Let me start by saying that Emma is one of the sweetest people I've ever met and she's a life saver! My original caterer ghosted me and she stepped up to the plate with very little time... AND during SXSW AND her honeymoon!! Emma was with me ev...

ery step of the way and even responded to a text during her honeymoon. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and knew I could count on her. When it came time for the food, she was very detail oriented and took time to find out everyone's food preferences (even including GF options for guests!), my vision, and insuring that since this was the main meal, everyone would get plenty to eat. On the day of, she put together the most beautiful board I've ever seen! There was so much attention to the little things, tons of yummy treats, and plenty to eat. Many guests went back for more despite saying they were full lol we got TONS of compliments from guests on staff on not only the presentation, but the quality and taste as well. Everyone, even the pickiest guests, got plenty to eat. If you're looking for the perfect meal to compliment your wedding and someone who will be there every step of the way, then this is your sign!! Book Emma!

Gather Grazing went beyond our every hope. Freshest ingredients, perfect service, accommodating to our guests' dietary restrictions. People are still talking about it. It was such a lovely way to weave food into the reception.

After receiving a degree in Food Studies from NYU, Emma jumped into the world of events, which swiftly led her to the city of Austin, where she produced events for several years. Utilizing her skills as an event planner, she decided to hone in on one of her many passions, creating artful charcuterie spreads, and turned a longtime hobby into a business: Gather Grazing Company was born! When she’s not arranging food, planning an event or hosting a dinner party at her home in East Austin, Emma is likely to be found on a walk with her dog, Ziggy and toddler, Benji or grooving the dance floor!
