Working with Patrick and the others at Bianco's was honestly a highlight of my wedding and the wedding planning experience. I planned my wedding in Boston from across the country, and Patrick was extremely professional and caring when planning ...it with me by phone. We had several long conversations where we bounced ideas off of each other to come to the perfect solution.
I am vegetarian and the groom is a meat-eater, and we had guests that ran the full spectrum between. Patrick offered some great options for vegetarians that weren't isolated, but integrated into the catering. For example, one of our passed appetizers was a quinoa salad that I heard great things about from the guests. The antipasto plate was to-die-for, and the eggplant was a great vegetarian entree (I usually only get pasta primavera when I'm a guest at other people's events). We also had one guest that is very allergic to garlic, so they made separate plate for him. Prices were reasonable. The staff was WONDERFUL, very sweet, and they were on time, professional, responsible, and passionate. The Italian menu fit our vision for the wedding perfectly. Thanks for everything Bianco's!!
