time and alterations don't need to be made. From the other reviews, this can take up to 2 days to ship. That's cutting it too close. Customer service just gives you the run around when something goes wrong and all I could get out of them was that the tuxes were late due to late returns. To me, that's not a good excuse. Overall, much to be desired from this service.

or the event. Two carps (one that's shared culpability b/n me and Menguin, and one a caveat): 1. My first and second jacket didn't fit well. Partly, I mistook myself for muscular (per my wife, untrue); partly, though, the customer service rep was so eager to get me a better fitting jacket that we didn't go over that characteristic. 2. If you're in a remote location, the one-day shipping turns into two. Just be aware. TL;DR: they're a very helpful service, but sometimes to the point of omitting details. Make sure you know your size very well.

perfect. I was able to call them up anytime and they were there to help. I would definitely use them again. To top it all of they donate to Penguins! Whats not to like??
