I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the JCrew wedding specialists. I ordered a dress several months prior to the wedding & several months later (& the tags removed) my tailor noticed a hole in the dress (zipper was defecti...
ve). Immediately J Crew refunded the cost of the dress & got me a new one. It was flawlessly handled. The customer service was above and beyond. It was an all J Crew affair--both brides, both maids of honor, and bride's brother were decked out in J Crew!

I wore the Bettina wedding gown from J. Crew, which I bought at the downtown Chicago store near my home. The dress shopping experience was fantastic. I loved the staff there: they had great advice and made me feel gorgeous. The dress itself end...
ed up needing a lot more tailoring than I had expected, but it was beautiful the day of. My only wish is that J. Crew offered tailoring through their store instead of making me find my own seamstress.

I saw the dress online, traveled from Albany to Manhattan, and bought it...the saleswoman was so helpful, the material was so elegant, and I couldn't have been happier
