Bridal Boutique for your wedding and here is why! I will share our experience We booked an appointment on Nov 4th 2023 ( we were told to do this date by a diff bridal consultant, who canceled our original appointments because she’s decided to not sell bridesmaids dresses any more…… )so we were “froced” to find another place We traced down Ana’s because they sold the same style dresses our bride wanted Morilee!! Moving forward…. Day of our fitting didn’t go hot! We didn’t have great costumer service at all, we had one women who talked to us to start about where the dresses were on the racks but then didn’t assist us hardly, We ended up trying on a bunch of dresses and helped our selfs to using the clips on the dresses to make them look fitted ( usually the consult helps with this process) we did it ourselfs for the most part. Any who we order dresses that day Dresses take 3-5 months now I understand that things happen and delays can happen. But being a business owner myself communication is importance!!! This boutique doesn’t do that well and that during bridal planning can be extremely stressful!!! So sharing my time line of contact Nov 4th 2023 apt dresses ordered Feb 28 th phone call 📞, email 📧, FB message (over the corse of the day) *They did respond to the email later in the day…. March 1st * they responded again, I emailed back 📧 March 25th I emailed 📧 checking again March 30th I emailed 📧 checking again April 1st I emailed again 📧 April 2nd *I got a response they told me they would message by the end of the week… April 4th check back in 📧 April 17 th I sent FB message, called 📞 April 23rd FB message, sent 📧 and phone 📞 April 24th phone 📞 ,and 📧 May 3th phone 📞 I did talk to somone this time, they said my dress would hopefully be in with in a day or two with the other dresses to follow, I did share concerns with her about dresses taking awhile and worried about fittings, they said they would fit then for us…I told her no we didn’t trust them at this point with lack of communication and had somone amazing in our state to help get it done! I got a response 3 times in total over 6 month timespand My dress came in first out of all of them and I didn’t get a phone call when it came in, One of the other bridesmaids decided to call them and was told the dresses would be in on wed the 8th Thank God they are finally in! How ever the work has just started! Our jr bridesmaids dress is to small And all the other dresses were way too big! Thank god our seemstress is freaking amazing!!!!💛The Fitting Room - Wedding & Prom Dress Alterations💛 Bride also checked the morilee authorized site and I can’t find them as a retailer. She emailed morilee and is waiting for a response!
