These photographers have all passed the required training academy, so all posed and candid images captured during your day are well composed, properly lit, and capture the story, excitement, and fun of your special day. Your album, printed and digital, will beautifully tell your story. To accommodate different needs and budgets, B. Remembered Photo offers various packages. The full-day option includes 8 hours of coverage, two photographers, 500-700 high-resolution images, RAW files, a leather photo album, and an online gallery. communication leading up to the wedding was very efficient and transparent. Post wedding I received a generic update that our photos were safely stored however, no update regarding the last minute changes on the day of, etc. I think I was expecting more than what we received.

quired us to fill out pages of paper work detailing our wedding plans. The day of the wedding our photographer, Brian, arrived at our house and did not know our wedding was an LGBTQ wedding. This was something we mentioned multiple times in our paper work and spoke to our account manager, Cody, about. We are now 4 months post wedding and the company has done NOTHING to right the situation! We have gotten almost no communication about the issue, except from Daniel who told us it was their “busy season” and we needed to wait! Every single wedding guest complained about the photographer! Brain jumped over flower beds during the ceremony, stood talking to the DJ during the reception, made us wait to walk in so he could park his vehicle AND approached one of the brides about food while we were still on the dance floor after the first dance!!! Horrific service and worse follow up. If I could give 0 stars I would! Terrible beginning to end!!!!

We want to begin by saying how sorry we are that you feel this way. We did send you an email with a detailed explanation of our plan to remedy the situation but we would like to clarify some details on here as well.
After receiving...
your photos, you reached out to Cody and let him know that some were missing. Cody, your account manager looked into your folder and after a quick scan, saw what he believed to be as everything accounted for in both your edited and raw folder. Due to our range of photography jobs, nothing looked unusual. He believed the situation was all set.
Days after receiving this information, you called Daniel, the owner at 10:30 pm at night and he answered as you immediately. This was the first time you spoke of any issues with your photographer on the day of. Up to this point, no issues were brought up to anyone on our team. Daniel, drove back to the office at 11 pm at night to investigate what had occurred. Since he has worked in photography, he noticed a discrepancy and let you know of it immediately. Our team has over 400 SD cards we use and this made it extremely time consuming to go through but we were determined to do so.
Daniel discussed with you on a few occasions that we wanted to turn over every rock and look through them all prior to making the call. We mentioned that since it was busy season, those SD cards were in use and could not be recovered immediately.
It was also discussed with you that if we couldn’t find them, we would refund you completely. If we did find the remaining photos, we were going to create a very high-end photo album to apologize for the inconvenience.
We apologize that we did not explain clearly the amount of time this process would take in order for our team to be thorough and again we apologize for this experience. We wish we knew of this sooner, as we would have gladly worked with you to create a solution.
We are going to continue to work through finding the rest of your photos and truly hope you know we are doing everything we can to remedy the situation.
