Before I even started searching, I wanted to have a dress that was different but still had that "wedding dress" look and I didnt think I would find such a dress but I found it here on the first day we went in. Kathy was SO HELPFUL and AWESOME shes so nice and will always keep you updated. I recommend you go here first when youre setting out to go find your dress and ask for kathy!

r selection absolutely phenomenal, the experience is truly the 'wedding dress experience' you always dreamed of. Kathy was my dress consultant and she has made the process so beyond wonderful. She has amazing follow up (things can get a bit hectic when planning a wedding...but she keeps you on schedule so you don't have to pay a rush fee), never pushy, always totally honest with you and she is so so sweet! I happened to be at the store when Joan was there and she is also just so lovely! We tried on so many dresses, it was such a fun experience and i truly felt like a princess! I have my dress fittings in a couple weeks and I am not only so excited to see my dress, but to get to see all the Joan Pillow ladies again! I cant wait to give an update after my fitting with how perfect it went!! Highly highly recommend!

ss here, so I decided to give it a shot. Most other stores seem to have the same selection of dresses which made them less appealing to me. I was hoping when I visited Joan Pillow that this experience will be different from the other stores. When I got there, I had a brief conversation with Torey, explaining the event we were planning, the feeling I hope to accomplish and the style I wanted to find. After a brief, two minute conversation, Torrie had me pegged! She immediately walked over pulled the first dress out and it was stunning - and that was it. I had never seen anything like it. I ended up trying on many dresses just to make sure I had the right one and walked out with the biggest smile on my face. I had no doubt that was "the" dress. Torey was so good at picking up on my style and listening to my preferences without seeming too pushy or nosy. The selection was great, representing a range of awesome designers. I would definitely recommend going here as the first store to visit!!

Many salons in the Atlanta have too many options and some salons have too few but Joan Pillow sits comfortably in between those categories. With the imaginative help of my stylist Kathy, I basically custom designed my dress and could not be more thrilled with the outcome. Everytime I came in for a fitting, all of the stylists and Joan herself made me feel like a million bucks!!! Finally, this review would not be complete without a mention of the amazing preferred alterations specialist, Iustina, that works at Joan Pillow. She made SO many customizations and changes to me dress and she worked tirelessly to make sure that it looked perfect for my wedding day. There's no better bridal salon in Atlanta so go ahead and book your appointment today! You'll be sure to fall in love with your dress on your first visit.

as there. I was a couple minutes early for my scheduled appointment but I didn't think that arriving 5 minutes early was a bad thing. A customer who was there with her daughter/family informed me that I would probably need to fill out the paperwork on the table if it was my first time and so I proceeded to do so. Once my consultant came out she was nice. Someone had given her the wrong name for me (which is not her fault) but I wonder if they didn't even have me on the books? She helped me in and out of dresses and was very nice. I didn't feel pressured to get a dress while I was there. Overall it was ok but I certainly would not say that I had "elite customer service" or that I felt particularly special while I was there.
