Nicole and her team at Hair and Makeup Unveiled are incredible! Kris and Ayrehl were so helpful during my trials, and assisted me in finding the perfect wedding day look. On the actual wedding day all four hair and makeup ladies did an amazing job! Everyone looked incredible. I told my husband that I never knew I could look so good. I highly recommend Hair and Makeup Unveiled to any bride searching for a top notch team and personalized service.

Hiring hair and makeup was undoubtedly the hardest part of my wedding planning (no fault to Nicole- but because of what I was looking for). I wanted someone who understood what I wanted but didn’t make me look unrecognizable to myself. I gathered so many quotes and went through all their portfolios with a fine-tooth comb. I ended up choosing Nicole and her team because they were a preferred vendor at Belmont Country Club. The prices were reasonable, Nicole was responsive and her portfolio looked amazing. Once I met Nicole I loved her immediately and knew I had made the right decision. She’s easy to talk to, has a wonderful in-home studio for trials and made me feel at ease throughout the whole thing. The real part where Nicole shined was when we had a hiccup along the way. The makeup artist on her team that was supposed to work my wedding quit unexpectedly two weeks before my wedding. I didn’t have even the slightest hesitation that Nicole would find someone else, and boy did she deliver. Kelly came to do a makeup trial on me and I loved it even more than my original trial. Kelly and Nicole were hands down my favorite vendors (next to those at Belmont Country Club) and I loved getting ready with them the morning of my wedding. They felt like two more friends just hanging out with us. Do yourself a favor and hire Nicole and try to see if Kelly can work your event!

I worked with HM Unveiled for my wedding this past May for bridal party make-up, including me, MOB/MOG, and three bridesmaids. Throughout the entire process leading up to the big day, they were very responsive -- both my assigned stylist and the behind-the-scenes logistical staff-- and easy to communicate with. On the big day, they showed up on time and ready to go! I heard horror stories about not being able to match foundation colors, especially on more diverse skin tones, but my artist did a great job, both in airbrush and traditional make-up. She even adjusted the schedule and got us out the door without much delay when a grandmother decided she wanted her make-up done last-minute, too (UGH)! Our makeup held perfectly through the unexpectedly hot, hot weather (outdoor ceremony, indoor reception), and it looked perfect in all of our pictures. I couldn't recommend high enough!

Working with HM Unveiled was an absolute dream and one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I had a very large bridal party (12 bridesmaids, MOB, MOG) and the HM team handled the madness like absolute professionals . Not only did everyone look stunning (hair and makeup for every girl), but they finished ahead of schedule. When dealing with such a hectic and jam packed day, you want vendors around you that are just as invested as staying on schedule as you are. HM Unveiled made magic happen in a confined time, but never made anything feel rushed or unfinished. Nicole and her team are incredibly well versed in dealing with the big day jitters and made me (and my entire bridal party) feel so calm. They worked with each girl on an individual level to figure out what would look best for their dress and for the overall vibe of the day. Also, as I was getting ready, we realized that I had completely forgotten to steam my veil and it was effectively a wrinkled ball of fabric. Nicole didn't blink an eye and solved the issue in mere minutes. HM Unveiled was everything I could have hoped for and so much more. For any and every bride, I highly recommend!

Nicole did an amazing and beautiful job. She created 9 hairstyles flawlessly and in record time. Nicole made great recommendations for styles and thought of details such as updo placement based upon how people would be standing at the ceremony. A month before the wedding Nicole sent me a timeline for hair and make-up and was really flexible when I had to add last minute hair and make-up requests. She even provided a day- of emergency kit so my maid of honor didn’t have to. The make-up artist, Shanelle that she hired created glamorous yet natural airbrushed looks and worked quickly and effectively. Overall, great hair and make up!

I would highly recommend Nicole. She was easy to work with since day one: returned my email/call quickly, confirmed quickly, and was flexible on timing the day. I booked her for my sister and Mom, and she was so accommodating when my Mom took a break from makeup to send me off in my wedding dress. She was the perfect balance of taking direction from my Mom and sister, and yet giving advice on what would look good. She was also just so pleasant to be around as she was doing hair and makeup! I also thought she was incredibly priced for her services. 5 stars!

Let me start off by saying that I wasn't sure about getting my makeup done the day of my wedding, as I'm good at makeup and can do almost everything that most makeup artists can do, which made me super picky. I did so much research trying to find someone who was going to do better than me. When I found Hair and Makeup Unveiled, I was so happy. My makeup was flawless, as was everyone else's makeup. Our hair was perfection. Nicole helped me decide on a mermaid braid, which totally matched my dress and personality. They plan out timing perfectly, to ensure everything is perfect for you day and even provide an emergency kit so that your Maid of Honor doesn't have to. Book them and you'll see how talented and perfect they are!

Nicole and Morgan are rock stars. From the hair and make-up trials to the big day they were on it! My Hair was amazing and my makeup was flawless. All my girls were amazed with the team and I couldn't imagine picking another team to work with. Way to go Unveiled! You guys are amazing!

Nicole is amazing!! My bride-maids, mom's and I loved loved loved her updos! She is beyond talented and I cannot recommend her enough. Short, long, thin, thick hair, doesn't matter she made everyone in my group feel and look fabulous! She has great technique and uses amazing products! She is an incredibly sweet person and was a delight to be around the day of our wedding! She made the whole booking, trail and day of process incredibly simple and seamless and I am so thankful for that! She is super flexible and accommodating as well, was very thankful she could do trial during the week after work! She was super professional, punctual and even offered tips and tricks, on top of that she was sweet enough to give me a "day of" emergency kit filled with everything you might need day! From the moment I spoke to Nicole over the phone to just chat and talk about expectations, I knew that she was going to be perfect. Once I did my trial, it was confirmed. She listened to everything I said and was so knowledgeable, funny, fast and very professional. On our wedding day, she was punctual and extremely accommodating to everyone's requests. Ariel did most t of the bridesmaids make up and they were all very happy with the results. Hair and Make up Unveiled was wonderful!!

H&M Unveiled was one of the best decisions I made when selecting wedding vendors. Nicole and Morgan were a pleasure to work with and made my bridesmaids and myself look absolutely beautiful. They kept the mood light and upbeat while we were getting ready, and we had an absolute blast.

Hair and Makeup Unveiled completely blew me away! Nicole is great! From the trial to the day of, she made the whole process fun. The day of getting ready she completely put all of the bridal party at ease and made it as stress free as possible! I got so many compliments on my hair and makeup and it turned out great in pictures. My up do hair style held all night long and never hurt my head. Nicole (hair) and Arielle (make-up) were a fantastic team. They both listened to what I wanted in the trial, and were willing to tweak and try different things until I was completely satisfied with the look. I felt so beautiful! They also accommodated my tight schedule for the trial and on the big day. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I received service from Hair and Makeup Unveiled for my wedding on May 27, 2017 and I was absolutley blown away by their service!! Nicole was my makeup artist and went out of her way to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. I've never been big into makeup and I was a little nervous about it all but Nicole was absolutley wonderful! I showed her pictures of what I wanted and went above and beyond my expectations! She listened to what I wanted and made sure that it lived up to my expectations! She truly lifted a burden off my shoulders on my wedding day! I knew once she begun, I didn't have to stress anymore, I knew immediately I was in good hands! Everyone in the DMV area should use this business for their wedding day!!

Nicole and her MUA, Allison, were both phenomenal on and before my wedding day. They were great about answering my many, many email inquiries, and being super flexible and responsive during the makeup/hair trial. They made me feel so comfortable with them, I knew it wouldn't be an issue at all to work with them on my wedding day. One of the best things about HMU is that they're 1. willing to travel 2. super flexible and kind and 3. they are efficient!!! They were so great about making a schedule to make sure everyone got ready on time, and even though we were running late on my end, they still managed to get everyone ready with time to spare! Not only that, but everyone was so happy with their looks for the day, and everything (makeup and hair) held up through the whole day (even through all the dancing!!) I can't recommend Hair and Makeup Unveiled highly enough - they were two of my favorite vendors from my wedding.

Nicole is a hair magician! I went to my wedding trial with lots of worries about having over processed and damaged hair. Nicole was quick to quiet my worries! My long, curled style was accompanied with a perfect veil placement that was comfortable and lasted all night! She even recommended and placed hair extensions, which made the end result even better. She has a great personality (you will always be laughing with her), and was also prompt and incredibly professional. Would absolutely recommend for your wedding day!

Nicole and Allison are amazing!! They both are absolute experts in their crafts and clearly work so well together as a team. They impressed me from start to finish and were quick to respond from the initial e-mail and remained on schedule up to the day of our wedding. Both ladies were incredibly easy to get along with, completely honest with their professional opinions while being tactful, made suggestions when necessary, brought their own high-quality equipment, were efficient, provided a concise to-do and not-to-do list for the day of, etc. Wedding planning was even more difficult for us due to being re-stationed out of state after our venue was already set. Luckily, I was able to do my makeup trial at Allison's near where I live. Their flexibility was very impressive to me, and they were well prepared to make last minute changes and keep on rolling. I'm in love with the pictures of my wedding day, especially my hair and makeup. I cannot thank these ladies enough for making my bridesmaids and me look and feel beautiful on such a special day, and it lasted all night! The day of goodie bag was a wonderful touch too. I highly recommend Allison and Nicole at Hair and Makeup Unveiled!!

Nicole was the absolute best hair stylist for my special day! I had my father's wedding band that I wanted somehow incorporated into my look and I didn't want to wear it around my neck so Nicole braided it into my hair! It looked amazing and everyone loved it. I also had a pretty heavy veil that was pulling and she was able to secure it so I didn't have anything to worry about! She even gave me a goody bag with things to help me the rest of the day like bobby pins, hair spray, a nail file, etc. It was so thoughtful! I really appreciated it all and had the best wedding day ever!

Nicole was amazing!!! I can't even tell you how grateful I was to have her doing my hair on my wedding day. Things kept going wrong with other vendors and she helped keep me calm and came up with solutions. She went above and beyond for me and was always so kind. My hair looked amazing, all my bridesmaids raved about her and my mom looked gorgeous. My mother in law has epilepsy and fell the day before causing her to have stitches in her head, Nicole was very aware of that and worked around it without causing her pain and made her hair look great. Some of my girls didn't pay for hair services and decided to do their own, Nicole ended up helping them and made sure everyone looked great. I can't rave enough, I am so happy I went with this company!

Look no further... you found the best! Nicole is amazing! She is beyond talented with hair, it truly is a gift. She also has a really fun, easy going personality, which is important on your big day. I was all over the place with which style I wanted for my dress, since I'm not used to wearing strapless and she even let me come for a second trial to test out a new look. Everything she did was incredible and it gave me peace of mind to have someone so confident, myself being such an indecisive person. My hair looked fanatic, just what I wanted and lasted all night and everyone else LOVED their hair!!! She was so accommodating letting me come twice and even set it so that I could try one of her makeup artists. I was so impressed with Markie's makeup that I told my original artist that I hired a second person for the day, since more girls wanted makeup. Markie ended up doing my makeup and I felt like a movie star!!! The original artist (not associated with them) was such a diva that she responded by saying, she doesn't work with artists she doesn't know and cancelled a week before the wedding! I was freaking out, but they worked their magic and brought a second artist, Seth, who was also awesome! It really showed that they care about their brides by how they rescued me. My wedding party and the moms looked absolutely beautiful. Words only means so much, the proof is in the photos... so I hope they add them to their website. Thank you so much for making us gorgeous!!!!!

Nicole and Alison were great to work with! All of my bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup and the timeline was very helpful. Reasonably priced for great quality and excellent customer service!

I had the best experience with Nicole and Seth! They showed up on time and laid out the perfect timeline for the day so there was no stress! They made me look and feel more beautiful than I ever have in my life. It was exactly how I wanted to feel as a bride. The one even more impressive thing is that my hair did not move. There were hurricane force winds that day and I danced like crazy and it didn't fall out even a little bit. I would recommend her to anyone! I am a very happy and satisfied bride. It was perfect!

Madeline, Nicole & Gaby were wonderful! Nicole worked so hard leading up to the wedding with giving me hair ideas and scheduling changes and additions & Madeline went above and beyond on the wedding day, waterproof makeup is very necessary as a bride and the eyelash extensions were awesome! Prior to the big day, Nicole worked with me to build the perfect timeline for the morning of my wedding and was super flexible with my requests. On the day of the wedding, she did a fantastic job recreating a Pinterest picture I showed her and made me look and feel beautiful. It looked even better than I remembered at my trial! Her and her partner did an equally wonderful job on all of my bridesmaids hair styles! They also were a ton of fun and kept us laughing the whole morning of the wedding. On top of the fantastic service, Nicole went above and beyond and negotiated free vendor parking with the hotel we were staying at so that I did not have to pay for it. I was very late in getting a hair stylist for my girls, I was looking only 4 months in advanced. After reading Nicoles reviews I wrote her asking if she had time or could squeeze me in. Not only did she make time for me on my wedding day she did AMAZING! all of my ladies were so happy with their hair and the service she performed. Along with doing an amazing job on hair she has such a fun personality!! I would recommend her to any and everyone!

Nicole and Courtney were wonderful! They did my bridal hair and make-up for my entire bridal party. Everyone looked so good that it was almost impossible to take an unflattering picture. They also were great therapists for helping with my pre-wedding stress and nerves. I felt like I was in good and hand and everything was going to go perfectly (and it did!). Nicole even stepped up to the plate to fix my flower girl's hair after a rather unfortunate incident at a local hair salon. I highly recommend them to any bride!

They are also a fun bunch to spend your day with...which is so important because you really are spending a lot of time with the people that do your hair/make up. I had such a great experience working with hair and makeup unveiled for my wedding!! I had six bridesmaids get both hair and makeup done at the Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg, VA. Nicole did my hair and Courtney did my makeup and they had two other girls assist with hair and makeup as well. I was so amazed with how well my hair turned out on my wedding day. I showed Nicole a photo of what I wanted and she went above and beyond to create the look. I received countless compliments on my hair from guests at the wedding. I also had a hair piece/pin that Nicole placed perfectly! My bridesmaids were also super happy with how their hair and makeup turned out! Not only are Nicole and Courtney very talented at what they do, but they are super fun to hang out with! My bridesmaids and I have such a fun time talking with them while we were getting our hair and makeup done. They were also very calming for an anxious bride like me. My mom and I did a lot of research to find hair and makeup unveiled and I’m so happy we found them!

They are the absolute best! About a month before my wedding I was panicking because I has secured a stylist and I was so incredibly disappointed with them. I reached out to Hair and Makeup Unveiled with little hope that I would be able to find someone in such a short time. Nicole responded right away and I absolutely loved her from the start. She is so accommodating and incredibly knowledgable. She knew exactly what I wanted and was able to do it with such ease! Aside from being incredibly talented, she is such a pleasure to have around during your day (even helping me with my veil!) Cannot say enough good things about her and her very professional company!

Think about what you really want in hair and makeup for your wedding and look no further than Hair and Makeup Unveiled! I'm generally a minimal makeup person so I was very nervous about hiring someone to do this job the day of my wedding. I also didn't want to have to take everyone to a salon and then go to the venue and pay an arm and a leg for all the details. Once I met with Nicole and did a trial run (which I also wasn't going to do, but Nicole made it so affordable and easy to schedule), I felt a wave of relief sweep over me. Nicole was amazing! She is easy to talk to and makes it a fun experience to get your hair done during the day of your wedding. She also travels to you! We were able to just go to our venue the morning of and relax the whole day there. Nicole met us there and did all my bridesmaids and then my hair and it looked great! I can't say enough good things about her company and recommend her to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about this vendor! My groom and I decided we wanted to bring beauty services to our wedding site rather than worry about getting our bridal party + family to the salon on our wedding day, particularly because our wedding was at a somewhat remote Bed & Breakfast. I'm so glad we booked them! They were very responsive, flexible, and really respected what I wanted in terms of a hair style and makeup. They provided hair and makeup services for most of my bridesmaids, and everyone was so pleased. Even my bridesmaids who typically don't wear any makeup felt natural and beautiful. Ultimately, having them come to us took so much stress off of the wedding morning preparations, and I felt their prices were right on the mark. Here's where they hit it out of the park: The service!! On my wedding day, I had 11 ladies getting hair + makeup done, and the owner, Nicole, was flexible, adaptable, and actually had everyone done EARLY! Her team of 4 ladies worked flawlessly. My bridesmaids, mothers and myself all looked so beautiful, and I had many many complements. My hairstyle stayed in place all night -- through toasting, dancing, eating, everything! My makeup looked great, and the touch up kit they provided provided products for a makeup refresher to keep me looking amazing all night. I would book them again, without hesitation, and highly recommend them to anyone getting married in the Northern VA area!

Nicole and Kelly were awesome. They were both super chill and very nice. I was not super enthusiastic about the whole hair and makeup situation, and they definitely helped to relax me. While both my hair and makeup were kind of a disaster by the end of the night (too much fun?) they were both very responsive throughout the scheduling process, and all the family members who had services done were very happy with how everything turned out. While it was a bit of a trek to do the trials, thats more because i live in the city, if you're out in VA it would be much easier. Nicole was able to mimic a few pictures I'd brought and it looked great, and my makeup was light and natural. Nothing but nice things to say.

Nicole and her team are absolutely amazing! They will come to you to do your hair and make up which I think is just awesome. I gave Nicole a specific photo of what I wanted and she nailed it with no question. 4 days before my wedding I told her I thought I needed something in my hair and she worked with me to find this fabulous flower. Courtney did my makeup and it was gorgeous, I got so many compliments on my hair and make up. If you want to feel like a princess you have to go with them. They are professional, do amazing work, and great to work with. The have the best prices in the NOVA area.

I was a little nervous about the hair/makeup process since I wasn't going to be able to do a trial run (I'm active duty Navy and couldn't take the time off). However, I felt much better reading all the reviews and was confident these girls would do a fantastic job. I was SO pleased the day of the wedding- not only with their work but also with their flexibility and easy-going personalities! My hair was a bit intricate, and Nicole did an AMAZING job. They made me feel so relaxed and I just can't say enough how wonderful the experience was. (They even threw in a military discount for me!). HIGHLY recommend :)

My wedding was a few weeks ago and I had Hair and Makeup unveiled to do my hair, my mom's and and bridesmaids. Nicole and her assistant did our hair wonderfully. Me as a bride, I couldn't be happier. Since the hair trial I know I did the best choice. Nicole is such a sweetheart and such a talented woman. 100% satisfied!!!!

Would absolutely recommend! I must have solicited 25 quotes for hair on my wedding day and since I have such long hair, I was getting quotes at $300+ (not including the trial!) Some hair people wouldn't even bother responding to me! Thankfully I was introduced to Nicole who was AWESOME and super responsive, a great price, and who is amazing at hair! My maids and everyone loved her- so easy to work with and the pictures all look great!!! :)

Nicole was great to work with. I originally did a hair trial with my hair down but then bought my dress with a beautiful back. Nicole was very flexible and did another trial. They were also great the day of and got 9 ladies done in 3.5 hours! I've been in previous weddings where it took 6 hours just to do 6 people!

My matron of honor got married a few months before me and she recommended Hair and Makeup Unveiled to me. I got to meet Kelly and Nicole when they did our hair/makeup for her wedding, and I knew they were a great choice! Nicole and Kelly are both so friendly and down to earth, and professional but not uptight. They each had an assistant for my wedding day (I feel so terrible I can't remember their names--they were awesome!), and all four of them were so much fun! We jammed to throwback party songs and laughed as if we'd always been friends, which was especially helpful to keep my mind off being nervous about my big day. My bridesmaids are all naturally beautiful, and they were able to make them up in a way that captured their individual beauty without having them appear overdone. They are all so knowledgeable, too; I think everyone said a version of "I don't know what I want; maybe (fill in the blank with some vague suggestion)" and all four of them were able to take the tiniest snippet of an idea for hair or makeup and run with it in gorgeous ways. Nicole stayed so she could personally put my veil on, and she made sure my bridal party knew how to remove it without destroying my hair before she left. Kelly gave me a touch up kit, and my bridesmaids got a full lip gloss in their shade to keep. They are not nearly as expensive as a lot of companies who will travel to a venue, and the quality of work is well worth the investment. They have many options and price breakdowns, too, which is helpful if your bridal party doesn't all want both hair and makeup professionally done. I highly recommend Hair and Makeup Unveiled!!

Allow me to open with a bit of advice: people forget how much time they spend with their vendors on the day of the wedding- ladies, gentlemen, make sure you like the company of the people you choose to help you pull this off. The fact that you're reading a review about Nicole gives me confidence you are already on the right path. I actually know Nicole outside of the business, and that is a pleasure in and of itself. I had tried to avoid having her do my hair at my wedding (I wanted her to just be a guest and have fun!) and then we came down to the wire and browsing the internet I wound up requesting a quote from Hair and Makeup Unveiled- not realizing that was Nicole! Happiest bit of fate, ever. Nicole was super flexible with scheduling, and she was johnny-on-the-spot with no gripes when we had to start getting ready at zero-dark-thirty the morning of ( I had too many bridesmaids). I have to say, though, the best part about it was that there was no question I could trust her to get this mane under control for a night of pictures. At the trial, I walked in, shook out my ponytail, and said "have a party." On the day of the wedding, a lot of my girls requested a similar style, so we changed mine up on the fly. Zero concern. Bridal makeup (she was booked that day) but Nicole ALSO saved my butt and recommended another stellar makeup artist for the day of, as well. Can I mention, too, how wonderful it was to NOT have to get up in the morning and schlep all of us to a salon for our hair/makeup? On-site is the way to go, my prenuptial pretties. Nicole and Kris did an AMAZING job on hair for my wedding day. Nicole and Kris were able to style and curl hair that was down the mother of the grooms back and super thick hair. All 7 ladies getting their hair done was super pleased with the look. I am so glad we hired them since their work is extraordinary

Nicole and Courtney are amazing! I can't say enough about what a great job they did and I will definitely recommend them to anyone getting married in the DC/VA area. They are very down to earth and comfortable to be around as you are getting ready and their results are gorgeous. They did my hair along with the bridesmaids and mothers and were incredibly efficient. Their speed does not detract from the results though - I was thrilled with how it turned out and couldn't believe how great all of our hair looked! I got married in Chantilly, VA in June and I had a small wedding party. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find someone that would want to do hair and make up for only 5 people. Well, then I found Hair and Makeup Unveiled and they were okay with 5 people. It was so nice just waking up and getting ready in my hotel room without having to drive anywhere. The price was perfect and Nicole and Kelly did an AMAZING job. They showed up right on time and are both super nice. I wish they could come do my hair and make up everyday. I felt like a princess and my mom, mother in law, sister and niece all looked SO beautiful. I am going to tell all my friends to use them for their weddings. Stop looking online and book them now. You will be so happy you did! Oh - and I danced all night and my hair stayed in place. My friends kept running up to me and saying "it's amazing - you keep dancing and your hair doesn't move! It still looks awesome!" And I loved the fake eyelashes that Kelly put on me and my sister - so pretty! You also get a little touch up kit which is great!

Nicole & Kelly are AMAZING. Out of everything, I was the most nervous about my hair and makeup. I've had hair horror stories before so I wanted to be sure I found someone I was completely comfortable with. I knew from the moment I sat down for my hair trial, they were it! Nicole instantly made me feel comfortable and we chatted the whole time. When describing the look I wanted, she knew just what to do. Kelly was also great during my trial and asked a lot of questions about how I normally wore my makeup to ensure that we didn't go too over the top. On my wedding day I am so thankful Nicole and Kelly were there! They made the getting ready part so much fun. My makeup was gorgeous! I was hesitant about false lashes, but Kelly convinced me to try them and I am so glad I did! Nicole kept me sane ALL day. Nicole and Kelly were experts when it came to hair and make-up for my wedding day. I met with Nicole and she was very easy going and easy to talk to. She made it easy to relate and not make it feel just a business deal. Kelly was the same way, she was very laid back and easy going. I was extremely pleased with the quality of their services. Nicole and her team were beyond wonderful. I had my hair trial with Nicole a month or so before the wedding and absolutely loved my hair. She was so fun and easy to work with and very accomodating. My make-up trial with Courtney went just as well. On the of the wedding Nicole and her team arrived at the hotel early. They got everything set up and got moving. We had a lot of people to get done and they were so efficient and moved people along. They were also fun to have around while getting ready. Very talkative but professional at the same time. And any hair style you could think of they could make happen. Courtney did everyone's make up and they all looked great. She too arrived on time and get quite a few girls done in just a few hours. Would highly recommend Nicole and her team, can't say enough good things about them!

I found Hair and Makeup Unveiled here on The Knot when I was searching for a stylist and makeup artist for my wedding. They are the first company I contacted and I'm glad I stopped looking immediately. My hair trial with Nicole was very relaxed and fun and she pretty much nailed it with the first try. She is an expert at bridal hair and even recommended a place to buy a hair brooch for FAR less than you find in any bridal shoppes ($85 for a hair accessory? I think not). Kelly did my makeup and my trial with her was just as great. She understood my vision, as I am not much of a makeup wearer normally, and gave me a natural but enhanced look. I know my best features and Kelly captured them all. I really enjoyed my time with both ladies as well. They are so refreshing because I wanted quality work without feeling out of place. I am not the most "girlie girl" and I didn't want to pay a fortune in some trendy salon with Barbie doll stylists. These ladies rock and they are the type of people I would hang out with on the weekend. My Maid of Honor, my mother, and my mother in law also had their hair and makeup done on the day of the wedding. They all were very happy with the results. Even my mom, who has short hair and wears minimal makeup, was very happy with her styled hair and natural makeup. I think she surprised herself. Nothing beats stylists who come to you with everything they need. I didn't need to do anything but show up with clean, dry hair, and drink mimosas. The prices are definitely right, very reasonable, and I don't think anything would have made me happier had I chosen another company. I love these girls!

Nicole and Courtney were amazing!!! They met me at my venue at 6am to do my hair and makeup for my 11am wedding. Everyone loved my hair and I presented a do they wasn't easy but Nicole nailed it! Courtney did my makeup just how I wanted it.

Both Nicole and Kelly were flexible with helping me book my trial appointment months in advance. They took my images from Pinterest and made them come to life! They were so flexible and helpful the day of my wedding. They brought an extra assistant along and rolled with the punches when two of my bridesmaids asked to get their make-up done last minute. I have gotten SO many compliments about how beautiful myself and my bridesmaids looked the day of my wedding. Nicole and Kelly were absolutely amazing! During the trials, they both made me feel so welcome in their homes and made me feel incredibly comfortable about tweeking what they had done. On the day of the wedding they were so much fun. They even accommodated my flower girl when she wanted to get her hair done as well. Nicole and Kelly were amazing! With 8 bridesmaids, my mom and I all needing hair and makeup, Nicole and Kelly truly came through for us! They arrived early at my parents house on the morning of the wedding and had everything ready to go right away. I loved the makeup I had! Nicole & Kelly were wonderful. We had them come to the house and they did makeup and hair for the wedding party. They made sure that the Bride was center of attention. They did all the bridesmaids hair and makeup to compliment the Bride. Each girl had their own hairstyle but not like the Bride. Makeup was perfect for a formal reception. It was an all day affair and the Bride & Bridesmaids were still beautiful at the end of the reception. Truly a great team.

I was referred to Nicole by a co-worker of mine who also hired her for her wedding. After doing hair and makeup trials with Nicole and Kelly, I knew I had the right team! Nicole impressed me right away with how she could replicate (and even make a better version) of a hairstyle from a few pictures I gave her. She also improvised similar hairstyles for all 5 of my bridesmaids that were unique for each woman but had the same overall effect. Not only did Nicole do a fantastic job on my up-do for my wedding, she was a great person to have with me and the rest of the bridal party the morning of the wedding. I would absolutley recommend her - she incorporated all the elements of the styles i liked into something that worked for me - and i LOVED it. My bridesmaids (all 7 of them) said they had never had an updo they loved more (and they all chose there own styles that morning!). Nicole was easy going, fun and professional. Nicole did my bridal party's hair for the wedding this June. Nicole and her helper did an phenomenal job doing my hair and my bridesmaids' hair! She arrived promptly and got straight to work. Each of my bridesmaids chose a different hair style and Nicole was ready for whatever was thrown her way. She spent quality time with each person, but did everything in a timely manner. Everyone looked amazing and felt really special after having their hair done; we had no complaints! I especially was please with my hair. Nicole is very down to earth and made me feel very comfortable. I wasn't afraid to tell her exactly what I wanted. For my bridal trial I went to her house. At that time I had really long hair and asked her to do an up-do by just looking at some photos that I had shown her for reference of what I was looking for. She was able to get my mound of hair to look amazing. After the trial I had decided to cut some of my hair so on the day of the wedding I was super nervous that she wouldn't be able to come through for me. Well, not only did she come through she managed to change the whole design we had originally gone with during the trial for one that I just showed her a picture of. It was beautiful and elegant. Everything I could have ever wanted for my wedding day hair to look like. She was on time and very professional. Though she did not have a chance to do trials on anyone else in my wedding party she managed to complete the perfect looks for all of my bridesmaids (3), my 11 year old daughter (managed beautiful and age-appropriate hair: not too young, not too mature), as well as my mother and mother in law.They all looked amazing and felt like it too. It was great to work with her. She made my morning relaxing and I was able to enjoy it. I was very happy with her work and would recommend her to anyone wishing to have beautiful wedding day hair. Nicole of Hair and Makeup Unveiled did the hair styling for my sister-in-law's wedding, and she did an absolutely amazing job. The day of the wedding, Nicole came on site and was flexible and gracious, adding our MIL last minute and also helping to sweep my wiggly 14-month-old's little wisps up and into her special flower girl barrette. I don't want to play down Nicole's hair styles because they are beautiful and unique; but, there's so much more to her than updo's. Nicole is an all-around special event expert, and supported whatever was going on around her. Her confidence and friendly professionalism help people feel that everything is going fine. :-) At one point during the preparations, my baby needed to take a nap. Nicole helped schedule the updo's and her break to keep the room as quiet as possible. At another (critical!) point, two of the bridesmaids realized the halter straps on their dress had been improperly altered. Nicole helped us determine and execute a plan for each dress. And a side benefit of all this? the bride never knew of any of these little issues--and that's how it's supposed to be. All in all, Nicole was a vital component to this beautiful, long-awaited day. I would recommend her without hesitation.

I used Nicole for my wedding this past friday and she was absolutely awesome! We had practiced my hair style months ago and she was still able to recreate it. I loved my hair so much I left it in for 5 days without ever needing to had a bobby pin, respray, etc. During my pre-ceremony period where her and our make-up stylist was doing mine and my girls' hair, there were 2 other people who randomly wanted theirs done too and Nicole just went with the flow and did their hair. She was timely, efficient, happy, etc. I really enjoyed having her do my hair and would definitely use her again, and recommend her to others!!

Besides the fact that my hair an make-up was absolutely gorgeous on my big day, these ladies were a pleasure to work with. They were professional and at the same time they it right in with my bridal party and laughed along with us. This made the getting ready experience very special and comfortable!
