Michael Strahan and Kayla Quick haven't shared how they first connected, but it looks like they started dating after Strahan separated from Nicole Murphy, who he was engaged to for five years.

Who is Michael Strahan's Girlfriend? All About Kayla Quick

Kayla Quick, who also goes by Kayla Lyn, studied at the University of Tampa and pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in mass communication and media studies.

According to her LinkedIn, Quick studied in New York City at the International Culinary Center and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She also studied angel investing at Columbia Business School.

Quick is the co-founder of FIZZNESS, a wellness supplement company. In an interview with The Purist, Quick explained that she started the company with Jamie Giardino, who she met in culinary school.

"We had both exited previous careers and startups, and wanted to pursue our passions and create something to share," she said.

"Fizzness was inspired by the desire to create beauty-based wellness products that simplify your routine," Quick added. "We source our ingredients in nature, and formulate with science."

In the same interview, Quick also explained how important self-care is to her.

"I take care of myself first, so that I can take care of others—family, friends, business—the vast ecosystem that relies on a woman! I wake up, work out and check in with me. How am I? How do I feel? What do I need? What's on my to-do list? Then I feel powerful and centered to answer and execute."

How Michael Strahan and Kayla Quick Met

The couple have not shared details as to how they first met, but according to People, they have been associated with one another since May 2015—about a year after his split from Nicole Murphy, who he was engaged to for five years.

Before his relationship with Murphy, Strahan was married to Jean Muggli. They share two children together, daughters Isabella and Sophia. Strahan also shares a daughter, Tanita, and a son, Michael Jr., with his first wife, Wanda Hutchins.

In January 2023, Quick was by Strahan's side when he received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. According to People, the couple posed together after his star was revealed and even shared a kiss.

On June 14, 2023, Strahan and Quick attended his daughter's high school graduation together. Strahan posted three celebratory photos on his Instagram, along with a caption expressing how proud he is of her:

September 2023: Michael Strahan Shares a Photo of Kayla Quick and his Family in a Heartfelt IG Post

On September 22, 2023, Strahan shared a carousel of photos on Instagram to spread awareness for pediatric cancer. In one of the pictures, you can see the couple posing in front of a Christmas tree with Strahan's children Sophia, Isabella, Tanita and Michael Jr., who are all wearing matching PJs. You can see their cute dog in the snap, too, who is also wearing a set.

"It takes a team to get through tough stuff and I am grateful for mine and wouldn't be where I am without these folks and many others throughout my life. I want to take this moment to show it also takes teams like @tcjayfund and @tacklecancr to tackle pediatric cancer," he wrote in the caption.

He then credits his former Head coach, Tom Coughlin and teammate Eli Manning for starting the initiative to share his "team."
