Lost Valley and their team went above and beyond for our June wedding. With Covid19 foiling most of our plans, my fiance and I discussed many times that no matter what, we wanted to be married on our original day. I've heard horror stories from Corona-brides who's venues refused to work with them and LV was the exact opposite! Truly a team effort.
Kait at Lost Valley was calm, cool, and collected throughout the entire process - making me feel at ease at a time where all I could do was panic (I cannot stress this enough because I am MAJOR type-A and it felt like everything was out of my control). She is a creative problem-solver and is always willing to talk you off the ledge haha.
We arrived at Lost Valley and every single person working had a smile on their face (behind their masks) and was so incredibly welcoming and helpful. I dropped off items the night before and Kait had everything in the perfect place. I could not have been more thrilled with out it came out.
The chair lift ride was the highlight for our small wedding group. Everyone loved it because it was so unique! And the ceremony at the top was pure magic - plus, we ended it with a champagne toast!
The outdoor area at Lost Valley is spectacular. You have everything you could want: fire pit, adirondack chairs, corn hole. The deck is ideal for entertaining with a killer view of the mountain; especially at sunset.
We had a buffet-style pizza bar and, let me tell you, I have NEVER heard so many rave reviews about pizza!! Almost every single guest has come to me since the wedding claiming it was the best wedding meal they have ever had. Kait even asked us what our favorite go-to pizza was and they surprised us with our own newlywed-named pizza. It was not only a cute touch for us but a hit with our guests.
In the midst of a terrible time in the world, it meant so much to us that Lost Valley provided us with the most perfect wedding day. It was unique, classic, and simply the best day ever.
This picturesque setting was our first choice for our wedding venue and we couldn't be happier with the day! The staff worked with us to accommodate our wishes, and even helped to coordinate my walk down the aisle...amazing and calming during a stressful, but exciting time! Even when our outdoor ceremony was nixed by rain, they helped us with an alternative and we were married in front of the beautiful stone fireplace.
The venue itself was perfect, from the rustic bar to the grand open room with ample space for all the tables we needed and our band and dance floor, as well as little quieter nooks for some of our older guests to retreat to. We even had enough space to have a photo booth and a kid's corner!
To this day, our guests are still talking about our wedding and how much fun it was...thanks in large part to the wonderful staff at Lost Valley who helped make it happen!
