The Twelve Houses is a unique 3,200 square foot indoor-outdoor venue. Situated beside the Wylie Urban Farm and Market, the space features industrial modern architecture. Warm bistro lighting and four grand garage doors open up to create an indoor/outdoor ambiance. The flexible, open layout creates an airy atmosphere. Inside, the space has quiet corners, gathering tables, and intentional architecture that brings people together in a meaningful ambiance. You have access to the on-site market, kitchen space, and local food and beverage partners to customize your event. Every detail of this space is built to create real, meaningful moments and gatherings that actually feel alive and genuine. The Twelve Houses can host up to 120 guests with flexible rental options to accommodate events of all sizes and durations. The possibilities are endless and we are ready to help bring your vision of your special day to life!
Honor Your Story
There are 50 parking spots at Twelve Houses, with carpooling encouraged, and off-site parking available. A selection of convenient add-on services and equipment rentals is available. Furniture rentals include tables, chairs, and linens, as well as technical support with audio and video setup. Other services include staff support, security personnel, valet and shuttle options, post-event cleaning, and customizable furniture packages to enhance your event. Full-day weekday rentals provide extended access for comprehensive setup. There are also weekend rental options, which include convenient early arrival and setup time to make the space your own.

- Brandon IkerOwnerI’m Dr. Brandon Iker, the founder of The Twelve Houses and Wylie Urban Farm and Market. I created this venue out of a deep belief that weddings are more than events, they are meaningful transitions that deserve care, presence, and intention. My background spans environmental science, regenerative agriculture, community development, and experiential design. For years, my work has focused on creating spaces, both physical and social, that help people feel grounded, connected, and at ease. The Twelve Houses grew naturally from that work: a place designed to hold celebration, ritual, and gathering without pressure or pretense. I approach venue management the way I approach all of my work: with clarity, transparency, and respect for the people involved. I intentionally keep bookings limited and conversation-led so couples feel supported rather than rushed. My role is not to upsell or over-direct, but to listen carefully, help remove friction, and create the conditions for a calm, joyful wedding day. The design of The Twelve Houses reflects my values, natural materials, flexible space, warm lighting, and subtle symbolism inspired by cycles, seasons, and shared human traditions. It is elegant without being rigid and welcoming without being informal. I believe the best weddings are the ones where couples can be fully present, surrounded by people they love, in a space that feels aligned with who they are. Hosting weddings at The Twelve Houses is not just a business for me; it is a responsibility I take seriously. I am honored each time a couple trusts me with such an important moment in their lives, and I strive to make every experience feel personal, grounded, and genuinely cared for.
