He was a pleasure to work with. Our custom wedding cake was absolutely stunning, covered in gold leaf and cranberries. All of our guests couldn't believe it was real cake. it was delicious too! Our guests' cake had the most decadent chocolate ganache with a raspberry filling. The only regret is we didn't order extra! Delivery on the day of the wedding was on time and the price was more than reasonable. You should definitely work with the Cake Box for your next event.

Even my husband (who likes extra gluten in his food) absolutely loved them! We ended up ordering a mix of salted caramel and lemon raspberry. Even today, nearly two months after the wedding, we are still receiving compliments on the cake. I would venture to say that it was the most complimented element of our entire wedding (people were evidently fighting for extra pieces!). One friend shared that it was the best cake she's ever had at any wedding she'd ever attended. We still have half of the top tier in our freezer, and we can't wait to dig in on our anniversary. flavor before I set a wedding date, I knew just what I wanted. Robert executed my idea seamlessly. He saw two pictures, sketched his ideas, and we confirmed flavors and everything before I even left the shop. The cupcakes and the cake were a hit! Everyone was asking about who made the awesome cupcakes, that looked beautiful and tasted even better! I loved that there was an assortment of flavors for my 90 guests- a little bit of everything for each individual! Cakebox delivered to my wedding and set up beforehand. Robert was such an easy, informative person to work with I knew I was in good hands. On top of being the best cupcakes/cookies/coffee/cutest creations ever, the price was unbeatable. I did not feel like I was being gouged for a wedding cake that some people would not even look at or touch. By the end of the reception, the catering staff was enjoying the cupcakes, and I went home with less than 10! Loved seeing my cake featured on their instagram page. That was such a nice highlight! Cant wait to enjoy some of my delicious cake on my 1 year anniversary....I will be getting a fresh one made :) Thank you Robert and The Cake Box staff for making my wedding day great! So here is what is special about The Cake Box: when we discussed the cake, Rob supplied red velvet cupcakes for us to try and make sure we didn't think the edges dried out too much if sitting out for a reception's worth of time. I think everyone has had that wedding cake that is a bit of cardboard covered with shortening....Rob was truly concerned that the cake would be lovely and also taste good and he delivered!

ding day the cake was exactly as we had discussed and looked even better in person. It tasted great, too! My husband and I actually stopped dancing for 3 minutes to eat our slices of cake and the cake was delicious. It tasted like it had just been baked and I wanted more. Luckily, we had leftovers and got to finish them on our honeymoon :) Just this past weekend friends of ours were discussing the cake at our wedding and anyone who had missed the cake service was actually disappointed. I personally don't think that I've ever remembered anyone's wedding cake. It's usually good, but not memorable. Apparently ours was. Thanks!
