With a new year comes new resolutions—and, odds are, some of your goals might have to do with the wedding you're currently planning (whether they pertain to budgeting or adopting a healthier lifestyle).

That's why you should consider evaluating your resolutions in order to decide what to add to your registry. Need some ideas? Check them out (courtesy of one of our registry go-tos, Wayfair) below.

Resolution #1: Save Money

Ask any frugal friend and they'll tell you the best way to cut back is to swap takeout for home-cooked meals. Thus, you should register for cool cookware (like a Le Creuset Dutch oven), small appliances (like a classic KitchenAid mixer or Ninja blender) or a coffee machine (like a Keurig)—you know, because those morning Starbucks runs eventually add up.

Resolution #2: Organize Your Life

Thanks to Marie Kondo, it feels like everyone has organization on the brain for 2019—and for good reason. When you're planning your wedding or just managing a busy schedule, getting organized is the best way to stay on track. Register for items like storage baskets and wall organizers with this handy-dandy registry checklist tool to help keep you even more organized.

Resolution #3: Reduce Screen Time

We'll be the first to tell you that the smartphone addiction is real. If you're trying to cut back on your tech usage, try picking up more books, introducing yourself to new hobbies and tackling projects you've been putting off. Some thought starters? Try registering for a trendy bookcase, or opt for items you'll need for your very own home improvement project—like some tile and a vanity for a gorgeous new bathroom.

Resolution #4: Get Healthier

Of course, "getting in shape" is a common resolution every year. But what you don't realize is —rather than hitting the gym or cutting carbs—getting more sleep might be exactly what you need to feel healthier and happier. Consider registering for a soothing sound machine, fresh linens or a highly regarded mattress in a box.

Resolution #5: Spend More Time With Loved Ones

Think about making your home extra warm and inviting if you're looking to prioritize time with family and friends in 2019. Try registering for plush new towels or a bedframe for your guest bedroom. (And remember: Your guests can group gift any of these big-ticket items!)
