les. I wasted a LOT of time calling. Our wedding was missing certain foods that Charles had promised, which really sucked. Our friends who are vegan etc. did not get their special plates. One friend had to eat snacks she purchased herself. I felt so embarrassed! When I mentioned this to Charles, I didn't get appropriate customer service and sympathy. Instead, he emailed me to say that my wedding coordinator hadn't had any complaints. I was confused as to why that mattered. We were disappointed. I would recommend hiring a different caterer. lot of brilliant ideas that he spat off the entire year and a half we were planning but the day of almost none of them happened. He needs someone to write his ideas down so you have them on writing. The food wasn't what we agreed on. The ceremony rentals were not in the correct place. A few of my guests didn't have seats at their table. we ran out of our signature drink before cocktail hour was over- he never replenished it. We also ran out of beer, which he did go out and get more. The food that was served was Delicious, but the ideas we had Planned for so long were completely wrong. He completely threw off the timeline as well. I would absolutely not recommend him. This may have just coincided with the opening of his new restaurant so he wasn't focused. But it was an awful experience for us.

e made excellent recommendations and ensured both my husband and my tastes were represented in the menu. The food was absolutely delicious, including our beautiful cake and heavenly pies. I have never seen a team work as hard as they did to make sure our day was the best it could be. You simply can't go wrong with Charles Levine Caterers.

e makes the wedding planning process a stress free and exciting experience for everyone involved. His enthusiasm, attention to detail and execution under pressure was astounding. I felt that I was able to enjoy every minute of my special day, because I was so confident that everything would fall into place under the direction of Charles and his team. Our families and guests were so blown away by every aspect (they are still talking about the unbelievable food) of the evening, and it is all thanks to Charles!! We now have a running joke in the family that our wedding is going to be impossible to beat (unless of course Charles is involved ☺). We cannot thank Charles and his staff enough for giving us the most perfect evening that we will forever remember!

or me. I never had to ask for anything! So many personal touches were added. It felt like they were apart of my family. I really felt like a princess that day! The food was outstanding. They also made our cake and it was the best. Everyone is still talking about how good the food was. I could not put a price on everything they did for us and our guest!

l the ideas into motion come the wedding day and you get to sit back, relax and enjoy yourself! He will do it all! And do it WELL no less! We received so many compliments from guests on how AMAZING the food was and I'm so glad we went with Charles.
