Amazing and beautifully done my makeup and hair!! They both held up perfectly throughout the night, even from all the tears, hugging and dancing all night through my wedding night! Marissa will listen and take care of all your concerns and get it done right!!! 100% recommend!!!

I hired MJ to do my wedding makeup and to handle hair for my mother, sister, and grandma. We all looked great! From the trial to the wedding, MJ was very receptive to questions and changes I wanted to make, whether they were about the day-of timeline, number of bridal party clients, or even the type of mascara I wanted to use. She explained her process when I had questions about what she was doing or the products she was using. She was always on time, too. I also loved that she gave me a touch-up kit to clean up oily spots during the day and re-apply lip makeup after dinner. She did a great job adapting to my oily-sensitive skin type and helped me look amazing for my wedding!

I cannot recommend MadeupbyMJ enough! From start to finish, she was the epitome of professionalism. Communication was clear and timely throughout the planning process, and on the day of the wedding, she arrived early and fully prepared.
Her and her team was warm, calm, and incredibly talented. They created beautiful, flawless looks for me and my bridal party that lasted all day and night — even through happy tears and lots of dancing! Every brush and tool they used was impeccably clean, and their attention to hygiene and detail was clearly a top priority.
Not only did they make everyone look stunning, but they also made us feel relaxed and pampered during a very busy morning. If you’re looking for a vendor who is punctual, organized, clean, and incredibly skilled, look no further. Marissa did a great job with my makeup for my engagement shoot. She traveled a long way to Brewster since I could not find a local artist. She was very professional and I would hire her again!

She was the sweetest!!! Very easy to communicate with. She did both my hair and makeup. Both stayed in place ALL night long. My hair has never been able to hold curls because it’s so heavy. I’m so grateful she was available. I would highly recommend her services and would use her again. I was beyond happy with my results!!
