to get a hold of with any questions. Their food was incredibly delicious and our guests loved it! Unfortunately we were charged twice for our dinner bill and it was not the smoothest situation to rectify with their accounting department. We ended up having to go to our bank in person, call our bank – countless times, and talk on the phone with Cossetta’s – countless times to rectify the situation. After two days of back and forth, it was taken care of the next morning when we left outside of the country for our honeymoon; however, it was pretty incredible how much we had to ‘fix’ on our end when we were not the ones at fault. At the end of the day, their food was delicious, customer service/ planning the menu was awesome, but billing was handled very poorly.

I wanted to feed 150 guests on a tight budget, and so I thought: pasta. Cossetta Eventi was the best value I found for a pasta buffet meal, even cheaper than Old Spaghetti Factory, though Cossetta's food is way fancier and tastier in my opinion...

. One problem: we requested all vegetarian food specifically, and one of our vats of pasta showed up with bacon on it. I called them to ask for a discount because of this, left a message, haven't heard back and they later billed us the full amount.
