I cannot say enough about The Radnor Hotel and the experience we had there.
My wife and I were married at The Radnor on March 10, 2018 at the Radnor, at everything was first class, from top to bottom.
THE STAFF: As I just said, first class,... from top to bottom and it starts with Dawn. The thing that impressed me the most about Dawn was that throughout the entire process, she paid so much attention to detail, that it even impressed my wife and sister-in-law (who are probably the 2 most meticulous people on the planet). Dawn worked to make everything flawless, and she succeeded.
I also have to thank Mary, who was also instrumental in making sure things went smoothly throughout the evening. She even made sure I went in the right door when I went to the altar!
THE FOOD: This was probably my biggest focus, as I think the spread is a big part of the experience, and I have to say, I was floored! Everything was outstanding, but my personal favorite was the salmon and shrimp dish. INCREDIBLE. My only regret is that, as the groom, I was socializing most of the night and didn't get to enjoy it as much as I would have liked to. The Sunday Brunch, in my opinion, is the best in the Philly area, hands down! The selection and quality are unmatched. (by the way, my kids demanded that I add that my 14 year old liked the chocolate fountain and my 12 year old loved the chicken fingers!)
THE VENUE: Being right off the highway, it was very convenient for everyone who traveled to our wedding. The hotel itself is immaculate, with every amenity you can possibly ask for. The courtyard was great, though I probably would have enjoyed it more in June than in the beginning of March, as it was still quite cold outside! It was very easy to feel comfortable at The Radnor:
THE EXPERIENCE: Not only will The Radnor be a special place for my wife and I, but we had several people tell us that it was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding in their lives, including their own. There wasn't a person that attended our wedding that wasn't thrilled with the experience.
BOTTOM LINE: If you want a memorable, elegant wedding, I'd give Dawn and The Radnor Hotel a call if you're in the Philly area. I fully expect you'll be writing a similar review after YOUR wedding!
