French Superstar Vanessa Paradis Marries Director Samuel Benchetrit in Small Town Wedding
She was a belle bride. French superstar Vanessa Paradis, the former partner of American actor Johnny Depp, married director Samuel Benchetrit in a small-town wedding in Northern France over the weekend.
French newspaper Le Parisien posted the first photo of the couple emerging from the Saint-Simeon town hall, which doubles as a schoolhouse, moments after being pronounced husband and wife.
The bride, a former model and actress, wore a sleeved white gown and grinned as she linked arms and made her way down a set of stairs with her husband. Paradis opted for a natural bridal beauty look, stepping out on her wedding day with her tresses parted down the center in loose waves.

She carried a simple bouquet comprised of pink ranunculus, roses, and sprigs of greenery. Guests showered the couple with orange, red and pink petals as they walked out of the ceremony venue.
Paradis’ two children with her ex, Chanel model Lily-Rose Depp, 19, and son Jack, 16, witnessed the intimate ceremony.
Paradis and Benchetrit reportedly got engaged last November after working together on the film adaptation of a book written by the groom himself called Chien (French for “dog”). The movie debuted at the Cannes Film Festival this past May.
