This may only be the fourth review I’ve ever written, but I hope it’s the most impactful. In a way, I hope this reads as a “thank you” to Courtney, and everything that she has sacrificially done for us; but, also an answer to the newly engaged couple who is feeling giddy and understandably a little lost in the process. Parker, my now husband, and I first contacted Courtney through “The Knot” app., in the first week of our engagement. We really lucked-out, because from that point on, Courtney excelled at coordinating our wedding. There were very few desires that I could clearly articulate regarding the wedding, but every feeling and image I desired to portray Courtney excelled at establishing. By the time our wedding came around, most of our family and guests referred to Courtney by name, and continued to praise her for her graceful composure. Furthermore, my mother-in-law was so impressed with the work she had seen her do to prepare for the wedding, that she asked Courtney to coordinate the rehearsal dinner. The whole season of our engagement and start to our marriage was beautiful, thanks to Courtney and the vendors that she enlisted.

Courtney coe is the best investment we made in our wedding planning process. I am a type A person who had a strong vision for several moving parts during our wedding. Looking back, I can say that Courtney is the only person that could’ve successfully done this! She was up to the challenge of bringing everything to fruition for our multicultural 450 person wedding. She did not cut corners, she was insistent on quality, and she broke her back to make sure we could keep on budget while respecting the taste and vision for the event. Though Courtney has a plan for everything, she can also roll with the punches gracefully. The night of our wedding, she sewed me back into my dress with a bridesmaids and within that hour still managed to get 450 guests seated and served dinner served on time. I still can’t believe it all came together the way it did. Please trust me when I say, you will not regret hiring Courtney. Anyone who speaks to her for a few minutes can clearly see her skill set. She is worth every penny and more! Happy wedding planning!

Courtney was the glue that held everything together for our big day! She was so attentive to every detail and made sure that nothing was left out. She made the day everything we could’ve asked for and more. We would recommend Courtney to anyone a million times over!!!

Courtney was amazing. She handled everything for our wedding without bothering us on our big day and we did have some hiccups with some other vendors. She was organized, professional and went above and beyond to scope out our venue on her free time.

Courtney Coe is the best wedding planner in Louisville! After becoming engaged, I moved 1,000 miles away from Kentucky to start a new job. My days were filled with work, and I had little time to coordinate our wedding celebration. Plus, I was no longer connected to the Louisville community and didn't know which vendors to hire and whom to trust to deliver the experience I wanted for my guests. Courtney handled everything! She is a Louisville native and knows everyone in the wedding industry. From the cake to the photographer to the chivari chairs to the flowers and horse-drawn carriage, every vendor Courtney recommended was top-notch and very professional. I had a stress-free wedding day because Courtney took care of all the logistics and details. My soon-to-be husband and I were relaxed and happy and so were my guests. Prior to my wedding day, Courtney had every little thing planned and documented to perfection, plus she was a pleasure to work with and even carried the bottom of my wedding dress when I left the church and got into my parents' car so it wouldn't get wet in the rain. My biggest advice to all brides is to call Courtney Coe. That's all you need to do. She will make sure you have the day of your dreams!! I am forever grateful for her services.

Hire her!! We hired Courtney for our wedding and would hire her again! Our wedding was in Newburgh, IN 2 hours from Louisville and it was like she was here the entire time. She toured the venue with us to help see our vision and made the day of run so smooth. Courtney was super responsive throughout the entire time of planning, was on very top of everything and made the entire process feel too easy to be true! She worked hard to understand my vision, gave me great suggestions on how to make it work and good recommendations. Our wedding was perfect and we got so many compliments! Her attention to detail is above and beyond, she truly has an eye for making it all come together. Her impressive background in event and wedding planning I think really puts her over the top of other wedding planners. She understands the logistics of planning an event from every angle and helped us understand the why and how to making it all come together. ALL while she was pregnant and she never skipped a beat! Talk about impressive!

Danielle G I live in Houston ,TX , from Louisville,KY. I was looking for a caterer for my 50th and came across Courtney &Coe. I could not have had better luck! She said she was a wedding planner, yet asked me what, why , where etc my "party" was for. She started working on my vision b4 I even hired her! I cannot express how well she guided, and helped me have a cozy, elegant party for 50gueststs. She had wonderful ideas, helped tremndously for me to stay around wishful budget( we all know we are going to go over a bit right!?) Being in TX and plannng a party in KY was way over my abilities . Courtney was so kind, creative and truly listened to my hopes for the party. In accordance of aesthetics, food & bev and accommodations for out of town guests. She was absolutely top notch. She was at th event , beyond early , throughout, and after. She has the utmost professionalism as well as s creative talent and vision. Seriously!, we talked and emailed from diferent states and she delivered beyond my expectations. Flowers, cakes, lighting, catering , bar, service...you name it! She was completely hands on and available for any "pop-up" questions or concerns. I would hire her for any event(wish I could bring her to TX!) and definitely will in the future, as I have most family in KY. to say I would reccommend her to anyone would be understated. She was amazing. Very mindful of budget, and clearly has a pasion for events. It was so amazing how she made my small party as pretty, cozy, and fun as I imagined...AGAIN..we never met! If you are in Louisville ans can meet in person, I can only imagine how PERFECT your wedding or event would be. Mine was nothing short of wonderful. I thank her SO very much for all the effort and beautiful work she put into my small party. Love local, please utilize Courtney & Coe! Professional, creative and kind. What more can one ask for? I want to find a reason to throw a party and utilize her company due to my satisfaction:) She is resourceful, and , again, mindful of your budget . And she made my 50th party, with friends n family from many diferent states quite a special evening for me and all the guests!. And she also does quite a bit of hands on details. gosh!
