eration Tux. I answered a handful of questions online, and then about 2-weeks before the wedding, Generation Tux sent a perfectly fitting suit to my house. It wasn't just my suit that fit perfectly, all of the groomsmen had the same experience. In addition, their customer service is phenomenal. I had a question and I used the messaging feature on Generation Tux's website, and within 2-minutes I was speaking with Bayley (who I presume is a customer service representative), and she answered all of my questions and was very friendly. This was on a Sunday afternoon, so I honestly wasn't expecting to have an answer until Monday morning.

I used them I answered a few questions about my body type and sent some pictures and they sent me my suit with plenty of time before the event to try on. The suit jacket was a little big so I called them up and asked for a smaller jacket. Two days later the jacket showed up and it was a perfect fit. Once the event was over, I put everything back in the box, applied the prepaid shipping label, and dropped it off at my local Kinkos/FedEx. Couldn't be easier. The second time I used them, they still had my measurements on file and shipped my suit right away. The suit arrived with plenty of time to try and get changes, but it fit perfectly the first time and the return process was even easier since they use UPS for the return shipment instead of FedEx. The suit and shoes arrived clean, pressed, and ready to go. The Men's Warehouse made a mistake dismissing George Zimmer and I'm glad he was able to revolutionize the suit rental industry.

. They have such hospitality and care for their customers. They can text you to make things easier! And when a particular person cannot respond another person will text back to maintain contact. I had so many questions as a bride, and I felt silly making an account for my fiance at the time but learned that many brides to the same thing! We made NO mistake choosing this company for everything they did. My dad was not used to an online rental company and still put in his regular measurements over the phone which they were so gracious to record. As long as your info was in the system, they could find you within a minute instead of having to maintain a certain reservation ID and share it with the whole bridal party. I love love love this company. I was so hesitant on going with an online rental company (I even compared this one to like 3 other online companies) I love the quality of their fabric most of all and customer service. I wish I could write more about this company without rambling but honestly, go with this company. They allow a home try-on for the groom and when you have X amount of groomsmen, the groom is free! They will give you all the materials you need, great quality and good rates.

We had also tried another online company, and despite putting in my husband's measurements that suit was ill-fitting, but GenTux's suit was a perfect fit! Our groomsmen were located all over the country, so I was concerned about them only being able to try their suits on the day before the wedding (like most national retailers offer). I LOVED how with GenTux everyone would get their suits 2 weeks in advance so there would be plenty of time to fix any issues if we had them. They also had great customer service throughout the entire process. The only thing I didn't love was their choice of brown shoes as they were noticeably wing-tipped...almost in an ombre style. We ended up having the guys buy their own shoes, but if they had a more traditional brown style we would have rented through them for shoes too.

om's dad) had to send any part of his suit back to get the proper size. I'd say 9/10 is a pretty good rate of success! The clothes weren't even super wrinkled when I took them out of the box. Didn't even need to have them steam cleaned. As a recent college grad who is working on a small salary, the rental was fairly expensive, but I'd say the price was well worth it for the ease of rental and the quality of the suit!

It really made it difficult to find something for everyone at a price point that was affordable. Then we stumbled upon GenerationTux. Wow! What a great experience. GenerationTux had multiple suit styles we liked, came in a variety of colors, and fit all our groomsmen. I was a little unsure about the process not know how everything would look or fit, but GenerationTux made is very easy. We first requested fabric and color samples. This helped a lot! Next, we did the in-home trial to see how they would fit. When we saw the box they came in, I thought for sure we had made a mistake, but when we opened it everything was there and in good condition. Very little of it was wrinkled despite being in the box. The fitting process was surprisingly accurate for us. We did go ahead and go with a longer (unadvertised) vest. For our wedding party, it was easy to create a group and see their progress from creating an account, submitting fitting information, ordering, and payment. We had one groomsman that wasn’t going to have much of a chance to try his one as he was coming from Europe and his suit was shipped to our location. No problem. He was able to go to a tailor to get accurate measurements and submit them over the phone. Most of the groomsmen had not sizing issues, but one needed to send one item back. He said customer service was very impressive. He had the new item in a couple days. The suits themselves were good quality. If they weren’t as expensive, I probably would have considered buying mine. The only bummer was that the shoes did not come in wide sizes. Ours still fit pretty well though. I would advise everyone to break in the shoes. By the end of our wedding night, our feet were in pain. Shipping them back was a HUGE win. You just pack everything back up in the box and apply the provided shipping label! I would highly recommend GenerationTux and may use them again in the future. So easy, fantastic customer service, and great selection.

llent with switching sizes and colors of shirts last minute. They reimbursed my husband to get the alterations he needed for a proper fit. The only thing that was wrong was one of the groomsmen got different color shoes (it was more of a lighter brown instead of a reddish brown) than the other guys, but overall not a big difference. We were pleased with Generation Tux!

If you doubt Generation Tux’s ability to provide the perfect fitting suit without a tailor, rest assured knowing that as long as you’re incredibly honest with your measurements (don’t lie about your weight, height or build otherwise your suit won’t fit properly), you’ll have a perfect fitting, high-quality suit. My one piece of advice—and this is something I’m sure Generation Tux will implement as they continue to grow—is to increase their color options for ties and pocket squares, as well as provide tan dress shoes and belts, in addition to the dark brown they’re currently offering. As I mentioned, I’m a particular buyer, so I had to order a tie, pocket square, and dress socks from The Tie Bar for myself and my groomsmen, as well as wear a pair of tan oxfords that I own. Convenience. Fit. Quality. Simple logistics. If you go anywhere else for a suit rental, you’re making a mistake.

Fortunately, GenTux went above and beyond and got my replacement items sent right away and everything fit perfectly. I now recommend Generation Tux to everyone and my brother has now decided to go with them for his wedding next year. So I'll be renting from them again then!

tuxedos came I saw the difference in quality of the clothing and how it fit perfectly compared to your standard rental. People could not believe that the tuxedos were rentals. All of my groomsmen were also happy and loved the tuxedos as well. Highly recommend giving them a try!
