nilla butter cream, white cake, and raspberry filling. The small bit I had was super yummy. For the other desserts, we offered four selections: maple cheesecake, 7-layer bars, chocolate mousse slices, and mini fruit tarts. All of the desserts were amazing, but the maple cheesecake was a total favorite. Jozef was easy to work with and super accommodating. I would highly recommend Chef's Corner for catering desserts and a small cake. I cannot speak to a large cake as we only have a two tier 6 and 10 inch.

rcream flavors. We ultimately decided on vanilla cupcakes with lemon buttercream and flourless chocolate cupcakes. We chose the flourless for my husband and several family members who are gluten-free. We had a family member pick up the cupcakes the morning of the wedding and then refrigerated them until a few hours before we served them. The cupcakes were delicious and Jozef had decorated them both with little garnishes. They looked beautiful on our wood cupcake stand and we had none left over at the end of the night! Our guests loved them! Sadly my husband and I each only had a bite of ours... but fortunately we're close and are able to go in to the restaurant to get their gluten-free chocolate cupcakes! (The other cakes are made to order).

ken a lot of gum paste and that they would probably never get it out from under their nails, but that it was done. It was gorgeous! As a bonus, they managed to make a perfect groom's cake for my husband, complete with a little man on top with his snowboard, and trees coming down the "mountainside". In a word, Epic. Chef's Corner also does catering, and their in house food is amazing, so why would their catering not be?
