BCC is your one stop shop for everything you ever dreamed of on your wedding day. They checked all of my boxes and I can't speak more highly of my experience working with Emma during the past year. Customize everything for your day, and the answer will be yes. We hosted a family style Italian dinner, not traditional, but it was perfect. Just a few of the highlights are: the wrap around patio for cocktail hour, the full day of coordinating, which is INCLUDED, the bridal suite complete with a fully plated lunch from the grill, the mens card room for my husband and his groomsmen to hang out and get ready, the separate lounge and bar (with sports on the TV's), the absolutely stunning views from the ballroom and the fact that dealing with "the public" was not a factor in our day. Every time I thought of a new idea (photo backdrop, corn hole on the patio, a s'mores table) the answer from Emma was yes! There was no project too large or decoration that was not allowed by the BCC team. They even brought a club sandwich for my husband because he wasn't a fan of our "wedding meal". A lot of our guests traveled from out of state and Boulder Country Club provided the perfect spot for a destination wedding. Our ceremony was on the golf course, just steps from the reception and cocktail hour. There was plenty of room for 150 guests to feel like they had space and could spread out. If dancing wasn't their "thing" guests enjoyed watching football in the lounge or sitting around the bonfire while enjoying s'mores on the patio. Our day could not have been more perfect and I can't help but wonder what would have gone wrong if I didn't have the two of you on my team. Mallorie and her team are the BEST - from our initial meeting to the day of the wedding, they were attentive to every detail, flexible, and are so nice throughout the whole process. Mallorie made sure everything was perfect for our wedding - we can't recommend orthank them enough!!

I had my wedding and reception at the Boulder Country Club last weekend and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. Mallorie was the event coordinator that works for the country club and she was absolutely amazing. She was very quick to answer all my questions and helped me start planning from day one. She was also there for the whole wedding making sure everything was perfect! The venue is very spacious and the guests that didn't want to listen to music during the reception loved being able to hang out on the deck and talk. The entire experience was unforgettable and stress free. The servers were also amazing and made sure no one had an empty wine glass during dinner and everyone at the table got their food at the same time. Almost every guest at our wedding told us how much they enjoyed the food and that it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended. I can't say enough how much I recommend you use the country club for your special day.

I give this rating because they truly earned it. I must give additional thanks to Emma E. who is the General Manager of the banquet part of the club. My spouse and I first met her when we were deciding on a venue. She was on point every single time we met her. I apologize early because this review will be substantially, in my view, regarding the excellent service we got from Emma. I believe we went to the club approximately 3-5 times for the planning of our wedding. One or two of those were just simple drop in appointments. We went the second time to do the tasting with the Chef and Emma. It was so nice, the food was excellent and with plenty of choices. We ultimately chose to use a pig provided to the Club from a close friend’s farm. They accommodated our it and worked hard to do so. We also had the rehearsal at the venue since our wedding was to be on the grounds near the clubhouse. Emma was there to help stage and plan the rehearsal with our Officiant and wedding party. Our wedding was a complete success and went more perfect that we could have planned for or imagined, down to the wonderful smell of the pig roast as the guests and wedding party walked down the stairs to the wedding. I also want to say they even provided a lunch for the girls who were getting ready the day of the wedding. I mean seriously, how nice was that! They also brought out champagne and hor’ derves outside right after the wedding while we were taking pictures. The decor of the club was excellent and they recently replaced the rather worn carpet, which was a welcome surprise. Our guests were equally impressed with how the wedding and reception was. It was a beautiful and sunny day at the Club. Emma and her staff were diligent in every aspect of our wedding, even to the point of moving umbrellas out on the patio to shade the sun as it was in our eyes, and could have affected our pictures. They did that on their own, and I believe that demonstrates the level of attention to detail they have. I cannot say enough good things about how much I appreciate Emma, the Chef, and the staff of the Boulder Country Club. It was simply a perfect night due to all their hard work and planning. My husband and I had a great experience at the Boulder Country Club. Mallorie was accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The venue was beautiful, and had plenty of space for our guests to move around - including a large patio that we had access to the whole evening. We received many compliments from our guests on how much the enjoyed the venue, and the food was well prepared and delicious. I would highly recommend - it did not disappoint.

It was so nice to have a wedding coordinator right on site, and to have the wedding venue available to us for the entire day solely for our wedding. The space was absolutely perfect and beautiful, especially in the fall! Offering both distant views of the mountains and all the beautiful fall colors of the trees! It also offers separate spaces for dancing, dinner, drinks/cocktail hour which is nice as no tables had to be awkwardly broken down in front of guests.

Incredibly thankful we chose Boulder Country Club for our wedding. The event space (all included): Dining area probably seats about 200, dance floor in its own nook to the side, separate lounge with the bar, large patio with awnings and mountain views. The price: Their packages are all-inclusive, so you don't have to worry about extra charges for forks or iced tea. We paid $50 per person (varies by package and meal choices). Alcohol is extra, but package includes free wine pour over dinner and champagne for toasts, which went a long way for us. The staff: Can't emphasize enough how big of a deal this was. Mallorie and Emma are really incredible event & catering managers. Responsible, detail oriented, communicate clearly. The peace of mind was wonderful. The entire night-of staff was professional, and executed like a well-oiled machine. Wedding night, the bakery cake we ordered never showed up. Upon finding this out, they had desserts out on the tables within 15 minutes. The food: is delicious. Made in house. Normal portion sizes (not tiny). You get to curate your menu. The desserts were amazing too. Who needs wedding cake?

Mallorie and Emma are seriously THE BEST! I couldn't give enough rave reviews about them and BCC if I tried. It rained my whole wedding day and moving things inside and then rearranging from the ceremony into cocktail hour and dinner was so seamless. Not a single issue in the whole day! I seriously want to put these two in my pocket and be best friends!!! Love you girls!!! THANK YOU!!!!

We cannot say enough great things about this venue and Mallorie! Mallorie was quick to respond throughout the entire planning process and was so helpful the day of! The venue was beautiful, the food was great and overall it was a beautiful place to get married :) I wish I could give this venue ten stars!

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Mallorie and the crew at Boulder Country Club! From the moment we toured, we saw the beautiful back porch and mountain views over the golf course and fell in love! The prices were very reasonable compared to other places we had looked at, and we booked. We did the lowest tier package, and the food was out of this world. Our tasting included a description of each option by the chef himself, and it was one of the best meals I'd had in Boulder (way more than we expected for the price we paid!). Mallorie was great with suggestions to meet our food and beverage minimum after having some family not be able to come; we ended up having everyone get ready in their beautiful bridal suite and having lunch there before heading to the church. They have you bring the decorations in at your leisure and get it all ready for you; so much less stress! The night went perfectly as well (as far as I could tell), one of the servers Shannon was so great she became the bridesmaid's favorite :) Overall, the venue is beautiful, they are so accommodating, and the food and drinks are out of this world! We were ecstatic to have chosen the perfect venue for our wedding ceremony and reception. The Boulder Country Club and their staff are truly incredible. Included in their package are the help of two wedding coordinators Emma and Mallorie who are just wonderful!!! They take care of literally all of the details - you just need to tell them your vision and they will do the rest - literally! The venue is beautiful - tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful greens and mountain views. They only do one event a day, so you are not having to share your time or space with anyone else. You have access to the entire building for the day, which includes 3 connected rooms and a wrap-around enclosed patio with beautiful mountain views. The food was great, and the staff again was just superb! They also do ALL of the set up AND clean up, so all you have to do is come by after your wedding to pick everything up (that has already been nicely organized together!) It really created a stress free day, so all we had to go was focus on getting married :) I just cannot say thank you enough to Emma, Mallorie, and the entire staff at the BCC!!!!

I recently had my wedding at BCC and it was everything I could have hoped for. We had minimal decorations, but the place itself made everything beautiful. I received many compliments on the venue we chose. Everything went according to plan from the minute we arrived. I dealt with Emma E through the whole wedding planning and Emma is literally the best. She answered every email and every question I had. She made sure everything I wanted came true. I wouldn't have asked for anyone different. I will be sad I won't be communicating with her. The food is fantastic there, we had no complaints. If I could do it all over again, it would be at the BCC. I have no regrets and I loved the service we received there. Highly recommend! Especially Emma!

I'm not sure where to start with how absolutely amazing our experience was. Literally, from day 1, everything was perfect. The Country Club do EVERYTHING for you. I laughed when people asked me if we were stressed out the week before the wedding - How could we be? We didn't have anything to do or worry about! The venue is STUNNING and the day was flawless. We got married on Saturday July 22nd. Mallorie and Emma made everything run so smoothly. We dropped off lots of things the evening before, which the ladies happily set up for us. They only do one wedding a day which meant that me and my bridesmaids arrived at 9am on the morning of the wedding and spent all day in our own bridal room until the start of the ceremony at 4pm. Mallorie was constantly available ALL DAY! She absolutely fantastic - so consistent and communicative, so helpful and always had such great advice. The food was absolutely delicious. Everyone was talking about it - it was soo good! Every transition and every step of the way we felt supported, at ease, and like we kept just getting exactly what we wanted. The Boulder Country Club is an incredible venue, just outside of Boulder. You get the elegance of a Country Club with a view of the Flatirons in the distance. They make the planning process incredibly seamless with an on-site events & catering manager that helps with EVERYTHING! The staff was incredible and made sure every last detail was attended to. I can't say enough about the Boulder Country Club and how happy we were to have had our wedding at such an amazing location!

Most amazing venue and the most amazing people to work with. I planned my wedding in a different state and Mallorie was an incredible help. My husband and I would recommend the Boulder Country Club to anyone looking to have a wedding in Colorado. The venue, coordination and food are all amazing and well planned out. It snowed two feet, two days before our outdoor ceremony and Mallorie was calm and confident that we would have an outdoor ceremony the whole time. The morning of the wedding they had a crew moving snow off the lawn. Our guests loved the views from the wrap around deck, and only had positive things to say about how seamless the night went. Mallorie and Emma are extremely organized and wonderful to work with. Thank you for the best night of our lives!

I can not say enough about The Boulder Country Club! Not only is it an absolutely perfect setting, but every member of the staff is amazing! From the first meeting Mallorie was always responsive, helpful and professional to work with. She really made sure that every detail of our day went just as planned! I gave you all the items I wanted the reception decorated with and her and Emma made the space beautiful! The venue was perfect and when comparing other venues in the Boulder area, it is really a steal!

Five stars is not enough! Mallorie and Emma are true professionals and your ceremony and reception are in good hands. They are easy to work with and the entire BCC staff is friendly, helpful and totally professional. Our guests were blown away! The entire front range and Flatirons are a spectacular backdrop to the ceremony and reception area..it doesn't get any better than this. Bar, dining room, and dance area are lovely. Large, wrap-around deck is equipped with sofas, rainflies, heaters and fireplaces, if necessary. They were quick to follow up on questions, offer suggestions and handled the "day of" details and logistics that sometimes get overlooked. Reasonable deposit, fantastic, flexible (and delicious) menu options, and beautiful setting. You won't be disappointed.

We could not have asked for a better and more special place to hold our wedding reception! As the bride, I was working very closely with our wedding staff coordinator, Emma, while living out of state in California, and she took care of all of our questions in a quick/timely manner and was so amazing to work with! The Boulder Country Club staff is incredibly professional, accommodating, and helpful. We were provided with a full list of preferred wedding vendors, so we had all the top names to reach out to including Christina Kiffney photography, Boulder Blooms, Indulge Bakery, and Rockin Roger DJ, right at our fingertips. The service was so helpful throughout the reception and made my husband and I feel like we were center stage and the stars of our special celebration. The food was delicious and no one left the wedding hungry. I had the apple glazed salmon which was cooked to perfection, and we also had a chicken entree option, steak entree option, and vegetarian option which were all high-quality and delicious. I shared Pinterest wedding inspiration photos early on in the process with Emma and she immediately saw my vision. When I walked into the reception on our wedding day, I saw my dream wedding style/decor come to life. The ceiling drapery twinkle lights were gorgeous. The sequins linen gold and champagne accented table cloths for the wedding party table and side table was truly beautiful. Boulder Blooms did a fantastic job with our rose gold centerpiece floral vases and tied together the entire champagne/gold color theme for our wedding. Not to mention, the dining room, dance floor, bar/cocktail room, and outdoor deck seating all had great views of the Boulder Country Club golf course and mountains. We cannot wait to see the pictures to remember this special day all over again! I would also recommend having your entire bridal party and family members have professional photos taken outside on the golf course. We've seen a few sneak peak sunset photos from our photographer of my husband and I, and they are stunning! I would recommend this venue for anyone having a special occasion, because you will not be disappointed! We are so happy that the Boulder Country Club exceeded our expectations and made our fairy-tale wedding come to life!

Stunning, amazing, beautiful, delicious, breathtaking, special, fun, and every extraordinary adjective that comes to mind to describe the boulder country club! We are so glad we chose the boulder country club to have our daughter's wedding! If you're planning a wedding STOP. Don't go anywhere else because everything about this venue is just perfect!! Emma and her team were great to work with throughout the entire process. The views were spectacular. And the food was delicious; guests said steak was best they've ever had.

The Boulder Country Club exceeded our expectations in every area! We are so incredibly happy we selected this location as our wedding venue (for both ceremony and reception). We mostly worked with Emma and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was so helpful, knowledgable, kind and calm about everything. From start to finish she was on top of everything and we are so appreciative of her. The venue itself is beautiful for an outdoor ceremony, including a view of the mountains in the background. Inside for the reception everything flowed so well because the kitchen and bar are already on site. There are also large windows where you can see the sunset from inside. All of our guests commented on how amazing the food and service was (even the toughest critics!). It really just couldn't have been better. I promise I am not paid to write this review, we seriously just really, really loved EVERYTHING and will recommend it as a first choice to anyone who asks. I could not have asked for a more perfect day. Every detail was taken care of by Emma and the staff. Rehearsal, the night before, was painless and went smoothly with direction and recommendations from Emma; the day of was set up beautifully and I did not have to worry about anything. Staff took care of the whole wedding party before the ceremony taking more stress off my plate. The ceremony was timed well and the reception was a blast. All of our families and friends raved about the amazing food, how beautiful, and fun our wedding was and it was all due to Emma and her team at Boulder Country Club. Thank you for making my day more than perfect. My only regret is, I wish it would have lasted longer!

We could not have been more pleased with our wedding experience at Boulder Country Club! We primarily worked with Mallorie, the event coordinator at the club, and she was extremely responsive to emails, always offering to look into other vendors for me and doing research if there were decorative pieces that I wanted to include in the wedding ceremony or reception. She was incredibly easy to work with and I really appreciated her attention to detail and thoughtfulness throughout the whole process. Mallorie and her assistant, Emma, met us early on the night of the rehearsal dinner to walk through any last minute questions they had on where the décor that we had provided should be placed and handled the entire walk through process of our rehearsal which made everyone feel more at ease for the big day. Mallorie and Emma arrived early on Saturday morning, the day of our wedding, and the rest of the set up team was hard at work for the full day! Myself and my bridesmaids arrived around 10 am and were greeted with an open room with plenty of mirrors to get ready in as well as our own personal server for the day who consistently checked in on us and served us lunch and mimosas. Mallorie and her set up team made me feel super at ease all day as they have tons of experience and had everything completely under control. Our ceremony went flawlessly and Mallorie and Emma made sure that everyone was where they were supposed to be – which was no easy task with a wedding party of 16! Our guests enjoyed being able to spend time outside for cocktail hour playing lawn games, socializing at the bar inside, and checking out all of our beautiful décor throughout the two dining rooms. All of our options for dinner were delicious and we received tons of compliments on the food, our wine glasses were always re-filled before they were empty, the staff was extremely attentive and friendly and the plates were cleared as soon as everyone was done eating so we could continue to enjoy our evening! We had an amazing evening that went off without a hitch and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of venue! Thanks to everyone at BCC who helped make our night one we will never forget!

Search no further! The Boulder Country Club is the wedding venue for you. When searching for venues my fiancé and I saw BCC first. We instantly loved it. We looked at several other venues but kept comparing back to the BCC. The outdoor ceremony space is simply gorgeous. The indoor reception area is even better. Our guests enjoyed the outside deck during cocktail hour and the full length of our reception! What makes this venue stand apart is the flexibility and accommodating nature of the staff. The day of the wedding, my maids and I had a staff member waiting on us, bringing us drinks and snacks until it was go time! I cannot say enough about Mallorie, the event coordinator. She was extremely attentive through out the planning process and was open to any suggestions! She was helpful and remembered everything I said down to the final detail. Last but not least, the venue is set apart because they do the set up and tear down. This is almost unheard of. It was one less thing to worry about on our wedding day. Now you are thinking a venue like this is way out of my price range. Think again, the packages are affordable and customizable, making sure you get everything you want! We could not have picked a better venue!

I cannot say enough great things about Boulder Country Club, especially about Emma. My favorite thing about BCC was that they don't nickel-and-dime you. Most places we looked at charged for putting lights up, or coming in earlier to get ready the day of, or using their sound system. BCC does not. They try to work as much as they can for you without having to charge you. I genuinely felt like Emma cared about my wedding rather than to just make money and that made all the difference. We got married in February and were able to have our wedding outdoors because of the great Colorado weather. Emma and Mallorie made sure it happened and that it ran smoothly. They accommodated so many things for us that they did not have to, from chairs to hot chocolate, to last-minute changes. All my guests expressed their admiration for the wait service and the delicious food (seriously good!) Those ladies run the show so well and they deserve to be praised for it. We had both our ceremony and reception at Boulder Country Club and it was an amazing experience! We had recently moved out of Colorado and had to plan our wedding from afar. Mallorie at BCC took care of everything and kept us sane. So many people talk about how stressful planning a wedding, especially an out-of-state wedding, is and I did not experience that at all because of everything that Mallorie did. She met with us both times we were able to come back before the wedding and kept in constant contact via phone and email. In fact, when we were looking for venues she actually showed my mom around while I was on Facetime so that I could see the venue! She made sure that every little detail was taken care of, gave great suggestions when I asked, and made it so that we did not have to worry about anything on our big day. Beyond the amazing work of Mallorie, the Club itself is beautiful with an outdoor ceremony under the trees that was an ideal setting. The huge windows and wrap-around deck made for beautiful backdrops during the reception. Also, the food was delicious! We had a cocktail hour, the meal, and even late night snacks towards the end of the evening and all were great! The service provided by the bridal attendant, waiters, and bartenders was excellent as well and both my husband and I felt pampered the entire time. We had the perfect wedding day with no stress and lots of fun due to everyone at the Boulder Country Club!

First of all, location: gorgeous venue (both inside and outside!) for a ceremony and/or reception. Plenty of parking, and we didn't hear about anyone getting lost trying to find the place. The staff was fantastic to work with. Emma is the best. Super responsive to emails and calls, willing to talk to whoever needs help, and as flexible as possible to incorporate what you want to make it YOUR DAY. And the day of? Couldn't ask for better service - attentive but not overbearing. So if you've been shopping around, you might have noticed that some venues like to include their own vendors. And, if you want to use your own vendor (DJ, cake provider, photographer, etc.) they will charge you an arm and a leg. BCC is wonderful about this - whoever you want to use is fine by them, with no stupid penalty fees! We've all had catered wedding food. Some is okay, some is meh... It's mass-produced food, so expectations are what they are. This was honestly the first wedding venue that impressed people with the food. The vegetarian option actually blew people away! Bonus: BCC is happy to work with you about allergy stuff (i.e. I have a severe gluten allergy and our entire wedding was made gluten-free, and for no extra charge or hassle). To conclude: we could not have picked a better venue for our ceremony and reception in the Boulder area. Happy couple, happy family, happy guests.

Boulder Country Club is a perfect place to have a wedding!! The event manager Mallorie, her assistant Emma, Chef Jennifer, and jack-of-all-trades Keith are exceedingly accommodating and easy to work with. Mallorie is an exceptional communicator. She promptly returned calls and emails, and everything was done per our plan. She also met weeks head of time with our florist to coordinate ideas. That really helped Brittany Barnett at Boulder Blooms to do the design work she needed. We had a September wedding for about 180+ people, and used the facility to the max.(Personally, I would not do much more than that number if a large dance floor and band stage are used.) The grass was bright green and perfect - not an insignificant thing!!! The bride and friends had hair and makeup beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Sat., and enjoyed a lovely lunch on the adjoining patio. They stayed through the entire day in that room, and were well attended to. Our florist began work at bit earlier, and were quite pleased by the access to the facility. Since I did the table decor, I brought in a team friends to work at 10:30. We were pretty much done by 1:00. The BCC crew were then able complete their part of the table settings. The rooms looked fabulous when our guests arrived. Additionally, the ceremony chairs were already set up outside, and the layered cloths were on the tables by the time we arrived at 10:30, helping immensely. We fully used the grassy ceremony area, the patio for happy hour (with a blue grass band), the two main dining rooms, and the lounge. The bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. Our excess supplies were able to be stored out of sight until pick up on Sunday. Our event began formally at 4:30, and concluded at 11:00, with Mallorie and Emma present all day, right up through all the food service. They must have been exhausted! By Sunday morning everything that we had brought to BCC was set out in either the fireplace area or downstairs in the Board Room. All we had to do was bring in our team to haul it away. And, the food was even better than at the tasting! The plates were beautifully arranged and garnished, and tasted wonderful. We chose to do a blend of the bronze and silver packages. Our guests were pleased. We chose their higher grade of wine. Their dishes, flatware, and glasses are relatively new and impressive looking. (For our last wedding at a different venue I had to rent those items because things were so scratched!) And, they placed the salads right on the charger, which made for a very nice look. We rented chairs for the ceremony and dining, and I never had to worry about meeting the rental company. It was all taken care of. Mallorie and Emma also took care to bring into the dining room items from the ceremony - ferns and urns - that I had forgotten could be re-used up there. Good attention to detail!!! Of course, there are always a few glitches. Some dinner plates as well as the B&B plates, roll baskets, and excess glassware had not been removed before beginning to serve dessert. But, that was quickly noticed and addressed. As for other vendors, Boulder Blooms rocks! And, the rental complanies, RC Events in Boulder and Allevents in Longmont, have great supplies. Note: Last minute delivery decisions can denied in the busy Boulder area. Also, Allevents requires an appointment for viewing merchandise and does not advertise prices online. In short, BCC is awesome. We very highly recommend it!!!

I held my wedding at the Boulder Country Club last weekend. Not only was it a beautiful venue, the service was impeccable. From start to finish, the country club was extremely helpful and professional. Being a bride, I was indecisive with quite a few things throughout the process. Emma was very quick to respond and change or alter anything that I needed. The price for what you get is unbeatable! I looked at many venues and NO WHERE gives you what they do for the price. The food was amazing, and the service was truly prestine. The servers did 'synchro' service which was really cool to watch. The venue is so beautiful and you get access to 3 different spaces. I honestly couldn't have pictured a more special day and it is truly all thanks to Emma and the Boulder Country Club. I truly want to address how amazing Emma was throughout the whole thing. She is very kind and kept me calm especially throughout the day. I highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking to have a beautiful wedding on a budget. We had our wedding at the Boulder Country Club and I would 100% recommend the venue for anyone’s wedding!! They were so easy to work with and extremely accommodating! We worked mostly with Emma, who was amazing! She was really great at communicating with us, I never had an unanswered email, even if the question was silly! She was willing to meet with us as many times as we wanted and no was not in her vocabulary. Nothing was ever a problem for them. They are a very relaxed and easy going venue to work with. The reception area was very nice! We had a smaller wedding so we didn’t need to use all 3 rooms, we just used the dining area, and bar area which was turned into the dance area which worked out great! Their patio is really great too, although it was raining and eventually snowed during our reception so we didn’t get to use it much. The food was really great and we got so many compliments from our guests about it. The staff were all so friendly! We had a waitress come and check on the bridal party numerous times to see if we had what we needed or wanted. Emma was there most of the night helping out and making sure everything was in place. She even took time to show our photographer different places we could take pictures since it was raining. Before she left, she made sure to say goodbye and introduce me to the manager that would be taking over for the remainder of the night. From beginning to end, Emma and the Boulder Country Club made our wedding experience a great one! It’s easy to get to without the craziness of Boulder and the area is quiet and beautiful. I would definitely recommend contacting them and checking it out, you will be happy you did!

I can't say enough about how wonderful a venue the Boulder Contey Club was. Mallorie and Emma helped so much and made my day stress free. The food was wonderful, the bar area beautiful and there was tons of room for our 200 guests to enjoy( including a deck with a view for the Mountians!). All of our guest were impressed by the wonderful setting, the great service ( including passed appetizers and waiters taking drink orders) and keep asking if Conrad and I could get marred again next year so we could do it all over again!

Words cannot express how happy I am that we chose Boulder Country Club as our wedding venue. Not only is the country club stunning for a ceremony and reception, the staff is unbelievable and accommodating. Mallorie was so wonderful to work with. She knew every question to ask, was extremely quick at responding to emails and set all of our brought in decorations up without direction. The food at the reception was incredible and everyone was raving about it. The service throughout the night was excellent. As the bride, I never had to worry that something wasn't done and if I needed anything, Mallorie, Emma or one of the other servers was there to help. The locker rooms were a great place to get ready and we had plenty of space. The ceremony site was perfectly shaded for the afternoon sun. Plus, the main dining room has a gorgeous view of the Flatirons during sunset. After doing hours of research on venues, the packages that BCC offers are very reasonable, especially after the service we received. I have no complaints about BCC and their staff. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone in the future!

A little expensive but overall a great venue. They take care of everything there (food/bar, chairs, napkins, set up/tear down of your decorations and centerpieces), and most importantly coordinate the entire day of your wedding. Mallorie in particular helped make sure everything was set up and everything went off smoothly the day of our wedding, and it turned out perfectly! The venue is beautiful as well.

We searched over 15 venues to find something that still felt Colorado/Boulder, but wasn't on a farm or would break the bank. BCC is a WONDERFUL option and Mallory and her staff are amazing. Best customer service, tasting was wonderful and they accommodated everything we requested.

I am really happy I had my wedding here. We did both the ceremony and reception here. Everyone commented on how great the food was. And we had so much fun! During the event, the staff was awesome. The only downfall would be that the planner promised a few things that she was "mistaken" on. I would do it there again in a heartbeat, but definitely make your expectations known and put everything in writing.

I cannot imagine having my wedding anywhere else. The event coordinator, Mallorie, is just amazing. All of the staff was incredibly helpful and the place is just gorgeous. We had such a memorable wedding, thanks to Boulder Country Club!

Everything about the Boulder Country Club is beautiful. It was an amazing place to be married and hold our reception. All of our guest complemented us on our great venue. But more importantly, Mallorie, Andrea, and their team went above and beyond every single request. They let us have our ceremony in the main dining room even though they had never done that before. They made the entire experience exciting and stress-free. Mallorie would check in when we needed to make decisions about certain details and was always very responsive and friendly. We had a blast getting ready in their locker room/lounge and were helped by staff members who brought us anything we needed. I can't think of one detail that was out of place. Overall, the final event far exceeded my expectations and everything was perfect. Many guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We couldn't have done it without all the help from Mallorie and her team!

Boulder Country Club had everything we wanted for our wedding. The staff was so helpful and they worked with us for every little detail and helped us to create the wedding we wanted within our budget. Very accommodating!!

Working with the Boulder Country Club for our wedding was fantastic! They were so easy to work with and always quick to get back to us with any questions or concers we had. We loved that they were able to help so much with other vendors that we wanted to have (lighting, chairs, etc.) and we did not need to do any research or planning on our end. It was also great that we did not need to set up or worry about anything the days before or on our wedding day, the club set everything up for us and it looked amazing. Lastely the food at the Boulder Country Club is fantastic! All of our guests were raving that their dinner was the best food they have ever had at a wedding and many were saying the steak was one of the best steaks they had ever had period. Overall wonderful experience working with the Boulder Country Club, they helped all of our wedding dreams come true and I was blown away by how amazing looked and turned out!

I'm still in shock over how low their prices were for what we got- we rehearsed on their lawn, used their board room and patio for dinner, and managed to keep it under $1000 for 27 people. Would highly recommend!

Boulder Country Club did an amazing job for my wedding. Kate set everything up; she was like a wedding planner. The food was amazing as was the presentation. The room looked absolutely beautiful!

The Boulder Country Club was absolutely amazing for my wedding. Kate their coordinator does everything in her power to make your special day everything you want and more. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, they have beautiful decorations as well as allowing you to bring your own. One of the big selling points for me was that they setup and tear down everything, you and your family don't have to lift a finger beyond bringing everything to the location and letting them what you want done. They do their own catering in house and it is absolutely wonderful, I would rank it up with a fine dining restaurant. Overall I could not have been happier with my experience with this location.

I can't say enough about how amazing Kate Carmichael and her team was. It was great getting to know Kate over the months prior to the wedding, so that when the big day arrived, it felt like she was not only our supplier but our friend. The set-up was left in Kate's very capable hands with several boxes full of decorations assembled perfectly and looking fantastic. This was very important to me, as last year at my sister's wedding, my mom was doing the decorating when she could have been getting ready with us/taking photos. The synchronized dinner service was amazing and truly the talk of the guests. Everyone was very pleased with their meal choices and the quality and quantity of the food. The bottom line also was very fair. BCC provides an all-inclusive rate structure so there were no surprises at the end of the event. My one tiny complaint was that there was a tip jar at the bar - not a huge deal but it was kind of tacky since we were already paying nearly $2000 in gratuities. Overall though, it was a GREAT experience. Highly recommended.

We had our wedding outside, in March, at the Boulder Country Club. They have both an indoor and outdoor option at this venue and needed only 45 minutes before the ceremony to make the decision. The staff made sure that everything went smoothly on our wedding day and before. The BCCs wedding coordinator, Kate Carmichael helped us organize linens, food and gave us recommendations on vendors. She also took great care of us the day of the wedding, setting up all of our decorations and making sure that everyone was comfortable and on time. Everyone complimented us on the great service, during dinner, and how beautiful everything was. It was perfect.

The Boulder Country Club is one of the best kept secrets for a wedding venue in Boulder. Having a reception in a banquet hall with four walls was not something that appealed to me, my fiancée or my mom. When we stepped into the dining room at the BCC my mother was amazed at the view! There are 2 walls of windows with a gorgeous view of the golf course and front range. The Sunset over the mountains the day of our wedding was spectacular! Food and beverage was delicious, beautifully displayed and fairly priced. Additionally they are outside the city of Boulder so the tax rate is lower than other places in town. The staff was friendly and professional. Their wedding coordinator took care of every single one of our needs and requests prior to and the day of the wedding and wow'd us every step of the way. I would highly recommend this venue for the quality, value, service and especially the view! Thank you BCC!

Catering director was amazing. She handled everything- so much more than we expected. We didn't have to worry about a thing the day of.;They say they do not serve shots and that they are not allowed but they served them to people at our reception. If you'd prefer they not I think you need to make it really explicit since hte policy was not voluntarily enforced
