ing, the bus never showed up. While I was in the middle of taking photos, my bridesmaids called because our bus was supposed to be outside. The guy was EXTREMELY rude and told us he didn’t have a bus and didn’t care. I tried getting ahold of the company afterward and what do you know- no response. Apparently if you book with them, they can decide if they want to show up or not. This is by far the most unprofessional and rude company I’ve ever worked with. Save yourself the hassle and book with other reputable companies that actually care about their customers. Do NOT book with Rochester Limo.

ith the wrong bus and it fit 15 less people in it. No one told us we were going to get a different bus and as a result I (the bride) did not fit on the bus and had to stand the whole time as did others. The bus driver was a complete jerk and drove like a maniac, hitting curbs and swerving like crazy. But it doesn’t end there, when we told Rochester limousine about it (yes, we had to tell them because they never reached out to us) they kept saying they would contact us back and never did. 10/10 would never use them again.

Special shout out to Chrissy who was our driver for our wedding. She exceeded our expectations! As soon as she arrived she helped us pack things onto the bus including the bridal party's bouquets. She had an "emergency bag" with items we may need just in case. She pinned all the boutonnieres on the groomsmen. Chrissy was super nice and made sure I as the bride did not have to lift a finger, which was extremely nice of her and completely unexpected. She went above and beyond her role and was an immense help to our big day! I would recommend Rochester Limousine to all those in search for a party bus and I would say having Chrissy as your driver is a huge bonus!

rday before their fleet leaves for the day. Arrived at Pontiac location and looked for a sign, finally found it. Went to door of a construction company and the sign said please go around the back. We went around the back opened a door and were lead down a dark hallway with junk laying all over. Heard what sounded like someone watching T.V. at one of the doors but decided to go outside and call to make sure we were at the right place. Called the number and said we were at the location to view the fleet. I was followed up with someone on the other line who sounded as if I was a bother and that almost the entire fleet was gone. (We arrived at 10:45). There must be miscommunication between whomever emails you and answers the phones. I thanked them for their time and left, waste of a trip from Grosse Pointe. We called Motor City Limo and had great customer service over the phone, thank you for helping us choose Motor City.

r was excellent and I appreciated that they had a built in cooler with complimentary champagne. The driver arrived to my house early (always a plus!) and was very knowledgable about the locations we needed to get to. We had no issues with payment - paid cash for both the limo and gratuity. We had one incident where on the way to the church, the driver either wasn't paying attention or driving too aggressively and stopped so quickly that all of the ladies fell towards one side of the bus, crushing one person, and we had to really hold onto the cooler we brought and my dress that I hadn't put on yet. Unnecessary stress to start the day but other than that it was perfect.

After booking, I didn't receive a confirmation or contract and had to call multiple times to get the email sent to me. It did have important details on it including terms/conditions and the contract total with a previously unmentioned added minimum gratuity. That's all fine, I tip generously anyway for good service, but it might be something I'd want to know at booking. It says below that if using a card, there is a 2.8% added fee - again all fine. On the day of our wedding, the driver arrives, takes us to our photo location, and then asks me for the total balance in cash. I tell him, always very politely that agreement with Amy was to process the card for the full balance & included gratuity charge. His response was no - you have to pay in cash and that the office isn't open to process your card. He also tells me the gratuity is not included in the agreement and must be paid now with cash. I repeat that the agreement was to process the card and that it's not my problem that the office isn't available to do so. So he calls Amy, she has no recollection of any of this and he asks me again for cash. I refuse. He asks to see my contract. I then pull out my phone, start searching my email for the contract (thank god I went out of my way to get it sent to me via email) and show it to him. He tells Amy what it says and takes an imprint of the card to charge later (Does she not have it on file already from when I booked?). The driver also sees that the tip is included in the contract and we move on. The driver was fine about it and not aggressive, but bottom line is that dealing with limo terms was not a welcome stressor on the wedding day. I wouldn't recommend Rochester Limo.

h the tip that I provided him and he thought he deserved more money. He refused to drive us to our ceremony site until we gave him more money. After 5 minutes of arguing with the driver and explaining to him the definition of a "tip" my mother handed him the money as we had a strict timeline and didn't block off time to deal with this . After getting on the bus, John the driver failed to demonstrate any of the equipment on the bus. There were two touch screens in the back with a USB port to plug in an IPod/Phone to stream music. One of the touch screens was completely black and unresponsive the other screen had a huge crack in it and wouldn't respond. I have never been so upset and angry with a company in my life. I can truly say this interaction with the driver ruined my wedding day. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. After reading the reviews on the Knot and Yelp I wish I would never have booked this company as my vendor. Take my advice and do NOT hire this company!!!!

and the party buses were beautiful and had state of the art lights, music and air conditioning. What we got the day of our wedding was more like an 1960s tour bus from another company Metro Party Bus. This bus was ugly, dirty, broken(rear fire exit window was flying open while driving), and had no air conditioning. A wedding party in July MUST have air conditioning. When we asked the driver to turn on the air he proceeded to turn the heat on inside the bus and make things even more miserable. When we spoke with Rochester Limousine after the event they told us that we need to go fight with Metro Party Bus because they subcontracted the job. This seems to be a common scheme for this company to bait and switch customers then ignore any communications. We are actively fighting with Rochester Limousine for a refund. If you do not want this to happen to you do not go with this company. TOTAL SCAM

helorette party this weekend. We knew we wanted to get a party bus and after meeting some people from Rochester Limo we decided to go with them. We reserved a 25 person party bus. Saturday came and we all showed up at the Maid of Honors house and were getting ready to start the night when, to our surprise we did not see a party bus at all, but a limo. We told the driver this was not the vehicle we reserved. We then called the company who apologized and told us that they would immediately send out the correct bus. Since we were only going about a mile away to our first stop we decided we would cram all 22 ladies into this 18 person limo. Not only was it super uncomfortable but when we asked about the air conditioning because we were all sweating and getting car sick- the driver informed us that some of the vents didn't work. So half of the limo had a/c. We arrived at our first location and stayed there for about 2 hours. The party bus had not arrived- we called the company again- they apologized again and said it would be another hour. At this point we were getting annoyed because now we had to change our plans because we were not driving 25 minutes to the location we were planning on, with 22 girls smashed in a hot limo. So we went to a different bar about a mile away. Two hours later we call the company again because no one had heard anything. At this point they told us they were not sending the bus to us at all! Then they even hung up on one of the ladies in our party who was trying to figure out what was going on. They told us that they could not pull their bus away from a "corporate client". At this point the the bachelorette party split up because we could not bring everyone to next location. I was disgusted with Rochester Limousine's lack of customer service. I understand that overbooking can happen but I truly believe that this company knew from the minute they sent us the limo that we were not getting a bus at any point in the night yet they continued to lie to us about it. The driver was also no help as he just kept telling us- "you will have more luck getting anywhere with them than I will". Absolutely NOT! Someone should have made this right! Oh and if you are wondering how the story ends we have been calling Rochester Limousine since this occurred to get a refund- again we paid for a 25 person bus and got a 18 person limo- and no money returned to us. I would 100% never use a company that treats their customers this way! DO NOT BOOK A PARTY WITH THIS COMPANY!

My husband called Rochester Limo, and not only were they able to get us what we needed for the day, (During homecoming season no less!) we got it for less than the other limo was going to run us! Our driver was awesome, (Love ya Scotty!!) and he put up with all the shenanigans of our bridal party like a true pro! These guys are the best around!

They did us a huge favor by bringing the out of town guests from the hotel to the ceremony site and from the ceremony site to the reception while we were busy taking pictures so they didn't have to rent cars or drive home from the reception after drinking (the hotel shuttle took them back to the hotel at the end of the night). However, when the limo came to pick us up our excitement quickly fizzled because the limo smelled awful and we couldn't get the air conditioning to work very well and it was hot! It was great to have, but we would have gladly taken the car over the limo if it didn't smell. There wasn't much they could do since there wasn't time to go get another car. However, the smell was strong enough that there was no missing it when they were getting it ready. I wish they would have contacted us about it instead of bringing it.

nd getting a good look at the limo's, Tamara convinced me to get a nice bus instead due to the fact that my dress was going to be big and puffy, and boy did that make a lot of difference on the wedding day! My dress was so big and thanks to the extra space I was able to sip champagne with everyone else on the way to the reception hall to the church without worrying about spilling on my dress! One of the terrifying things that popped into my mind on the morning of my wedding, was that the limo wasn't going to show up, and we would be rushing to the church a half an hour after realizing it wouldn't come, and throwing my entire day off of its (tight) schedule. Thankfully, with Rochester Limo, I needn't have worried at all because Quenton showed up about 20 minutes early, and when the girls told me this (while I was still getting the finishing touches done on my hair) I freaked out a little thinking it was time to go and I wasn't ready, and they all reassured me that no, I still had 20 minutes and they were just going to start loading up the limo with our stuff. The absolute happiness of knowing that I didn't have to worry about when the limo was going to show up was just wonderful. The sound system in it was great, we all danced on the way to the church, and easily celebrated after the wedding with the provided cups on the way to the reception. Needless to say, I was more than pleased with the service of Rochester Limo's, and would suggest their services to any bride who is as high strung and nervous about things going perfectly on her wedding day like myself!
