Enchanted Oaks Farm is an 8-acre farm and wedding venue, with a lakefront farmhouse, a glamorous treehouse, a floating frame cabin on the lake, a 1300 sq foot pergola, and a barn. Get married under our beautiful lakefront granddaddy oak tree, and host your reception in our barn or market-lit outdoor dining area. Bring your own vendors and enjoy a night under the stars. Our brides can get ready in our beautifully decorated bridal suite, with a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Groom and his groomsmen can hang out in the one-bedroom Groom's apartment located on the property. Our floating lake cabin and treehouse are adorable photo ops, and our glamping campsite is an amazing spot for your friends to stay on your wedding night. Keep things simple and use our décor! Our team offers award-winning photos and videos if you need them. Owner

We are Cassie & Jonas the owners of Enchanted Oaks Farm. We have two sons, Trey and Kai, and a grumpy little weenie dog named Buddy. We are originally from a tiny farm town in Kentucky, where everyone knows each other.. We love country music, bon fires, and family time. Jonas grew up farming, and I am a painter. Fun facts: We met at a wedding in 2008, and didn't date until years later. We lived in Hawaii when we were dating, and eloped on the beach.

Firstly, the venue is drop-dead gorgeous. It's competitively priced and an exceptional value. It's located 5 minutes off the highway so it's secluded but still easy to get to. They have everything all in one, which is fabulous and adds less stress. There are enough AirBnB units on the property to sleep 15+ people. This means that you can sleep there, get ready there, have the ceremony, take photos, have a reception, and you don't have to plan for travel to each spot. And when you book an event the venue blocks out the date so you have the entire venue to yourself. Cassie is incredible and I fully recommend booking a day-of coordinator. Her entire team was very professional and I had an absolute blast.

Spent thousands of dollars to have our wedding here and never even met the owner once. BOTH tours we did, we were 'shown" around by an employee who did her best, but most questions boiled down to "let me ask Cassie". She then would walk away and do other chores around the property. So if we had questions, we had to hunt her down just to get an answer which was probably "l'm not sure. Leading up to the wedding communication with the owner was horrible. She either wouldn't respond unless messaged repeatedly, or would take weeks to respond. On top of that, this place is also an AirBnB. So the owner makes you work around the fact that other people are staying on the property during the time you may be using it. We were told the canoe in their pond would be cleaned up and ready to use for pictures on our big day. When we got there it was full of water, dirty, and had screws pointing INTO the canoe. Very dangerous and not at all what we were told. We were also told by the employee that did the tours, that we could leave certain items for the owner, Cassie, to possibly buy and use at the venue. We left cheesecloth tablecloths there, told the employee and NEVER heard back. They just kept them and didn't say a word! The venue is gorgeous, but the management is extremely unprofessional. I can't imagine treating a client the way we were treated. Especially with how much this place cost.

Dear Mathew, Thank you for your review but it fails to mention many things. First of all,...

most wedding venues-you do not meet the owner directly, you meet the employees. I do speak with brides directly via phone calls, and emails and am available any time to speak with my couples. You failed to mention that I emailed your fiance 2 months before your event to make sure she had my personal cell phone number (FEB 6 email), and told her that I can respond immediately to texts as I was on the farm painting, and building and had my phone on me but email was harder to respond to. My FARM HAS ALWAYS BEEN AN AIRBNB and anyone who’s followed our story knows that. We started hosting the year the farm was purchased. The farm IS NOT LISTED on airbnb for ANY WEDDING DAY. Your contracted event time started at NOON March 9. Meaning you were not actually legally suppose to be on my property for set up until noon. You chose to start your wedding at the noon leaving yourself zero set up time. I did not have to agree to let you come early, and I didn’t even charge you for the early set up time. The air bnb guests from the night before your event had a check out time of 11 am which is BEFORE YOUR CONTRACT EVEN STARTED. You had guests on my property before your contracted time even started. I graciously did not charge you for the hours you spent on my farm outside of your contracted event time. The night before your event was NOT BOOKED BY YOU FOR AN EVENT. You reserved an over night apartment rental and my farm was still open to air bnb renters. It was not reserved March 8 by you exclusively for an event. I allowed you to come and set up decor early….WITHOUT CHARGING YOU. EVERY WEDDING has a contracted time of 12 noon the day of the event up to 11 pm in which the event is to end at 10 and the cleanup at 11. PLEASE READ YOUR LEGAL CONTRACT. The canoe was painted one month before your event. We do not ever promise the state of that canoe as it’s been sitting in that same spot for 5 years. My staff emptied the water from the canoe but we cannot promise a canoe sitting on a farm in florida rain will be dry. One day of rain could fill that canoe up. That canoe hasn’t had a seat in it in years-leaving screws exposed where the seat used to be. NO COUPLES ever just leave wedding things at my farm thinking I will buy them later, we tell them on the spot or they send photos of the items. I HAD NO IDEA you left your cheese cloth and would be happy to send them back to you. Most couples donate things to us. We haven’t actually bought anything from a couple in 2+ years as we have tons of our own items. Why would a wedding venue that owns tons of decor want to steal your cheese cloths? We do not have the need to do that and we have our own cheese cloth. Thank you for your feedback on the tours, I will definitely talk to the girls at the farm about that. As for the other things, maybe you should get your contract out and take a look at it because my farm was only suppose to be used from 12 noon to 11pm on your wedding date, and I allowed you to come the night before to set up without charging you. Yes there were air bnb guests the night before your wedding because YOU DID NOT RESERVE THE ENTIRE FARM THE NIGHT BEFORE YOUR EVENT.

Upon searching for a wedding venue, never did my husband and I expect to find such a hidden gem ! Enchanted Oaks was everything we were looking for and more! Rural, quant setting nestled under beautiful sprawling oaks. On-site bridal and groom suites as well as lodging for our guests ! Tables, chairs and tons of decorative items to use. Cassie and her team are extremely flexible and even helped us incorporate our fur babies into our special day! Our day was beyond perfect ! Love, The Sudak’s

The venue is absolutely breathtaking and our guests kept telling us how beautiful everything was! If you are thinking of having your wedding at Enchanted Oaks, do it!! Enchanted Oaks is such a hidden gem and whisks you away into a lakeside fairytale.

Enchanted Oaks was truly above and beyond our dreams. Cassie & Jonas have created such a great venue and have worked hard to provide everything imaginable. They + our day of coordinator, Miranda, are such hard working, easy going folks that know how to make a vision come to life. Having multiple spaces on site for different levels of gathering was a huge draw - the open dance floor, covered barn space, cozy lounging area by the A-frames, & option for a bonfire. The market lighting created great ambience and warms up the whole event. This space is great for a DIY wedding; they have tons of gorgeous decorations to utilize, saving money and the environment. Win! Thank you to Enchanted Oaks Farm for hosting a night of a lifetime. We will be back to glamp in one of your a-frames!

I was so lucky to have found this incredible venue to have my dream wedding at! Cassie and her husband are rockstars, the amount of work they put in to make my wedding everything it was is absolutely unbelievable. I have never seen two people work as hard as they did for some random strangers. During this crazy time that we are in, I was anxious as to whether or not we would be able to get married, but Cassie was unbelievably supportive throughout it all. She did not waiver, and still allowed us to move forward with our special day. I absolutely recommend having your wedding here, I promise you will not regret it! I was so lucky to have my wedding at the farm! I can’t begin to explain how amazing the owners are. Cassie and Jonas welcomed us and helped with absolutely everything, and more! The venue is a beautiful place, with big trees, a barn front, and such pretty houses. There is no worry for anything, there’s an abundance of parking, accommodations for rain or cold, cute little rentals for your friends to stay if they can’t drive home (which came in very handy for our wedding). Cassie went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Any questions I had she was so willing to answer and give her advice. Jonas works his tail off at the property to make sure it’s tip top shape and it shows! I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend Enchanted Oaks to anyone and everyone! Being a bride is super stressful and I couldn’t have done it all without Cassie and her crew the day of. Thank you both for everything! The Bangs.

I was recently a guest at a wedding on Enchanted Oaks property. The minute I drove into the property I was amazed by the beauty of the trees. The giant shaded trees covered in moss were the perfect background for any event. My first thought was to ask if they did family reunions and birthday parties (for my own family). There's something down home feeling about the property. The owner told me they are starting a clamping area, we will definitely be there!

What a great place for a wedding! Conveniently located off the highway, but tucked and hidden away in a fantastic little location. 8 acres of beautiful oak trees and even a pond with a fountain. The ceremony took place under strung bistro lights that were just perfect. Cassie and Jonas (the owners) were so inviting and friendly and made everything go so seamlessly. 10/10. Thanks for a great experience guys!

This venue is absolutely perfect! It’s an amazing property, with amazing owners. Cassie and Jonas really went above and beyond. They will make you feel right at home! The day was stress-free and absolutely gorgeous. Their team took care of everything from photos, to set-up, to the most beautiful wedding cake! I would highly recommend this venue for all types of weddings.

Enchanted Oaks Farm & Lakehouse has everything you’ll need for your special day! The venue is a very romantic hidden gem, with an extremely accommodating and friendly staff. Driving in under the gorgeous shading of the rustic grandfather oak trees, on an whimsical winding road to your destination, you’ll find a beautiful farmhouse with lots of space for party guests, bride and groom suites for getting ready, and several picturesque ceremony and photo location options to suit any desire. This dreamy location and the organization and manner of their staff all lend perfectly to the relief of stress and pursue of relaxation on your big day!

I was a guest at this wedding and the farm is absolutely stunning! There were only about twenty people at this wedding, but the site is big enough to accommodate many more guests. Despite being a farm, there were plenty of trees for shade along with multiple indoor areas for any activities. Cassie and Jonas were extremely accommodating and provided the feeling of family. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for any sized wedding.

Beautiful aesthetics, like a hidden enchanted forest away from reality. The land is perfect for those intimate photos with a grooms and bride apartment to get ready with plenty of space. They put their hearts and souls into the property, that is all inclusive with photography and the most beautiful naked wedding cake is their specialty. Save yourself the stress of having them plan your special day.

The place is very nice and intimate. Cassie and her staff were on top of everything and made the bride and groom feel at ease on their big day. There was a chance of rain however contingencies were already in place.

Enchanted Oaks Farms and Lakehouse was a beautiful venue for my wife and myself! It is located down a long drive covered in huge oak trees with Spanish moss dangling in the breeze. It was very shaded, so for Florida sun and heat this was excellent to keep everyone comfortable. The layout of the land was stellar. At the end of the drive where the venue takes place, there is a bride and groom sweet to accommodate even the most posh requirements. They have a nicely placed pergola as one option area, a white gravel area that pops in photos due to all of the surrounding greenery or right on the lakefront (with fountain) under the grandfather oaks. All of the options are picturesque. Also, Incase of unfortunate weather, they have contingency plans to continue the ceremony and make sure everyone is happy regardless of weather inconveniences. Aside from the property, Cassie Peech and Company, all of her staff and vendors makes everyone involved comfortable and at ease. The stress disappeared as soon as we arrived and they became involved. Every little detail from decorations and decor, floral arrangements, refreshments, seating, parking, photography and videography....ALL completely taken care of for us. It was magical, Cassie is pure magic. Her down home KY personality and personal drive and determination to be successful and provide all of the guests and bride and groom with a lifetime of memories is 2nd to NONE. I would recommend Enchanted Oaks Farms and Cassie and her staff to anyone looking to be blown away with 100% support and attention to ensure your special day is just that. Your Special Day. Thank you so much for going out of your way to be better than we could have imagined.

WOW! What an AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL Venue! I had my wedding here and it was so much more then I could ever dream of! The property itself is so pretty with all the weeping granddaddy oak trees, the beautiful open green land and the cute little bridal and groom suites we all got ready in! Not to mention the staff was INCREDIBLE, and Cassie was a wonderful person and helped me in any way I needed and made my day go as smooth as can be! I would recommend this venue to anyone wanting a awesome outside venue! You won’t regret it!!!
