I set up a private appointment with my bridal party and both moms on a Sunday and the ladies at Bride Beautiful were just amazing! Gail was top-notch. We must have tried on 10 gowns, she took her time with me, she made me feel so comfortable and important. I found my dress that day and even afterwards their communication was great and I never had any question working with them. They also recommended a place for alterations and they did an amazing job as well! Highly recommended!

I found the perfect dress at Bride Beautiful. Wanda was an amazing consultant and Corrine did a fantastic job as her orientee! I couldn’t be more pleased with the kindness and excitement we experienced today.

I had been to TEN different bridal salons in SC, NC, and GA. I was ready to give up! I was almost ready to just settle in a dress because I didn't believe the dress I envisioned myself in even existed. I had about three top contenders but deep down I knew I wasn't in love with them. I went to bride beautiful on a whim. I wasn't sure what to expect. My mom, sister, and I walked in and were immediately greeted with smiles and encouragement. We were allowed to look through dresses and my stylist helped pull some different styles based off of what I liked. My sister pulled my dress and it was the first one I tried on. As soon as I got it on I loved it. I hadn't even seen it. I just loved the way it felt on my body. I walked out and everyone's faces said enough. I looked in the mirror and didn't need to try anything else on. I said yes to the dress. Thank you DR at Bride Beautiful for helping me find my dream dress! I felt beautiful on our day.

I was on a work trip to Atlanta and had some free time so I decided to make an appointment at Bride Beautiful to try on some wedding dresses. My wedding was about 7 months away and I come to Atlanta frequently for work so I figured that if I found something I liked, I could buy a dress in Atlanta and have plenty of time to come back for alterations. The consultant I worked with at Bride Beautiful, I believe her name was Gayle, had over a decade of experience helping brides find the perfect dress. I told her that I had been in a couple of other bridal salons and, up to this point, had not had what I would call a special or personal experience. At my previous appointments, I’d felt awkward and unsure and self-conscious because many of the dresses did not look good on me and I didn’t know enough about wedding dress styles to figure out what would. My consultant told me that she understood and immediately started asking me about my style and what kind of impression I wanted to make at my wedding. I felt so comfortable with her! She got me to open up to her as we walked around the store and she immediately started tagging gorgeous gowns for me to try. I tried on about 8 dresses (most of them different styles because I had no idea what I wanted!) She was patient and helpful. She made sure that she told me the pros and cons of each dress. What was so amazing about this woman was that with each dress I tried on that WAS NOT the dress, she used that feedback to bring me something closer and closer to what I wanted in the next dress I tried on. For example, the first dress had a lot of lace and I thought it looked “antiquey” which was opposite from what I wanted at my wedding. Well, that was the last lacey dress she brought me. She started bringing me mermaid gowns which were more elegant and modern. I liked that style but lamented not having more beadwork. She brought me a mermaid gown with more beadwork that I loved but the sweetheart neckline was a bit too plunging for my taste. Finally, she brought me a gorgeous mermaid gown, with very structured tulle, and vertical beading on the corset!! I just could not get over how perfect this dress was for me and for my figure!! My opinion was reinforced when I walked out to the common area and a family that was their for their bride’s alterations appointment all commented about how stunning the dress was! I filled out paperwork that night to purchase the dress. Although I ended up finding another dress that just had a bit more “wow” factor and that I found while shopping with my Mom the following week, this was the next best dress and by far the BEST experience I could have ever asked for. I felt horrible having to deliver the news to my Bride Beautiful consultant, whose shop I’d hoped to do business with! However, I sent her a picture of me in my dress, and she was so supportive and complimentary saying “that dress was made for you.” Gayle, wow. You just astound me with your amazing attitude and customer service!! Thank you Bride Beautiful!! I felt like a beautiful bride almost as soon as I walked in your door!

Bride Beautiful was the first bridal salon that I had been to so I don’t have much to compare it to. They keep their dresses on dress form hangers so you can see the shape of each dress easily and allow you to walk through and pick out 5 that you want to try on. I was unsure of exactly what style dress I wanted, so they told me to pick out one of each kind that I liked and to work from there. After trying on the first 5 I figured out which style and material that I liked the best and they allowed me to pick out 3 more to see which one I liked the best. I ended up choosing a gorgeous Stella York gown from the first 5 that I tried on!

I had THE best experience during my wedding dress shopping here at Bride Beautiful. Over the span of a few weeks I visited probably 10 bridal shops around Atlanta and the surrounding suburbs to figure out which stores matched my price range and desired style. I then created a shortlist of 3 stores I wanted to schedule a fitting for while my sister and mother were in town. The associate that helped us at Bride Beautiful was so accommodating and patient. I also liked that she was honest and real about the choices! It was a different setup where you show your dress in front of multiple parties but I didn't mind. There was such a great selection of dresses at the store. The Saturday I was there, all dresses on the floor were 50% off! I selected a gorgeous laced Martina Liana dress #905. I received so many compliments on it. I highly recommend them to the bride that's looking for more non-traditional, latest designer dresses!

Bride Beautiful was an excellent choice. They were very helpful and I was able to find my dream dress! They got a good idea of my style early on, and I found the one after only trying on about 5 dresses. My dress was very unique with beautiful lace detail. They also did a great job helping me select accessories to match. My veil matched my dress perfectly and was gorgeous as well!

I bought my dress off the rack (for $400 less than retail price) about a year before my wedding. Only minor alterations needed to be done and the dress was beautiful! Patricia made the appointment fun and it was a flawless experience. Definitely worth an appointment.

Everyone was very nice at Bride Beautiful! There was a wide selection of wedding dresses at a variety of prices. They were very respectful of my price range and showed me a wide variety of options. I was able to walk through the racks and pick out the dresses that I wanted to try on. I was able to get the same consultant from one appointment to the next, so I did not have to re-explain what I was looking for. My dress came in exactly as it was supposed to and when it was supposed to. Communication with the store was excellent!

During my dress journey I have come across some great and not so great bridal boutiques. Bride Beautiful is one of the great ones. I first visited Bridal Beautiful shortly after I got engaged. I worked with Joan and she is awesome. She's knowledgeable, creative, honest, patient, kind and embodies the type of person that you would want on your team for one of the most memorable days of your life. Although I had less than sixth months until my upcoming nuptials Joan and her team did not add to bridal stress by pointing out that fact. Instead Joan offered immediate solutions and suggestions that would actually help me. What impressed me the most was the fact that every solution did not involve a rush fee. She and the team were continually conscious of my budget and always took in consideration any alterations necessary and desired. It took me a couple more weeks to figure out what I actually wanted and what we agreed would looked great on my body type. Less than 60 days before my wedding both Joan and Jennifer worked me in their schedule for a last minute appointment. I was not rushed nor pushed to get in and get out. I was given patience and space to breathe and make a great decision for me. They never stopped trying to help make my special day Extraordinary. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for this team and their kindness, level of bridal styling expertise, and display of genuine enjoyment of the service they provide. I advise all brides to visit Bride Beautiful if you want to work with bridal consultants that will make you feel as special as you are and ultimately help you find a dress that is just as special. Trust me ... you will not regret it

I have now been to five or six different bridal salons in Atlanta. I found this one to be one of the worst. The store is not well-kept in an industry where first impressions matter. Dirty, old. Seemed like a pretty good selection at first. They have you look at dresses and put clips on 6 you like "Wedding" Wanda was our stylist - that's what she called herself. Even though she has been at the salon for many years, she did not seem to know much about how to fit a bride who is not a street 8. She did not clip me in, she did not use bra extenders, she did nothing besides ask me what I liked ... about the fabric that I was holding to cover up my body. She would bring in 1 dress at a time and stand there - not really helping. Awkward. They prohibit photos - also a sign of a low-class salon. She provided no suggestions or guidance through a process that is daunting and emotional. I left that salon ... feeling horrible about myself (size 12-14, and I've lost 100lbs). I just wanted to either elope...or just not get married. THAT is the impact that Wedding Wanda and this low-class salon had on me. I could never recommend this place.

I went to Bride Beautiful on November 18, 2017 and found my dream dress! I had such a wonderful experience here. Wanda was my consultant and she was amazing!! She was very professional and such a people person. After each dress I tried on she would walk away and give me and my mom some privacy to enjoy the moment and discuss what we thought about each dress but was also very involved with us so she had a perfect balance. All of the staff that I dealt with that day was so friendly and helpful! I cannot say enough good things about Bride Beautiful and I highly recommend going here to look for a dress!!

I absolutely loved my dress! It was very unique and I got a lot of compliments on it. I went to 6 bridal stores and Bride Beautiful was the most helpful. Gail was wonderful and her years of experience were very apparent. The only reason why I give a 4 is because I ordered a Custom Length for my dress and it came in 5 inches too long. Bride Beautiful gave a 50% refund for what I paid for the custom length, but then I still had to pay the full amount for alterations. I ended up paying about $300 to get the length right, but the custom length was $120. I don't think the fact that the custom length was wrong was bride beautiful's fault, but I wish they had done more to correct the mistake rather than just giving me 50% refund of the custom length price.

My consultant, Bria, was great!! I visited the store twice and both times she was very helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and honest. She made me feel so comfortable and was very friendly to my family. I purchased my gown during my second visit and I am so glad that chose Bride Beautiful. I can't wait to wear my beautiful Martina Liana gown on our wedding day!

My experience here was amazing. From the second me and my girls stepped in here we could tell the dress was here. One thing I love about this bridal store is that each dress is on actual manican so that you can see in full detail the dress and style of the dress. I tried on 4 dressss and the last one was the one. I literally got a $2500 gown for $1250 because of their 50th anniversary sale. I am so grateful for Bride Beautiful and their entire staff. They shipped my gown to Virginia no problem & I can't wait to wear it on my big day. Thanks y'all! P.s the margarita restaurant across the street is amazing too

I loved my consultant!! She really cared about me and my opinion over everything. She took time to work with me and my bridesmaids! But unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience overall. When I got there, they did not have me down for my appointment which I scheduled about a month out. “Luckily” the person who they double booked my appointment time cancelled. I did enjoy going around and putting the clips on what I wanted, and my family wanted me to try on. But once we started trying on dresses, the girl who had an appointment with another consultant at the same time as me, was INTRUDING on my appointment. Everything I tried on, she wanted to try on!!! No privacy!! Her family was giving me their opinions and I was over it at that point. I did think I found my dress there, but I went to another shop and fell in love with my perfect dress. (Also, I told them I’d call when we were ready to purchase and no one ever followed up with me). I personally think that working in a field that deals with customers, ITS ALL ABOUT THE FOLLOW UP! That could have been & was, lost business.

I scheduled an appointment to try on gowns in May of this year, while at home with family in Atlanta and I was rather diasappointed by my experience. Despite the fact that I had scheduled the visit--implying some forethought on my part--the consultant seemed annoyed that I had begun searching for dresses 20 months from my wedding date and immediately stated that I should not be looking so early as my mind might change. If she had used more tact she may have elucidated that I'm a resident physician and I only have sporadic time off to pause and thoughtfully plan for my wedding, which is why my dress hunt began so soon. Furthermore, my sisters were in town along with me, which does not happen often, so it was the right moment for us. I proceeded to tell her the materials and silhouettes that I was interested in and after showing me a few dresses she answered one inquiry regarding simple silk and satin trumpet gowns, with "well lace is really the trend right now". I tried on a few gowns after working to find them mostly on my own and/or with the assistance of my sisters. Unimpressed, I left and later that day found a wonderful Martina Liana gown at a smaller salon where the consultant was more than happy to assist me in finding a gown that we will customize to fit my dream.

I came to Atlanta from Kansas City to shop for my wedding dress so that my family could come along. I was nervous about finding my dress long distance and dealing with having it shipped to me, I was not entirely convinced that I would find a dress while there. Everyone at Bride Beautiful was so fantastic! I had tried on quite a few dresses at other shops and Gail York listened to all of my experiences to find the perfect dress. It was GORGEOUS! I had to get it and Gail was fantastic at getting everything taken care of. Everything about the process went so smoothly and the dress was perfect. I got so many compliments on the dress and almost couldn't bare to take it off. Thank you Bride Beautiful for helping me find my dream dress!

I visited this shop Saturday June 10. I currently live in Orlando Florida and drove 7 hours for the appointment. My family lives close to Atlanta and I wanted to share this experience with them. Initially when we arrived we were to wait and look at bridesmaids dresses, which we were actually going to purchase, until my consultant was finished with her previous bride. I was greeted by my consultant where she asked some of my ideas, my dress size, and how many was in my party (5). She told me that they only had dresses in 12/14 and usually they only allow 4 people on Saturday. I actually called ahead to make sure that my wedding party was ok and was told that it was. She then took us to the back of the shop, and I was shown 2 bridal racks of outdated dresses with no choices of what I wanted she gave me yellow clips to clip anything that I might like and then she left. She returned and escorted me to a dressing room with two dresses. I proceeded to try on the first dress but honestly this wasn't the experience that I wanted. I took it off and we left. I made a purchase of a beautiful gown at Anya bridal where we received WONDERFUL, HELPFUL service. So if you're not a size 12/14, want great customer service, or have a party greater than 4 don't go to this shop.

I ended up buying my dress and veil from Bride Beautiful. I worked with Gail, who was very helpful. They have a wide selection at varying price points. What I didn't like was that the staging area is very open and everybody in the shop can see the dresses you're trying on.

I looked far and wide for my gown in both Charleston and Atlanta. I had a specific idea of what I was looking for and was having a hard time finding something to match my style and price point. My first visit to Bride Beautiful with my mom changed everything! I worked with Joan who was very helpful and attentive despite the boutique being very busy. I chose a Stella York gown and couldn't have been happier. It was exactly what I was looking for the and the price was great! Bride Beautiful explained all the details for purchasing and my gown arrived about 5 months later. They also referred me to Lace Alterations for adjustments to my gown. Lace was also fantastic. After finding my gown, we went back and Joan helped us find a maid of honor dress for my sister. I would highly recommend them to all Atlanta and Southeast brides!

I got my dress from Bride Beautiful, and the entire process from start to finish was seamless and stress-free, and the level of customer service is unrivaled. I made an appointment back in June through their website and came in on a Saturday. The dress selection process that they do is interesting: I would choose a few and my consultant would choose a few. From there she would get a taste of what I'm looking for, while at the same time making sure I try on different types of dresses that would look good on me and my body. I think I only tried on 5 dresses before my consultant found THE one. It was beautiful AND within my budget. Make sure to ask for any specials that they have going on! At the time when I went, they had a same-day discount of 10%. HOWEVER I still had one more dress appointment to go to. I already had my heart set on that dress from Bride Beautiful, but at my mother's incessant urging, I went to my other appointment at a different bridal salon. I was pressured to buy a dress I didn't want, and they had also clipped on the dress in the back in such a way as to hide a GIANT, gaping tear in it, which I didn't notice until later when I took it home. After crying many, many tears, my best friend urged me to eat my losses and go back to Bride Beautiful and get that dress that I wanted. I went back the very next day and met with the same consultant as before-- and not only did she extend the same-day discount to the next day, but after I told her about my horrible experience at the other bridal salon, she tried to do whatever she could to save me some more money. She found some competitive discounts that they offer against that other bridal salon, and she gave me another additional 10% off!! Swipe, sign, sold. The dress came in about 4 months (they said it would take 5-6 months). It was absolutely perfect. I loved it. Bride Beautiful turned a horrible experience into a wonderful one. I went in on a Saturday, because that's the only time I could get everyone together, at a 10 am appointment. It started out well, a little different than I expected. You have to go through and pick your own dressed to try on, my "stylist" didn't make any suggestions. The third dress I tried on was a different fit than the others I picked out, and it turned out to be the one that flattered me the most. I wanted to try on more like it to get the fit and start deciding on the dress itself. The woman who was helping me, Wanda, continued to push me to go ahead and purchase that one. It was a great dress- but I can't decide after JUST 3. So then me and my mom go through trying to find more dresses. It gets very busy, understandable, but it is so crowded (there weren't enough places for brides to try on- you had to wait in line to use the mirror). Wanda, the sales lady, actually said to me "we need to hurry it up". She had another appointment come and I could see she was feeling rushed, which made me feel rushed. I ended up finding two I liked but couldn't make a decision because I needed more time and was getting very frustrated. They should not book that many appointments at one time. I understand it's a Saturday, but that shouldn't make a customer feel neglected. Unless you know exactly what you want (and have tried on somewhere else before) I would not recommend this place. Their prices aren't even that good. They never asked my budget so I had no idea what the prices were as I tried on (all of which were out of budget).

I bought my dress this past weekend at Bride Beautiful and the experience could not have been better! This was our first appointment of the day and my first time trying on dresses -- Patricia (my consultant) was so patient with me as a tried to figure out what I was looking for. We ended up leaving as we had a few other appointments that day and later started to find a look I wanted. After seeing some sticker shock at other salons, we went back to Bride Beautiful and showed them a picture of the other dress. Joan was able to jump in right away and put the look together for me!! We had a great experience at this salon. The ultimate reason we chose to come back that day was because of their amazing customer service, selection, and price point. Their team was amazing and we will definitely recommend Bride Beautiful to friends! Thank you Joan and Patricia!!

I worked with Patricia and Joan (I came in twice because I wanted to show a specific dress to my sisters). They had a nice selection of dresses and their customer service went above and beyond. Both Patricia and Joan were so friendly, accommodating and willing to offer styling advice and support. Joan did a wonderful job finding dresses that were my style. In the end, I ended up buying my dress from another store but I would highly recommend stopping in Bride Beautiful to find a bridal gown.

I had a couple of friends recommend Bride Beautiful for wedding dress shopping. My mom and sisters came in town for a weekend to go dress shopping and we made several appointments around town, but this was the one I was most excited about. We came here first and ended up cancelling the rest! We worked with Gale and she made the process fun and painless. We started by putting markers on 5 dresses around the store that we liked, and then after trying several on and deciding what I did or did not like about certain ones, Gale would go out and pull other dresses to try on. I had a general idea of what I wanted, and we tried on several different styles. My family was very opinionated, but Gale made sure that my voice was heard and helped narrow my options down to what I really loved and felt most comfortable in. The prices here are very reasonable, and they have a large selection of dresses. One of the dresses I was considering happened to be part of a trunk sale they had going on, and would have been a steal! They offer a discount if you purchase a dress on your first visit, which was great. I also found my bridesmaids dresses here, and they offered a couple of discounts if they ordered their dresses withing a month or 2 of my order. The store called me several times to update me on my dress, as well as my bridesmaids orders, which was helpful. I got so many compliments on my dress and my bridesmaids dresses, and I'm so happy I chose to come here first!

5 stars! I found the most amazing dress while shopping at the Sample Sale in April. Katrina did an amazing job with helping find the right style and fit for my body type, after having a terrible experience the day before. She made me try things without being pushy and I am so glad she convinced me to try a veil! She offered her honest opinion and was so sweet and helpful even though we were shopping in the sample sale section. Great job!!

I went to two bridal boutiques my first trip to Atlanta to look at wedding dresses. One boutique was nice and I found a few dresses I liked, but didn't have that feeling they were the one. The second boutique I went to the girl who was "helping" me was awful! She didn't listen to a word I was saying. She kept bringing me dresses that were in no way what I was describing. She even got into an argument with my sister who doesn't argue with anyone! A few weeks later on my second trip back to Atlanta I tried Bride Beautiful. Wow. What a breath of fresh air. Gail was wonderful and so attentive. She brought me dresses that I actually really liked! I ultimately found THE ONE there at Bride Beautiful with the help of Gail. And I got my dress, my sash, and my veil all for the same price as JUST the dress I wanted at the other boutique.

I booked an appointment there on a Saturday mid-afternoon. The consultant we got was not very attentive to what I was looking for, nor did she really seem that invested in helping me find a dress. I got more help from passing-by consultants than from the one assigned to me. The place had also booked so many appointments for the same slot as mine that I was stuck standing in the hallway with my entourage looking at whatever I was trying on, but I couldn't get to a mirror/podium to get a good look.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We didn't have an appointment but the owner, Jennifer, managed to fit us in between appointments and I found the dress I want to get married in! They have such a selection. Highly recommend this place!

Hi ladies! I just wanted to thank you girls (Especially Gail!) for making my wedding dress experience so wonderful. I felt very welcomed and as if I had a million options to choose from! It was also incredibly touching to me that you took to my family so well. Over the years, I have seen many people treat my family differently then they would have if my mom were not in a wheelchair, but you all never even batted an eyelash at the matter. You were kind and courteous and you were especially patient with me while I was weighing my options on the dress and the veil. I believe that valuable customer service is something that is fading as the years pass on, but you all have held on to your beliefs and have truly made me feel beautiful and welcomed this past Monday. I cannot wait to see my Allure wedding dress when it arrives! Thank you all for being you! You're simply wonderful!

This place is awesome! I loved the staff, and we had so much fun picking out the perfect dress. I did the "VIB" package, and it was absolutely worth it! Picking out my wedding dress was the perfect experience.

Our dresses were late. We were told the dresses would be ready in 4-6 weeks if we paid the rush fee. By the end of week 6 we had not heard a word from the shop despite numerous phone calls/emails/promises that the owner would be in touch with us. We just picked up the dresses today... We ordered them 9 weeks ago and the wedding is in 4 weeks! They refuse to reimburse the rush fee and are using the fine print at the bottom of the receipt as an excuse for poor customer service. The dresses were simply pulled out of the hideous cheap bag they were shipped in and handed to us, completely wrinkled and even a little dirty. Poor quality, poor customer service, not worth the trouble.

Although I didn't end up purchasing a dress here, my mom, sister and I had an incredible experience. The entire staff was great but Wanda was outstanding. She was so cute and helpful and really made me feel comfortable. The shop has a great selection and I am really glad that we went here... traveled all the way from Greenville, SC!

I was the second of my sisters to purchase a dress from Bride Beautiful and we both have been extremely satisfied. Although the interior hasn't been updated in a while their dress selection was perfect for someone who wasn't trying to spend thousands of dollars on a dress. The staff was incredibly accomodating and during my second try on for my family (who ended up being late) they let us stay past store hours just so I could show my Dad the dress. I found my dream dress in the first fitting and it was actually one picked out from the sales associate. But the best part is how they helped me pick a perfect size and I have minimal alterations to be done. I totally recommend coming here rather than some bigger boutiques in Atlanta so you can get a better 1x1 experience without any pressure.

I had a great experience at Bride Beautiful. Joan was very helpful and pleasant. They have a large selection of dresses at decent prices. Also all the dresses are on dress form hangers so you can get a better idea of the shape of the dress before trying it on.

I bought a dress off the rack (& under budget) at Bride Beautiful. It was one of the easiest experiences and seriously took about 45 minutes. Our consultant had years of experience and knew exactly what would flatter my figure. My dress was perfect on my wedding day. I also recommend the alterations place that the suggest. They are a little pricey but worth it!

I am absolutely in love with my dress. It was beautiful and totally worth every penny. Two thing to keep in mine for bride beautiful: 1. They are not going to tell you what size to get. Trust yourself on your size. They will tell you approximations and you can go from there. I knew I had fit in the sample, but when they gave me the ranges of size, I went up a size because I didnt trust the fit. This ended up costing a bunch in alterations. Not BB's fault, but keep this in mind. Also, know you don't have to go with their partner for tailoring. My older sister also got her dress at Bride Beautiful (we love them!) She went with their partner (they were in house at the time) and they just did not do a great job. She had a corset back and they did not alter it so you could even tell that on her small frame. The dresses are beautiful and they treat you amazing. Just keep those things in mind!

We loved working with Bride Beautiful! After visiting about 5 other salons, I was so happy to find my dress at Bride Beautiful! The consultant, Kim, actually pulled a dress for me based on other dresses I had picked that wound up being the one! I hadn't picked it myself as it had a different lining color than what I wanted, but thankfully she had the vision of the style I wanted and assured me they could order it with the liner color I wanted. Kim was fun to work with. We also enjoyed speaking with the owner, receptionist, and other consultants, as everyone was very friendly! After we bought the dress, they kept me updated on the status, and called me when my veil arrived and again when my dress was shipping and when it arrived. The salon is nothing overly fancy, but after searching at several stuffier bridal salons, I was happy to shop in a more laid back environment. Appointments are recommended. They also have bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses. There are dresses in a wide variety of price ranges, as well as clearance, so you can definitely find something that fits your budget. I would definitely recommend Bride Beautiful!

My mom and sister came in from PA to help me shop for dresses. When my dream dress turned out to be just ok at another shop I got a little panicky. I called Bride Beautiful and they were able to fit me in on a Saturday and I'm so thankful they did! Yes the décor is a little outdated but the selection of dresses and the value was great! My salesgirl, Victoria, was amazing and was actually the one who found my dream dress after seeing which dresses I preferred and what looked best on my body. I got a great deal through their trunk show and my dress came in after just two months! They were so sweet and stored it in house for me until it was time for alterations. They also pulled it for me when I wanted to come in and match some swatches and never acted like I was a bother. Please be mindful that there isn't a separate area for your family/friends to sit at but a communal waiting area and mirror. I had no problem waiting my turn for the mirror and didn't mind strangers telling me how beautiful I looked! I had a great experience her and highly recommend it for other brides.

The staff at bride beautiful are truly passionate about their jobs. They helped me pick out the perfect dress and veil for me whil remaining in my budget and making me feel beautiful. They were also amazing at helping my bridesmaids get the perfect dresses for them. I would recommend this place to any bride looking for her dream dress,

My dress consultant helped me find the perfect dress! We really enjoyed the experience at Bride Beautiful. They listened to all of my dress requirements and found the perfect dress for me in no time at all. There is a great selection and the bridal salon is very well-designed and spacious. I visited other bridal salons in this area and bride Beuatiful is definitely the best!

I purchased my dress from Bride Beautiful a little over a year before my wedding. The browsing and purchasing process was great! I was able to go through and pick out dresses 5 at a time to try on. The only issues I had was when I came back for my fitting. We had to wait over an hour to just try my dress on. We told them multiple times that I was on a time crunch yet they showed no concern to help move things along.

My dress was absolutely gorgeous!! I had an amazing experience during my dress buying process. My dress and veil were just beautiful. I felt like a bride and they helped me have the wedding of my dreams. Thank you so much GAIL!!!

I didn't exactly have 3 grand to drop on a dress and bride beautiful was perfect. I had tried David's bridal but everything was too cookie-cutter for me and stressful. Bride beautiful offers just as much variety for a better price without the stress and pushy sales people you'll find at David's Bridal.

This is a great bridal salon. Some of the dresses can be a little pricey, but the saleswoman helped me stay within my budget. They also have a great selection of sample dresses at great prices; but I am 5'2'' and a size 2, so any of them would have required a major overhaul to fit me. All of the salespeople were very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful selection of gowns and I was able to try on several different styles. They will not allow you to take pictures of the gown unless you have purchased it, which is good to know. I was also able to get a 10% discount because I ordered my dress the same day I tried it on, which was nice. The salon is quite small and myself and my party had to wait a little while before I could have access to one of the pedestals. There is also not a lot of seating due to the limited space, so either keep your group to a minimum or be prepared to have some people stand (as several in my large party had to do). My only other complaint was that my dress took close to 5 months to come in, and I had to call repeatedly for updates and to be told when it had come in, and even had to get my mother to call a few times when no one would give me straight answers. We were told that my dress would be in around 3 months from when I ordered it. Overall, I was quite pleased with my experience here.

I had the best experience looking for my wedding dress. Kim at Bride Beautiful was so helpful in selecting dresses for me and helping me stay within my budget. She was so honest and I just loved working with her. I found a beautiful dress for a great deal here, and my bridesmaid dresses, too. Everything came in on time and as expected. I couldn't be happier with my experience here!

I did not have a great experience here. I did find my dress here, but they measured me wrong by 2 inches all over. I even ordered a size smaller than they recommended me to and it was HUGE (no, I did not lose weight). I brought this up to the manager and she was less than apologetic nor did she even seem to care. I would not recommend shopping there. I had to spend over $500 on alterations alone because their measurements were so off. I was not a happy camper.

My sister and I have both purchased our wedding gowns from Bride Beautiful after searching through several other bridal salons. The sales people at Bride Beautiful were helpful but not pushy and they let me pick out the dresses I wanted to try on, but also made suggestions based on what I liked and what I didn't. They have a great selection of dresses and carry most of the samples in real people sizes. I was very pleased with my dress!

Found a great dress at another store in Atlanta but it was way over my price range - came to Bride Beautiful and found the exact same one and my size! It was left over from a trunk show they had done and was in the window but had not been sold due to the price tag. They were trying to move it out of there and were having a sale that put it just within my price range. Tried it on, fit almost perfectly just had to take in the straps and I got it for 60% less than what it was priced for elsewhere! Their sales people were very sweet, very helpful, and flexible enough to help me land the dress of my dreams. I could not have been happier - my girls also got their dresses here and they give a nice discount to them if you buy your dress here also.

Ordered my dress then changed my wedding date. store kept it nice and clean till I picked it up a month to my second date. buying was so easy. The dress I really wanted was out of season and not in stores. Consultant measured and gave me suggestions which made my dress fit perfectly when I got it. NO ALTERATIONS DONE! They suggested alterations place just incase I needed any within a month since I was losing a lot of weight fast. I decided to check them out just in case .... another pleasant experience.

I loved my dress, but the actual experience here was terrible. I had worked hard to lose weight before the wedding and got down to a 10, and when I went to look for dresses there for the first time, the first thing my bridal consultant said to me was that they had a great selection of bigger sized dresses. Right off the bat that set the tone for the appointment. Once I got my dresses picked out to try on, there were already 2 girls in the big wrap mirror areas where you can show your dress to your family that came with you, so I got stuck in the corner looking at mine in a side mirror. It was awful and I would not recommend this shop.

Bride Beautiful had a large selection of designer gowns. Their viewing are was communal so if another bride was on the pedestal you had to wait. They had a really neat system for how you identified which dresses you wanted to try on.

They did a great job spending time to help me! I was there for several hours, but it felt like no time. They were great about keeping me in my budget.

I see there are positive reviews of this place, and I am just stunned with how that's possible. I guess probably it is a good place to go to if you are looking for something cheap or "off-the-rack" to take home the same day. The place looks kind of shabby and the dresses were very unimpressive. We looked at the whole store and I so wish we had just walked right out after a thank you!. But this was my first bridal shop store, just because they were listed in a particular brand's website as an authorized retailer (which by the way, I will also be contacting). So I thought I could give some of those dresses a chance and see how they looked on me since it can be overwhelming to look at so many at the same time. So, I was hopeful. But let me tell you, I left there wanting to cry, thinking it'd be a bad experience like this everywhere.. The consultant - whose name I wish I remembered - was so uncouth and rude! I could go on and on about the many ways she was rude, like when she told me not to rip the dress because those were "expensive" and I was too big for the dress. Obviously I wasn't going to put the whole thing on, but she felt the need to let me know she personally felt bad too, because "she knows how it is not to fit in wedding dresses"??!?! I was thinking "you brought it to me! Why, then??". Mind you, I'm 5'10 and a size 10, so it's not like I am super overweight. She was just so insulting with the way she said it. Also, she just stood there in the room, which I knew it was expected, because most bridal dress stores will help you put them on, and adjust them to your body, even if they are not your size so that you have at least an IDEA of what it would look like. Well, but she didn't. She just stood there after handing me the dresses, watching me trying to find out a way of how to handle those huge dresses. I guess the purpose of her walking in there was to make sure no pictures were taken or something (?), since she was NOT there to be helpful. Then, she started ignoring my questions because she was too busy paying attention to mine and my sisters Louis Vuitton's, asking how much they were. She also did similar with my sister's "huge engagement ring", even though I was the bride. Just very ungraceful and of poor taste. I'm not sure how to describe this place other than trashy! They have never heard of manners, grace or class!! Thank God for my next dress shopping stop, which was Bridals by Lori, a true bridal experience!! I ended up visiting 6 of the best stores in Atlanta and I found my dream dress at "Sweet Elegance Bridal", but all my previous experiences were also very pleasant and fun, with the exception of course of this "Bride Beautiful" store. I don't usually write reviews, specially negative ones because it is time-consuming to do so. However, I thought since this a wedding dress store, and it is a once in a lifetime kind of shopping experience for a woman, I just don't want others to have to go through that kind of thing. It was very discouraging!

I found a hidden gem! I purchase a beautiful designer dress (retail price $4000) for $300. I had to do minor alterations. Definitely a place to check out!!

Jennifer, at Bride Beautiful, treated me like a princess and helped me find a dress that made me feel like a princess. My mother, grandmother, and mother-in-law went dress shopping with me. At Bride Beautiful, they were told to sit and relax while Jennifer took care of everything. At other shops, my mom was the one who was put to work. Jennifer listened to my opinions of the dresses, and we found the perfect one. We also did bridesmaids dresses through Bride Beautiful. Everytime I visited the store, I was impressed with each person who worked with me.

I was referred to Bride Beautiful by my close friend who ordered her wedding dress there. I had an equally positive experience. A very smooth experience makes for a very happy bride! My Casablanca gown arrived as promised and it was beautifully made. The right size was ordered and after alterations it fit me like a glove. It was perfect for dancing the night away.

I only went to one store for my wedding gown and I found it right away at Bride Beautiful. The staff were very nice and my bridal consultant was very helpful in choosing the right gown for me. I only tried on 10 dresses and bought the 7th one I tried on. My consultant picked it out based on my ideas and since it was a sample I got a stellar deal. When I look at my wedding pictures I can't get over how much I love my wedding dress. I also use them for bridesmaid dresses and my mom bought her dress for the wedding at Bride Beautiful too. They give you a discount on bridal party dresses if you purchase your wedding gown there. I was very pleased with Bride Beautiful.

I bought my wedding dress and 6 bridesmaids' dresses from here. My wedding dress experience was great. Jennifer, my consultant, helped me find the perfect dress at a great price! I took the dress home day of because it was a sample sale and I would recommend Bride Beautiful ONLY if you can take your dress home same day. If you have to order your dress, STAY AWAY! We ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses which we were told would be delivered 2 months before my wedding. When I called the store around when the dresses were to be delivered, I was told the delivery date was actually 1 month before my wedding and whoever told me the other date was wrong and they shouldn't have told me that. I called 1 month later and was told the dresses had shipped and would be in the next week. I called the next week and was told the dresses hadn't shipped and they didn't know why someone told me that, but not to worry because the dresses would definitely be in the following week since they were 2 weeks late at that point (from the new delivery date). I called the week after that (2 weeks before the wedding) and was told the same thing but spoke to a manager who checked on the dresses about daily after that. I was told repeatedly not to worry because the dresses would be in any day but they came in only 3 days before my wedding. When we picked up the dresses, only 5 had shipped and all were in the wrong color! Whoever helped me choose the bridesmaids' dresses and color wrote down the wrong color so they were ordered wrong. PLEASE, PLEASE buy your dresses from here ONLY if you can walk away with them same day!!! Believe me, you do not want to go through what I did! Bride Beautiful made a very important aspect of my wedding horrible and stressful. I had to pay $100s for other last minute dresses and changes to flowers and the color scheme because I couldn't find back-up dresses in the same color. Do not go through what I did! Do NOT order your dresses from here!!!

I went with my daughter to several vendors to purchase a wedding gown. Since I lived in NC and my daughter was attending college in Alabama we met in Atlanta. I heard about Bride Beautiful while at another vendor. Even though they were busy and it was an hour prior to closing they had Maureen to help us. We found the perfect gown. The service was great, they were friendly and accommodating and within budget.

I came to Bride Beautiful after having little success or good experiences at other shops. I was recommended this place from my sister-in-law who found her dress here 10 years ago. When I came in the same consultant who helped my sister-in-law helped me find my perfect dress, that was not planned. It was such an excellent experience working with Gail, she was very helpful throughout the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and created an experience for me that I will always remember! I loved my dress and Gail helped me pull my look together with the perfect accessories. All the ladies at Bride Beautiful are very professional and helpful!One of my favorite things about the store is that all the dresses are on dress forms, so it easy to see the beauty of the dresses without them being in bags. And the bride with the can pick what she wants to try on, without relying just on the consultant.

To begin, I think I should say that the actual girl that helped me find my dress was wonderful. Nicest girl to work with. But, her manager (maybe the owner?) is so unbelievably rude. I have visited Bride Beautiful multiple times for my wedding and my friend's wedding and I'm appalled by the way the manager treats people. It's really unfortunate because the store itself and the other salespeople are great.

I found my dress at the first place we visited. My attendant was wonderful. I came in with a list of dresses that I wanted to try on only to quickly find out that those styles didn't work on my body type. She offered helpful suggestions and steered me to a dress style that really worked for my body type. There was even a point during the appointment that I started to feel a little overwhelmed and she picked up on it and responded in an encouraging way. Overall, a great experience and I LOVED my dress!

Bride Beautiful has a special place in our family. My sister bought her dress there, a dear family friend bought her dress there and I bought my dress there. They are so sweet, extremely knowledgable and have some beautiful dresses. My mom also bought both of her dresses at Bride Beautiful as well. They no longer have the alterations ladies on site, but they have moved to a new location--and they are fantastic seamstresses! My dress had to have 4 inches taken in and it looked stunning!

I went into Bride Beautiful 8 months before my wedding date "just looking" to get an idea of what look I wanted for my wedding dress. I was already in love with Pronovia's designer but it was a little above my budget. Lucky for me one of the dresses that had just arrived fit me like a glove. I believe it was the owner or manager that came by and said that since it was a perfect fit I could buy it that day, off the rack, for about 35% off. This put the dress right in my budget so I took advantage of the opportunity. I was very pleased to have gotten my dress so early that I had plenty of time to look at bridesmaid and flower girl dresses which I purchased there as well. Bride Beautiful was great with getting a swatch for the dresses to me quickly and getting my bridesmaid and flower girl dresses in and shipped to all 11 girls New York.

I found the perfect dress at Bride Beautiful! I went in thinking I wanted one style, but after trying several on I realized it wasn't what I was looking for. But the consultant had me try on a dress that I wouldn't have picked out by myself, but once I tried it on it was perfect! My mom and my MOH said they new it was the right dress as soon as I came out of the fitting room. Not only did the consultant pick out the perfect dress for my body type, but she was respectful of my budget and found a dress within that. Other places had me try on dresses that were beautiful, but way over the range I gave. The consultant measured me in the store and helped me choose the correct size. When it came in it fit like a glove - I only had to get it hemmed to the correct length and it was perfect!

They treated me like every bride should be treated. They were very patient and understanding and helped me find the dress that I was oh-so-beautiful in! I got a quality dress within my budget and had a hassle-free experience.

I always felt like I was a bother while I was in there (I went twice) and they acted annoyed by my bridesmaids. The crowning achievement was when I went in with just my maid of honor. While I was trying on a dress, a staff member walked by my MOH and asked if she had been wearing socks that day. She was at that moment wearing a dress, but she replied that she had been working in her scrubs that morning, so yes, she had worn socks. Pointing to the sock lines, the staff member commented, "I understand, I have big legs too." My MOH is 5'7 and a size 8 in jeans!!! As soon as she told me that, I informed the staff that we were leaving. I couldn't believe it...I had been warned by two of my friends about the place, and now I see why.

I came to this shop because they had the dress I wanted in stock. I had to wait for a while even though I had an appointment and the staff was rude to us. I did not purcahse my dress here, nor will I ever purchase a dress from here.

I really had no idea what type of dress I was looking for. I tore out pictures from wedding magazines but the dress I ended up with didn't look anything like what my pictures did. The salesperson at Bride Beautiful didn't feel like the normal salesperson. She obviously wanted to make the sale but she was never pushy and never tried to talk me into something I didn't want. I experienced that at another wedding dress store so this was very nice not to have to deal with. The last dress I tried on turned out to be THE dress and the salesperson and I both new it as soon as I put it on. She then provided various jewelry pieces and a veil that matched perfectly with the dress. She really helped complete my "look" for my big day. I would definitely recommend a trip over to Bride Beautiful when you're looking for your dress!

The service here was amazing. They were very attentive and patient with me. My dress arrived in pristine condition and around the time frame stated. The only weird situation that occurred (and reason for 4 stars instead of 5)was that when one of my bridesmaids went to order her dress from them, instead of puting the order in immediately they called me to confirm. I didn't get the message until a week later and we were playing phone tag for practically another week. She ended up having to pay extra to rush the dress since they waited to order it. I didn't understand why they didn't just order the dress the day she went in, especially since she knew the details and they did not. Also, when the dress came in, they called me to tell me to tell her....and they had her information. Very strange, but otherwise good experience. I would definitely recommend getting your wedding dress from them.

Jennifer helped me find my dress. She did an amazing job and made the experience WONDERFUL. I showed her some pictures of what I liked and she immediately found my dress. It was the 2nd one I tried on but she was very patient and allowed me to try on several more. She also helped accessorize the dress with a belt, veil, and hair clip. I used their alterations group as well and couldn't be more pleased. Would highly recommend this bridal shop. Plenty of options, affordable, and stress free!

I had a very short engagement, 6 months to be exact. I was very late on getting a dress. Taquita at Bride Beautiful found the perfect dress and got it to me on time. The bridesmaids dresses I had picked out online were also available there. Rey got those in with no problems as well. Definitely recommend!

Price matched the dress to save $300. Joan was WONDERFUL. Helpful staff. Busy salon, make an appointment.

This place was SO very helpful. Although very busy (I can see why, they have a great reputation) you get one person to help with all of your needs. They spend as much time with you as you need. I found the PERFECT dress and I couldn't be happier with where I found it. Great selection, great prices!

I had a very positive experience at Bride Beautiful. After purchasing a first dress at another salon, I cancelled the order and went shopping alone to find a new dress. My consultant Joan was wonderful and really helpful as I tried to figure out what I was looking for. I never felt pressured or foreced into any purchases as I had at other salons. They had a large assortment of dresses and designers within my budget. Anytime I emailed the salon with a question, Joan would call and update me. I definitely urge Atlanta brides to check out this salon on your dress search.
