She has such a great scope of knowledge about the best vendors to work with in Savannah for weddings which was extremely helpful for me since it was a destination wedding for us. She truly made the planning process so much smoother and was such an incredible resource to have for bouncing ideas off of. It helped a lot that we had very similar styles which was SO helpful! For the days leading up to and day of the wedding, the entire I&B team was so phenomenal. Specifically Jillian, Mireya, Juleigh, and Megan were all such a great help with getting our extra items that we supplied stored and setup at the wedding as well as building out our gorgeous floral arrangements. These girls kicked butt the day of too - it was cold and windy AF and even though that presented its own challenges (like things literally being blown off of tables), they still made the day so beautiful and fun! I am so thankful for the I&B team and for all of the hard work they do for their clients. Truly incredible and I am so grateful for this incredible crew!!!

She supported one of our big priorities in utilizing as many black-owned, POC-owned and female-owned vendors as possible. Jillian helped us plan our rehearsal dinner at The Olde Pink House, our welcome reception starting with Old Savannah tour trolleys and finishing at Starland Yard with amazing food trucks and our farewell brunch at The Drayton rooftop. Jillian, Leslie, Claire and Mireya made our wedding day absolutely spectacular! No detail was not thought of or executed. Our guests felt so taken care of. We heard from many of our guests how fun and beautiful the entire weekend was. Many of them mentioned the hard working Ivory & Beau staff. There have been details they’ve helped us finalize after the wedding as well. Jillian communicated in ways that worked for us and always made herself available to discuss ideas. We’ve heard wedding planning horror stories and we feel so lucky we had the best wedding planning experience. We miss working with Jillian! We highly recommend Ivory & Beau’s wedding planning services, as well as their florals! Wow! They created floral arrangements for our rehearsal dinner, gorgeous wedding bouquets, and beautiful table arrangements. Thank you again Ivory & Beau, Jillian, Leslie, Claire & Mireya! You are all such respectful, hard working, thoughtful, organized and beautiful women! Thank you!

s so patient with me as well, especially when I was so unsure, or didn't have an answer for her questions. She walked me through every step of the way. About a month or so before the wedding, she took over all vendor coordination, and wow, ladies, that helped so much! It took such a load off my plate. It was so lovely to finally meet Olivia in person at our rehearsal dinner. The day of our wedding, everything literally went perfectly! Olivia, Mattie, and Mireya did all the set up and take down for our ceremony and reception décor. I had taken pictures of everything before and Olivia and her team made it all come to life and look incredible. I would 100% recommend I&B for anything and everything when it comes to wedding services, flowers, and gosh the dresses are stunning. Thank you to everyone at I&B for making Matt and I's wedding day perfect!

the actual wedding day had several disappointments. We know things happen and nothing is perfect, but the little details matter to us. It's important to feel like you were listened to and understood. Quick note to other brides before I jump in, the "Virtual design" is $500 for just a PDF of pictures... Mostly ones we provided. Being in tech my wife and I assumed it would be some kind of design software illustrating the layout and such. That was our fault for not asking more questions but you would hope coordinators would guide you through since they are familiar with everything and this is a new experience for us. We reached out before writing a review to see if something went terribly wrong that might have thrown everything off but received no indication that was the case. They just seemed ill-prepared. There were 2 ppl the coordinator and her assistant for our wedding of about 70 people. First, no one was at the welcome area in the beginning to direct people so a lot of people wandered into the bridal suit upsetting my wife. The response was people were showing up like an hour early while they were setting up. I mean, isn't that something you are supposed to plan for? Some of the decor/layout decisions we discussed just didn't happen and if the design decisions had to adjust for some reason, poor decision were made without us or even our point people (that they asked for) being consulted. The most upsetting for my wife was the memorial table with her late son being pushed to the background by the bathrooms in the dessert room. She wanted her son in a place people could see. We discussed this during the rehearsal the day before. There was actually a few things that we discussed at the rehearsal that were seemingly forgotten. Also, they had lit tea light candles on the sweetheart table that had a napkin catch fire and burned my wife. Why would you have lit candles during a day time wedding outside?? This is something we discussed numerous times with the coordinator as we didn't see the utility of candles for an outside wedding during the day. The feedback was that they weren't going to be lit so we proceeded with that design idea. So, if you're having a wedding outside of the normal "late afternoon/early evening" time, they seem to struggle with decor ideas. Lots of suggestions to use candles which again for us made no sense. My wife did say the coordinator folded her dress very well and assisted tying the back of her dress when no one was around. The flowers were beautiful and there's no complaints there. The ceremony space and cocktail hour space were decorated beautifully. Ultimately though, we were unsatisfied with the services provided, we felt like there should've been more questions asked if there was uncertainty. The communication the day of the wedding was not good at all. There were other things that were off the day but I only listed the most important or else this review would be even longer.

other vendors. They also work with you to stay in your budget but their work is so beautiful that you don’t feel guilty for overindulging. The florals that they choose are beautiful, vibrant in color, and extremely fresh! I cannot thank the I&B team enough for their hard work putting things together as well as flipping the space and cleaning after.

upplied me with vendor suggestions, detail and flower questions, stress and anxiety about not fitting in my dress, and so much more! For booking them just for flowers and day of coordination I feel like I got so much more. My wedding day was absolutely perfect. Olivia’s attention to detail is immaculate. I felt so prepared the day of thanks to her and the team. As a very anxious person who felt not a shred of anxiety on my wedding day - that means so much. I knew I could trust them. They brought our vision to life in a way o could have never dreamed. My breath was taken away when I first saw my flowers, and again when I saw the floral arch at the ceremony, and yet again when I saw the reception all put together and decorated for dinner. Wow. I will never forget that. Everyone has such nice things to say about how fun and beautiful our wedding was, and I really boil it down to ivory and beau. They are PROS. You will not be disappointed to work with these incredible women!

. Claire helped my wife and I create and absolute dream of a day, with a lot of curveballs and last-minute details as we got closer and closer to our wedding. Claire was incredibly thoughtful, patient, and organized in how she helped us at every step! Gentle reminders about decisions that needed to be made, and so much proactive support, made Claire the big difference in our wedding. Also - talk about day-of execution!! Claire, Jillian and the whole team put together an absolutely STUNNING scene for our ceremony and reception. Thank you, I&B, and thank you CLAIRE!!!

stagram. I think I did everything with them, and I have ZERO regrets. Amy in the bridal shop is just *perfection*. She knew me better than I knew myself and she pulled out a gown I passed 20 times online. But when I put it on, I literally said "Oh, Sh**". It was THE dress. She was just as excited as I was when it came in and I went to try it on for the first time. She will seriously be your best friend and biggest advocate for your entire gown adventure. You want a hype woman? You will have the best with her. And then my planner Jillian, my little fairy godmother. I could not have done this without her. From recommending the best vendors, being there to answer any questions, listening to me venting about family and wedding related drama, and just straight up being a ninja on the wedding day - she is the BEST. Jillian was nothing but solutions and she very smoothly helped adjust day of plans due to rain. There was an unexpected the issue with the arch being too tall, but she brought the perfect solution to me while I was getting ready (with photos). She was just ON IT the whole night. I mean, we walk out of the ceremony - BOOM, immediately hands me a glass of champagne. She did her best to corral my family for photos, but that task is legitimately like herding cats on acid. It really was a night of adapting and she was just going with the flow and no one else knew that things were not entirely going as planned. I didn't for one second question if things were being handled, though. She made sure there was a plate of apps put together for us so we didn't miss out on the delicious things we picked out, made sure we got our dinner, made sure out glasses were always full. If there was anything that was really going wrong outside of the photo changes due to rain or arch swap, I never knew about it! I had so many guests commenting that it was the best wedding they had ever been to and I just kept saying "I have an amazing planner!" because it is 100% fact. Jillian made it all happen. And they do florals??? Dear lord they were so beautiful! I started to cry when I saw my bouquet and my floral comb! It was just absolutely stunning. The small touches like the buds in bud vases scattered delicately around the venue and the greenery wrapped pillars.....I have no words. Everything was so lush and fresh. ON TOP OF THAT they also do signage and calligraphy??? Jenna did our signage and she was just an absolute BREEZE to work with. So sweet and thoughtful. Received prompt proofs and quick responses to edits. (She happened to also be one of the crew to work our wedding night and she was just as ninja-like as Jillian. She would just appear and whatever needed to get handled was handled!) I just want everyone I know who is getting married to have the experience I had with the Ivory & Beau team. 10,000/10 highly recommend.

o comfortable and excited about trying on dresses and I had so much fun! Then when we decided to use I&B for florals and planning I knew it was going to be just as easy and fun. Nicole was always so responsive and tentative, I never felt like I was out of the loop and we were always on the same page. The day of our wedding comes around and I remember gasping when they brought the flowers in because they NAILED my vision. They nailed every design aspect and exceeded all of my expectations. I suggest Ivory and Beau to anyone who wants a fun and easy going planning process because you will not be disappointed!

It was one I never could imagine myself in but it made me feel SO confident - all of the I&B girls were hyping me up! Even after the mix-up with thinking my dress had been delivered, Amy was so kind and gave me a free dress preservation kit to make up for the mistake and even let me try the sample on again (I had traveled over an hour to get there). Truly every experience I had at Ivory & Beau, from selecting my dress, veil, and picking everything up, was nothing short of wonderful. I couldn’t recommend this lovely shop more! These ladies are knowledgeable, professional and beyond responsive!! They absolutely NAILED our vision! To be honest, their additions to what we had in mind only enhanced what we had initially envisioned. We were so grateful for their vast knowledge of the space. THEY KNOW SO MUCH ABOUT FLOWERS! Also, the level of communication and back and forth and how quickly they responded to all of our inquiries, not only put us at ease, but allowed us to focus on the many other aspects of the planning process and other things we had on our plates. I recommend Ivory and Beau, without hesitation. They are by far the best in the business!

y color pallete. THAT IS NOT WHAT I GOT! They were beautiful yes, but asking for very fall colors like burgundy, mauve, rust, and a bit of light pink and receiving colors not what you asked for is unacceptable. I had bright red, light orange, lilac, mauve, and light pink, with a little bit of rust. The bright colors definitely stood out and were abundant in the bouquets. If I asked for specific flowers and these were them in season, I'd understand but I was very specific I wanted the colors. The pictures of the flowers they sent me that they'd use matched what I was looking for exactly but what I received was not that at all. When I did the survey after the wedding they responded to me that they can't control what's in the warehouse and sent to them. I'm sorry but I don't find that to be a very good excuse since you should know what the flowers will look like when you're a florist and telling someone to expect one thing. Oh and I also requested pampas grass (the only thing I requested specifically) and was told it would be in the bouquets but when they arrived, there wasn't any. However, the girl who delivered them did go get some and insert it. I bet they are great at wedding planning but I'd pass on the florist aspect if you have a vision in mind.

gan the search for a wedding planner (who in their right mind plans their own wedding?!?!) I had no idea what to look for. I had a number of phone calls with different planners in the area and I felt like every person I spoke with thought they knew what I wanted more than I did...When I finally spoke with Nicole at I&B, I fell in love. She was sweet, funny, down to earth and I felt like she actually heard me...Over the course of the next year and a half, Ivory & Beau and my lead planner Olivia Wilkins <3 helped me plan the wedding of my dreams (I mean just look at the pictures). They helped me find the perfect venue (Starland Yard for the win!), the most delicious cake, and made sure every little detail of our day captured our personalities (even had gold glitter on my bouquet). Ivory & Beau also did the florals and decor for the wedding and I was absolutely blown away by how perfect they were, Emily is so talented and easy to work and somehow made a pretty venue even more stunning. These ladies are amazing and the type of people you want to be friends with forever, because they are that fun and cool. I would seriously consider a quick divorce and remarry with my husband, just so we could do it all over again (JK, sort of). If you are a bride and groom, bride and bride or groom and groom looking for help planning your dream wedding and having a lot of fun along the way, stop what you're doing and CALL Ivory & Beau right now. Hands down the best decision I ever made!

It was very convienient to be able to meet via video chat and over the phone as needed, We began planning several states away, then COVID hit, keeping us from meeting in person. erfect at the my ceremony, with full color in the flowers and the garland wrapped around the poles to give it a Christmas feel. The centerpieces were gorgeous, especially loved the red roses submerged in the vases with water. They made my sweetheart table look perfect with hanging white lights, using my wreaths and stockings to highlight our table, and a beautiful red rose Christmas garland going across. I wish I would've used them as a wedding coordinator as well and gone dress shopping, I most likely would have used them for all three if that were the case. Great girls, highly recommend!

As I dug a little deeper, I realized that Ivory & Beau is a one stop shop and that was exactly what I needed to help me plan and prepare for my Wedding. My first interaction with I&B was during dress shopping. I brought along my mom and my sister, and a close friend and we had a lovely time at the shop. We loved that it was an intimate appointment and that the shop was able to interpret what look I was going for. I also loved at one point I was unsure of my dress since it was the first dress I tried on and a team member of I & B asked me if I felt like a bride in that dress. That was all I needed to solidify my answer. Of course, the dress was absolutely gorgeous and fit me and my personality perfectly. I also used I&B for the day of coordination package. My only regret with using I&B is that I did not use the full wedding planning package. With a full time job, a pandemic, life, and just wedding stress in general I would’ve loved to have this team help me through this. However, the day of and 6 weeks out package was an absolute must for me. My venue was not all inclusive and needed a lot of dressing up and coordination. I absolutely relied on Jenna to help make my day perfect. I&B touched base with me every few months to check in on planning and asked if I needed any recommendations. A few months prior to my wedding I had a meeting with Jenna, and she went right to work contacting my vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. It was a great relief to have her helping me the last two months, typically I like to have full control over planning and events, but I felt right at ease having this team helping me. With 2020 being so hectic, she was able to help me coordinate a ceremony location change, transportation, several timeline adjustments, help me find an officiator at the last minute, and give me lots of advice and helpful tips. Jenna was always available and helpful and was quick to answer any questions I may have had. The day of the wedding was absolutely flawless. When I arrived at the venue it was everything I had envisioned and more. Every decoration and favor was perfectly placed. The place looked like a fairytale. It was perfect in every way. I also used I&B’s florals and let me tell you they nailed the flowers as well. I loved the simple elegance of that the florist team was able to convey. Our flowers were exactly what was needed to perfect our decorations. I wish I could’ve spent more time marveling at the work of art. I cannot say enough great things about this team and their ability to coordinate a wedding. I would highly recommend Ivory & Beau to any bride.

My flowers were an absolute dream! Claire and Logan were also incredible we could not have had our special day without you all. About 2 days before our wedding, she had a death in her family, and understandably so, she could not make it to a meeting we had scheduled. Luckily, all the planners have great communication with one another and Nicole and Olivia met with us that day instead to finalize all the wedding plans. Megan still came the day of our rehearsal and wedding and you would have had no idea what she had going on in her personal life. She and the rest of the staff did a phenomenal job the day of our wedding and the rest of our wedding party loved them! We also got a ton of compliments on our floral arrangements as well. Unfortunately, it rained all day at my wedding, so we could not have our ceremony and cocktail hour at the original location we had planned. Despite my disappointment about the rain, Ivory and Beau did such a great job setting up for our ceremony and cocktail hour at our back up rotation. It turned out even better than I could have envisioned. I truly don’t know what I would have done without this company. They took so much stress off of us during the wedding planning process and on our wedding day.

The month-of coordination was a LIFE SAVER. Once I had all of the details I wanted I turned it over to them for the final month which allowed me to just enjoy such a special time with my fiance and our friends and family. We had inclement weather the day of the wedding, which was supposed to be outdoors. I was very indecisive (and maybe a bit stubborn) about the situation but they were very calm and reassuring, and even though we had to use our backup plan they made sure everything was still beautiful went smoothly.

My mom and friends could not believe how big and beautiful the flowers in my bouquet were. The aisle markers they made for our ceremony were equally impressive. The I&B team even came and grabbed them to repurpose them at our reception! The table garlands, candles, boutonnieres, posy bouquets- ALL OF IT was beautiful! These ladies are so talented and wonderful to work with. I recommend them highly.

They provided outstanding customer service and excellent communication throughout the planning process. They were very flexible and accommodating knowing there was going to be rain at my outdoor wedding. Their floral work was so beautiful! I loved the bouquets of eucalyptus, garden roses and other pretty flowers! I couldn't be any happier with my decision in choosing Ivory and Beau!! Thank you ladies for your hard work! They set everything up how I asked them to do it and they ran the event so that I was able to just have fun and dance. I would highly recommend these ladies for your wedding. Their team is great and does everything they can to make sure you are completely happy and can just enjoy. They kept everything on time and went above and beyond by bringing me and my husband an appetizer plate and everything. I don’t know what i would’ve done without them, they solved some situations that came up with other vendors without me even knowing about it until after. I love these girls!!! Thank you!!!!!

job, but there were some oversights. For example, our ceremony was to be outside pending the weather. We discussed the back up plan was to have the ceremony inside and flipping the room. We did a walk through of our venue with McKenzie two days before the wedding and discussed the possibility of having the ceremony inside again because the forecast showed 50% chance of rain. She said she wasn't sure if they had enough people to do that... even though we discussed this being our plan B months before. She then assured us shortly after that they'd have enough people, but I wasn't fully confident in their abilities after that. Thankfully we ended up not needing to have the ceremony inside. Also, some of the items we brought along were not placed out, but that could be because we had SO much stuff we brought along. It was nothing noticeable at the time, but be sure to specify if a particular item is very important to you to be placed out. Another oversight was on the flowers. I asked for pink hydrangeas. They said no problem that they would spray paint them pink. I only saw one of the 12 centerpieces with pink hydrangeas. Nothing major but a bit of a letdown. Plus, some of the flowers in the bouquets looked beat up and were browning from the minute we received them. Overall they did take so much stress off of us on the day of our wedding! They also guided us through questions we had along the way and were friendly throughout planning. I think there is room for improvement, though.

They were always helpful and there for us whenever we had any questions or concerns and were extremely responsive. Day of they handled EVERYTHING so we could completely relax and enjoy our day. The flowers and everything they did at the venue was just perfect and we are so thankful we chose them! We would highly recommend their services!

Wedding-planning: It was so great working with them on the day of schedule and knowing that they would be there all day to set up the ceremony and reception. I loved not having to do anything on the day of our wedding. The only bump in the day of was a missing box of decorations but they quickly found it and rearranged some tables. Despite the recent evacuation from the hurricanes around our wedding time, they did a great job getting everything together! I totally trusted their creative and design experience to set everything up, my only suggestion as a bride/groom would be is that if you do have an idea that you have set in stone, articulate that and have your idea laid out. The team: Everyone was so easy to work with. I never hesitated if I had a question or needed a suggestion. They were very timely in their responses, professional, and kind. Would absolutely recommend them!!
