We had our reception of 250 guests in the Grand Ballroom. Terri Kidney worked with us throughout our entire year-long planning process, tirelessly answering any and all questions from myself, my husband, and even my mom. Terri and the rest of the team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and met with us multiple times before the big day to go over timelines and details with us and our caterer, decorator, etc. to make sure everything ran smoothly. They are true professionals over at Music Hall, and it was a pleasure to work with the whole crew. My reception was beautiful (we got SO many compliments on the venue!), everything ran smoothly, and I really have no complaints at all. While the venue is certainly pricey, you definitely get what you pay for. If this place fits your needs and budget I would highly recommend!

We had our wedding reception in the ballroom and had a great experience from everyone that we interacted with at Music Hall. Terri & Cindi were fantastic to work with throughout the year to make sure everything was in line and our room manager the night of could not have been more helpful or attentive. The room was absolutely gorgeous and the space was great to be able to have buffet tables, a photo booth and room for 250+ guests. There was never a line at the bar and everything went very smoothly. Highly recommend Music Hall for your event!

I absolutely loved the decor of the Foyer. It went perfect with my vintage theme. It was such a beautiful place. However working with the staff at Music Hall was difficult. It took multiple calls and emails to the event coordinator (Cindi Burton) and her boss to get a response.Before signing our contract we were promised the construction that was going to happen in front of Music Hall would be done before the wedding. We soon found out that it was not finished. Since it rained the day of my wedding the construction caused a huge muddy mess. The air conditioning did not work well and which left myself and my guest sweating all night.

Music Hall is an amazing venue for any reception. We had 360 guests and we fit perfectly! There are a lot of hoops to go through when you pick Music Hall that no one tells you about. All flames must be approved by the fire marshall. We wanted hanging votives and a s'more bar, both were a no. Terri is amazing! She was very helpful in all the aspects of planning! Any questions I had were quickly answered. Our reception turned out amazing! Everything was exactly how we wanted it! Everyone said how beautiful the ballroom turned out and were in awe of the entire space. There is nothing we would change about how the evening went. We reserved the Foyer for cocktail hour and the main ballroom for the dinner and dancing. The bar is another story. About 2 weeks before our wedding I met with all the vendors and told them about the need for Miller Light and Bud Light beer for the reception. I let them know we were going to have a very heavy drinking crowed and that my dad, the father of the bride, paying for the wedding only drinks Miller Light. The bar ran out of Miller Light at 9 pm when our reception did not end until 1 am. If you are looking at Music Hall the price for an open bar is high. I felt for how much the open bar was there was no reason to run out of anything.

Everyone thought we did the impossible by getting married at Music Hall, the price wasn't that bad for just the ceremony. It was very comparable to simple churches that offered their Chapel for a ceremony. Cindy the coordinator was AMAZING! She made me feel as if I was the most important thing in the world (the way a bride should feel). Everything went without ANY problems and she made sure everything was exactly how I wanted. If i was able to do it all over and get my entire wedding there then I would. PERFECT

Music Hall was one of the first places that we looked at for our wedding. But unfortunately it did not work out for us. I wanted to have the reception in the main entrance when you first walk in, but due to the date of our wedding, it had been all booked up by the orchestra. The ballroom upstairs is absolutely beautiful (I have been to events there) but was too big for our wedding of 150 people. The only room they could show us was a reception room that looked very plain and standard and did not feel like Music hall, so we did not end up having our wedding there.

The music hall was absolutely beautiful and they did a wonderful job executing exactly what I wanted! However, when I booked it I was told that the rental fee was a flat rate, and bar was additional. They really hit you with miscellaneous fees (using glassware at the bar, security, moving chairs, etc.). I'd recommend this venue, but just be careful of your budget!

Cindi Burton at Music Hall was so great to work with. She's a real character! She made herself available whenever we wanted to meet with her or talk over phone or email about something we were worried about. She spent hours with us at the first meeting and in general just made the process a lot easier. When we arrived after the ceremony, we entered through the back into the Critic's Club so my husband and I had a chance to relax for a split second, enjoy a cocktail and a plate of hors d'oevres that the caterers had set aside for us, and enjoy being married before the craziness of the reception began. The five minutes to ourselves meant more than I can even describe. The reception was amazing and so was Music Hall.

We had our wedding reception in the Ballroom at Music Hall. We worked with Cindi Burton who was the event planner. She was AWESOME! She did an amazing job working with us up until the wedding making sure all the details were perfect & just as we wanted. The Ballroom is absolutely georgous & the dance floor is one of the biggest I've ever seen. All my guests thought the room was beutiful! I would definitely recommend the Ballroom to others, GREAT VENUE!

I chose Music Hall bc it was so different from anything I have ever seen. It is not cheap to rent however we did get a discount for having a friday wedding. It is BEAUTIFUL and everything I could ask for. The thing you have to remember with music hall, is that weddings are not their thing.. They do so many other events and you are competing with those constantly. I originally met with Terri Kidney who is extremely nice and easy to get along with. She is only deals with the bill and bookings. For all of the details, we had Cindi. Cindi is super nice but she comes across as a bit scattered. Sometimes you would ask a question and she would go off on a story and then you would never really get an answer. She told us she was best to be reached by email. That was fine with me, but there were a few times when I had to write her multiple times bc she didn't respond or didn't answer whatever question i had for her. The day of, she really really came through. The venue looked beautiful. She took care of EVERYTHING and i was never really bothered with anything.

Absolutely gorgeous venue!There were a few problems with the linens being supplied. Make sure details are taken care of and noted by the venues planner. All guests complimented on the venue saying it was one of the most beautiful weddings they've been to! Highly recommended!
