our wedding was spectacular. The driver was friendly, on time and extremely nice. I would hire them again in a second. And the pricing really cannot be beat!

We used Accent for a one way ride to our venue as a surprise for our flower girls. 6 girls under the age of 12 in the limo who absolutely freaked out when they saw the limo and could not contain their excitement. Our driver was great. All those screaming girls just made him smile and appreciate the excitement. He was friendly and helpful to all of us. It was a fun experience for everyone.

We recently used Accent Limo of Milford, MA for our sons wedding transportation and I must say we were greatly satisfied with their service.We had two ultra stretch limos for the day and each one was amazingly clean and comfortable.The drivers were very proffesional , clean, polite and on time for each ride pick up and drop off.The cars were clean and well stocked with soft drinks and champagne for our guests and the glasses and napkins were in excelllent condition.I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their special event.The management was most helpful and the cars and agenda were reconfirmed well in advace of the event making our day stress free and comfortable. Efficent, affordable, excellent service and beautiful cars. That about sums up Accent Transportation Services. For our recent wedding, we were in need of several limos to take us from the venue to the church and back again. We did extension research on Yelp and relied on the good rating of Accent's listing. After taking a look at their vehicles and speaking with the reps, we decided they were the transportation service to go with! Accent arrived to our pick-up location on-time and nicely waited at the church until the ceremony was over. The cars are very nice, clean and have water inside. We ordered two stretch limos (one white, one black) and one escalate stretch limo. Each limo was in perfect condition and fitting for a wedding celebration! There isn't much more that I can say, other than that Accent is a great choice for any of your transportation needs.

We recently used Accent for our wedding and I was very happy with them. Booking was easy and I was able to pay up front, tax and tip included so I didn't have to think about it on the big day. Our driver was early, completely professional, and the limo looked great. I am SO happy that we used Accent for our wedding on July 27, 2012. Our driver Jim was the NICEST and most professional driver. He arrived early, helped me with my dress, ushered all of my bridesmaids into the car and was so helpful.. The owner Bob was very helpful in organizing the transportation. Every aspect of this business is 5 star. Use them for your wedding you will not be disappointed. Trust me. I've heard of horror stories with limosuines and their limos were spotless, clean, and did not disappoint.

Limo: Accent Limo, A+ Finding a 10 passnger limo was bit of a nightmare in CT. I found these guys through a Groupon deal in my home state of MA, money well spent! The staff is amazingly friendly and on point. The limo was new, clean and the glassware for our drinks was immaculate. Our driver, Scott, was patient and funny. He kept the bridesmaids smiling until I could come down and then while the WP took pictures asked the parents to sit and relax in the limo until we were done. He kept MOG laughing and brought her a tissue since she had gotten all teary earlier. He was great and I would highly reccomend them.

Bob was very helpful on the phone. Limo's were classy, reasonably priced. One of our drivers was very personable, attentive, overall great experience. We did have some issues with the second driver, whose sense of humor was "off", joking that I still had time to "change my mind" before getting married.

We saw so many crappy limos! These limos were new, we got to pick and confirm a new limo here and it was the one we got, spotless. The price was right, and they even told us if we went 30 mins over our time they're would be no charge...we didn't though. Our driver Jim was so nice, he arrived 30 mins early, helped me with my things, was soooo conscientious of my dress and was even giving us ideas for photos! Loved him! Will use the company again.....

Accent Limo was part of my Bachelorette Party as well as my Wedding and both were flawless! The Bachelorette Party was great - Allen drove us around finding whatever we needed upon request (liqour store, bathroom). He was extremely professional and all of us had a blast. The wedding day went perfectly as well. We actually took pho...tos before the ceremony so the driver had quite a bit of driving around to do. Everything went off perfectly... except for the rain! But our driver was equipped with the largest umbrellas in existence and all hair and dresses remained dry as he escorted each bridesmaid and myself to and from all locations... oh and our champagne was ready for us to commence celebrating as soon as we were married... all around Perfect! I could not have asked for a better experience!
