On the wedding day, ATP made sure that everything was organized and ran smoothly. This eliminated SO much stress for me; it was so nice knowing that everything was taken care of and to just be able to relax and soak in my wedding day. Highly recommend ATP for all of your wedding planning needs. Thank y'all so much for making our day so special!

nning, but a 6 week package with ATP came with what we purchased through our venue, and I'm SO thankful for that. Jacquie was AMAZING! She was so patient and put the final details on my original plans and helped me with any questions I had along the way. Even though I planned everything, I seriously am SO SO glad we had Jacquie there on the big day to walk us through each step & remind us of where we needed to be so we could stay on schedule- you don't realize how many little things there are to think of when it comes to coordinating that many people but thankfully, Jacquie did that for us so we didn't have to. She was a huge part of what made our day so perfect!

She helped me finish up all my small details, she helped with decor and style, the layout, etc. She was amazing at all our meetings leading up to the wedding day. She answered my millions of questions via text and email and made me feel completely at ease. When my wedding day came, it all felt too good to be true. How could a wedding go that smooth?? I’ve heard so many horror stories and was told at least one thing will go wrong. Well, not one thing did! It was an awesome night and I owe it all to this wonderful company, especially Amy!! ut and day-of-timeline. Vannesa did an excellent job as our day of coordinator. It was her very first wedding she was in charge of herself and it went fabulously. The whole day ran smoothly and went off to my knowledge without a hitch! Our wedding was very large and I would have completely overwhelmed, but Vannesa was calm, confident, and very helpful the whole entire day. Amy and Jacquie were also a huge help when trying to make table arrangements among many other tasks. We were so blessed to work with All Things Planned. I would definitely recommend them to any bride!

they had an amazing portfolio. Amy, Heather and Revyn from all things planned were truly the greatest gift during our planning process. Amy and her team were so organized and supportive throughout. They helped us create a cohesive aesthetic for our wedding and ensured that all of our vendors knew the plan for the day of. A part of my job is to plan events and my biggest worry was that I would have the timeline and to-do list in the back of my mind distracting me all day. When Heather and Revyn showed up, it was the biggest game changer. These amazing ladies handled EVERYTHING. They made sure our centerpiece candles were lit, coordinated all of our family who were dropping off decor and other items, called our getaway driver to make sure he came about 15 min early (y’all, we were SO tired by 9:30pm). They made sure that my groom and I ate (one million thank yous) and had a few minutes to ourselves right after the ceremony. I had no idea where our send off sparklers were the morning of and they magically appeared for our exit. My husband and I were able to truly enjoy our day and be fully immersed in our wedding because the All Things Planned team did the thinking for us. What a gift it was to be worry free on wedding day!!! I can not recommend them highly enough for your wedding. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Our entire vendor team was amazing. Thank you thank you Amy, Heather and Revyn for all that you did!

ings I noticed was how well organized Amy Rodriguez, the owner of All Things Planned, was. What surprised me more was how much I enjoyed being around her. Amy is stellar at working with brides and is generally just a cool cat. Your monthly meetings with her will not only be productive, but fun.
Amy is a saint. There were times when I know fully I was being bridezilla level difficult or obstinately undecided on wedding elements and she took my hand (metaphorically) and helped me navigate all and any wedding decisions. When I couldn’t decide on wedding décor, she produced trendy ideas. When music had me stumped, she offered suggestions. She never once showed impatience with me. She has a very useful wealth of knowledge about vendors, which proved to be immensely helpful. Oftentimes she would be the go between with vendors and me, which alleviated much of the burden of keeping track of all the little details and payments.She exudes kindness and a love for her career. One of the many things Amy excels at is communication. She was quick to respond to emails and she or her team would thoroughly research anything I mentioned I was interested in. She made charts to compare prices and services. I always felt like I was making smart and informed decisions with Amy at the helm.
One of Amy’s team in particular truly impressed me with going above and beyond, all while having a wonderful attitude. Julianne took care of several of the wedding details that would have been very stressful if they had been added to my plate. She brought almost all of my wedding décor to the venue and picked up my flowers the day of. She met with me outside of her normal work hours to pick up decorations and was easy to reach when I needed something or had questions.
The wedding day itself went seamlessly and nothing, I repeat NOTHING, went wrong. All Things Planned is largely to thank for this. The All Things Planned team were kind, courteous, and a source of constant positivity. They set up all of the decorations in the morning and I did not have to lift a finger. This allowed me to relax as much as I could and focus on cherishing my wedding day. During the day they made sure the groom and I were fed, had drinks of our choice, and sent the leftover cake and food home with the right people. At the end of the night they removed all of the décor as well. I had a stress free wedding day where I could take in the moment and create those fond memories because of All Things Planned hard work.
For any overwhelmed bride, choosing All Things Planned is a no brainer. They are very capable professionals who you can trust with your wedding vision and to keep everything that day running smoothly! Without a doubt, All Things Planned was the best investment we made towards the wedding!

She was on top of everything and made sure everyone was where they should be and on time. Additionally, she helped my mother-in-law coordinate the rehearsal dinner which was amazing and so helpful as well. All Amy's employees were considerate and helpful, checking on my husband and I throughout the evening. She set up the wedding ceremony and reception decor beautifully...it looked like a picture from bridal magazine! She was so easy to work with, quick to reply to emails and texts, and so helpful!
