Personality, personable, timing and professionalism..... all there. This was the most sweetest and gracious shopping experience ever. I was in need of a dress for my Miss Black USA pageant and Ms. Ana with no hesitation was able to tailor a size 10 dress to a size 4 for me. I absolutely loved the dress and needed it in just a couple of days. The dress is the most beautiful dress, this compliments a mile long. I can say this... You don't meet people like the ones you'll meet at this Boutique. It's truly one of kind and an experience to cherish forever. Forever thankful.

I had come to Ana's looking for a dress or possibly a belt to add to a dress for a military ball I was attending. The attendant that greeted my mother and I seemed nice. I explained to her what I was looking for. She proceeded to become very condescending as she explained what kinds of dresses "most girls" would wear to the event. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Needless to stay, I did not stay and successfully found a gown elsewhere.

Ana’s did a phenomenal job finding my daughter the perfect wedding dress the first time out looking for dresses. She had all of the dresses my daughter was looking for. She did all of the alterations herself. She and her staff are very talented and knowledgeable. Six months later when it was my turn to go dress shopping I found my perfect dress at Ana’s also. The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is so welcoming and homey. I would recommend Ana’s to anyone looking for a dress for a special occasion. Thank you Ana!

I had a wonderful experience at Ana's! I had shopped around a bit for a dress before going there so I knew sort of what I was looking for and she was amazing at helping me to find the perfect dress for me. I also had great experiences with my bridal party as well. The staff was wonderful anytime I called or came in for alterations. Our dresses fit great and looked amazing, I absolutely loved everything about my dress and my experience at Ana's!

I recommend this boutique to everyone. Everyone is so friendly and absolutely amazing. Not to mention the alterations made everyone look even better!

Ana completely ruined my wedding dress alterations. The dress fit me better before she altered it. Two days before my wedding I had to bring it to a seamstress to fix it the best she could in the limited time. The seamstress could not believe how badly she messed up the alterations. When Ana was confronted about the botched job she actually accused me of ruining the dress myself to try to get money! Why in the world would I ever ruin my own dress two days before my wedding and then pay again for someone to fix it?! Ana is rude and incompetent. Stay away!!!

This boutique makes you pay to shop! If you buy a dress, sure, the $ goes to the purchase of the dress. If not, it is named a consultant fee. I was looking for an appointment for a MOB dress. When they told me about the “consultant fee” I stayed away. I was very disappointed as I was looking forward to shopping here. They started this practice when they reopened the store in June after COVID.

This was a bridal salon from HELL. What an absolute nightmare dealing with the staff. My first bridal fitting I had to put the dresses on myself. The second appointment they helped a walk in & didn’t help my bridal party. They give out the wrong information! My mother in law & mother were suppose to have the same color dresses and I didn’t find out until they came in that they were different colors! I was yelled at for not bringing my wedding shoes when come to find out the dress wasn’t long enough to wear heels! Every single person in my wedding party had problems with this salon. I wanted to support a small business but I deeply regret getting my dress here. You ruined the alterations for my wedding dress and it shows in every picture! Wedding-8-28-2020

They charged me $140 in cash, to altar my dress. Everytime I breathed the snaps on my ribbonsash came undone, mind you this part should not have been altered at all. The rest of mine was fine but the other ladies in my p arty had their hemming way off!

I wish I could give this Bridal boutique no stars. At first they lied to me on the phone telling me they had so many options of the type of dresses I was looking for. When I got there they had none (that should of been a sign to me). I tried on dresses and Ana told me she would make my dream dress altered with the dress I loved i trusted her. After that this place was nothing but a nightmare. Ana was so rude and her staff as well. I will not go into detail with exactly what happened but please other Brides don't cause yourselves the stress like I did with this horrible place.

If you are looking for a private one on one type of Bridal experience as seen on Say Yes to the Dress, then this Boutique is not for you and that was okay for me. I chose this Boutique because they had Maggie Sottero and other designers I was interested in. I knew that driving from Connecticut was going to be a pain but figured it would be worth it. We arrived to pick out my dress and was greated by Sky who was such a sweetheart. I had brought my mom, sister and niece with me. Sky picked out some dresses based on photos I showed her and my mom, sister and niece picked out some additional. There was another bride in there as well with her family but it made it fun to see everyones reactions to us trying on dresses. I come from a lively family so we didnt need that one on one private experience. That day I ended up saying Yes to the dress. The one down fall I would say would be email communication was non existent. I would have liked an email notification rather then text when my dress arrived at the boutique and another down fall was for the remaining deposit they only accept cash or check which being in CT we had to send a check overnight. I wish there was a follow up that they received the check and the balance was squared away and then working with me to set up my first fitting. I had to reach out to them to schedule my first fitting and then a day before that fitting I did have to reach out to see if the appointment was still confirmed. I thought that they would have called 24 hours before the appointment just to confirm and recap what needs to be brought with me. Once again, not complaining just letting any future brides know what to expect. For the first fitting we were down stairs and it was a bit toasty since there was a group of bridesmaids there for their fittings. I ended up not being able to stay for the whole fitting due to the dress being a bit tight making me feel not well. They were so kind and informative though letting me know that this happens and to next time snack throughout the day and stick to foods that will keep my blood sugar level. It was very interesting all their knowledge. The 2nd fitting went amazing and it was with the owner who was such a doll. and then my last fitting/final pick up went well. Only down fall was last fitting/final pick up was for 5:30pm appointment and they had me wait till 6pm since they were adding bustle. I wouldnt have minded the wait if they told me right from the start that I would be waiting and what they were doing. However, I am so happy with my dress and my experience with them. Cheyenne , Sky, the owner and the girl who helped me at my first fitting were all just amazing. Cant wait for my big day!

The most amazing bridal boutique around! Ana is exceptional! She is the sweetest most helpful person. I got married in August and my gown truly was something special. It was stunning! Ana’s boutique has a large selection of gorgeous gowns and they will go to lengths to help you find the right one! I couldn’t be happier with this experience! I highly recommend Ana’s!

If you want a stress free bridal shopping experience, DO NOT GO HERE. Ana’s Bridal was truly the only vendor that kept me up at night due to all of the stress they brought to me and my bridesmaids. They told me that my wedding dress was going to come in December/January time. When I called in January, they told me that they never said that but to call back end of January. When I called back, they said that my dress would be here in February, so again I called back in February and they insisted they never promised me my dress would come in February..? Finally after basically calling them every week, they finally told me my arrived (this was at the end of March). Thankfully I still had enough time to do alterations since my wedding was the first week of July, however we also ordered bridesmaids dresses from them since they said they could give us a discount. My bridesmaids ordered their dresses in January, and were told the dress take 3 months to come in. In reality, most of them didn’t come in until June! Oh and they ordered 2 in the wrong size. The worst was that one of my bridesmaids was still waiting to get her dress two weeks before the wedding. They said they could ship it to her since she lives in Seattle. The dress still hadn’t arrived and it was now the week of my wedding. I called the store and the owner, Ana, answered and when I said it was me calling she said “I know! You call us every 10 minutes”! This to me was the last straw. I told her that she was unprofessional and she said “I’m sorry you feel that way”. Long story short, my bridesmaid had to pick up her dress when she flew in, which was the day before the wedding since Ana told her it would cost too much to express ship it to her. She then charged her $80 just to hem the dress! If you know what’s good for you, don’t go to this salon.

Do NOT use this place! I made the mistake of not checking reviews before I went . My bridesmaid dresses took 6 MONTHS to arrive . Completely unprofessional and tried to make one of my maids pay a 75$ late fee because she picked her dress up a week after it arrived. Not to mention if you call, you’ll be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Spare yourself and go somewhere else. Their reviews on google are 2 stars as well.

Horrible experience! I am the father of the bride and this was beyond horrible place to do business! Rude, and disrespectful! Five bridesmaids dresses they measured and ordered. ALL came in TOO SMALL! They tried at first to blame the girls...but all 5 girls were wrong?! Finally they said they would rework the dresses. They also said the girls would only pay for the hemming and the alterations would not be charged. After multiple trips back to the shop, the last dress was done the night before rehearsal. AND when they went to pick up the dresses, the shop made the girls pay for all the alterations in CASH! NEVER GO TO THIS DRESS SHOP!

Absolutely great service. Never felt so helped and happy to look for a dress in my life. My consultant had so many good ideas that I could do to my dress to give it the exact look I am looking for. I ended up finding my gown there last weekend and am getting married in February. I am extremely excited to try my gown on as soon as it comes in. Thank you Ana's for all you help!!! Amazing shop with so many dresses. Found the most perfect dress for a wedding I was going to. The bride found her gown her here and so did all of her bridesmaids. They always have really awesome deals going on for the entire party. I would definitely recommend this bridal shop. Thank you

My Wedding was this past August and I was able to find a gown back in July which happened to be the last gown for an amazing cost. My best friend recently got married in Rhode Island almost a month ago. We have had nothing but good luck with planning this entire wedding which was a big hit. What an amazing outcome. My experience at Ana's Bridal Boutique is one that I will never forget. They have an extreme amount of energy and motivation willing to help you find your gown. I was all over the place with so many different ideas and styles in mind, that they really helped me narrow everything down to what I was actually looking for. Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life! That being said Ana’s Bridal will RUIN that wedding/bridesmaid dress experience!!! After months of them NOT getting back to me I finally had my wedding planner demand them to give me my wedding dress. Stupidly I stayed with them for alterations which was equally as bad!! Long story short I needed to go to David’s Bridal 3 days before my wedding to get a new dress. David’s Bridal saved the day. ANA’s BRIDAL IS AWFUL!! I am not one for bashing a business but they left me no choice! They stole my money and deserve all the negativity!! If you want to hear my whole story please message me! Let me just tell you all how mistreated and unwelcome I felt walking into different boutiques I will not directly name on here. But the amount of disappointment I have is absolutely insane. I came across Ana's by a friend of mine who also had an amazing experience here. I was able to order my wedding gown in time for my wedding without any stress or uneasiness. Everyone here is so down to earth and ready to work with anyone who steps foot through that door. At first I thought I would never find my perfect wedding gown, until i stepped into Ana's. Ana had pulled out styles that matched the description in my mind. It ended up being the first one I tried on (the one I didn't really like on the hanger) but she encouraged me just to give it a try. The whole staff are very friendly and helped me with everything we needed. My wedding was back in June and I purchased my wedding dress Oct. 2015. They stored my dress for me until I was ready for alterations. When it came time for alterations they were very attentive to what I needed done and also took time to sew a piece of my mother in laws dress into mine. My bridesmaids also got their dresses from Ana's and they were beautiful. They didn't have the particular style in stock so they ordered samples for my girls to be able to try on. Thank you to all who helped me make my wedding day perfect!

Let me Just say Wow the Best experience ever. I had with Michelle from Ana's Bridal Boutique. This was the first Boutique I visited and was Blow away with their changes. I have been a customer before, you know always a Bridesmaid. Well I'm the Bride NOW!! She prepared for our arrival , understood my goals and my budget and made recommendations. She gave me honest feedback on what worked well and what didn't and made me. I felt so comfortable the entire time. I went to other bridal boutiques after for the experience my girls wanted me to have. I left and not only will i be returning to purchase my gown from her, but also found myself setting the bar high for the other boutiques. After shopping at Ana's for my senior prom dress, I came back to find my gown for the big day 15 years later! Not only did I have the entire store to myself but Cheyenne, my consultant was such a sweetheart and made me feel so comfortable! I did try on about 5 dresses that were all gorgeous before trying on "THE ONE"! And I just knew it, as soon as I stepped into the dress. Cheyenne knew it too! I was so glad I could have her help me out that day, of course I came back with my maids to say yes to their dress too!

I went into Ana’s in a panic with a surprise wedding (mine) in less than 5 hrs! Ana smiled and said I got this and found me the most amazing dress and altered it to perfection in 2 hrs flat! Wonderful amazing place and Ana is a cut above the other bridal stores! She is the Best!! Thank you Ana !

I just wanted to start off by saying Ana's Bridal has been nothing but amazing to work with. They are such great people who are willing to work with you to their best abilities. I purchased my wedding gown and bridesmaids here. Everything was right on time as they stated from the beginning. I also had all my bridesmaids and myself go through Anas for alterations as well. Alcinda was the woman who had done all my alterations. She did an unbeleivable job on all my girls gowns. I am etremely pleased and would recommend them in a heart beat. I can’t speak highly enough of Ana’s! They were so beyond helpful & friendly. I was an extremely lucky bride and won a contest for a Free Maggie Sottero gown, and they were willing enough to first help me find my dream dress and then collaborate with Maggie Sottero to make this dream come true! Our consultant Cheyenne was so helpful and offered such great advice and suggestions to personalizing dresses. I was being stubborn with trying on one specific line, and she comfortably suggested for me to try on a dress within the same designer but a different line...because she was being such an intent listener about what I was saying to critique previous try-ons the dress she pulled ended up being the ONE! I will never forget my experience with Ana's Bridal in East Providence, and I am so excited to go back to have them help my bridal party and for my alterations!

Love this Boutique! I don't know what I would have done without Ana's. I had no clue what direction to go in, mainly due to the poor experiences I had with other bridal shops. Ana's took me right in and made me feel super comfortable and at ease. Ana took one look at me and started to pull gowns after just 2 gowns. I fell in LOVE, but she made it a must to try some more on just to make sure. I put #2 back on and for sure the water works begun. Prices there are reasonable and I uphold my budget and they work around me. Ana's Bridal gave me a Experience of a Lifetime. I didn't need champagne or false expectations all I needed was someone to listen to me and see me as a Bride not a number. Ana's Bridal Boutique saw me for me so! Thank you Ana & Staff for making my Dreams Come true! Not only did I receive one on one service during my first visit. I didn't feel pressure at all. Every Bride must go here if your looking for personal service this is the place to go. My bridesmaids looked amazing. My mother breathtaking my father was at awe. Alterations took a couple trips but I'd travel as many as I needed to. The fit on my Wedding Gown was GREAT! So comfortable, and Ana herself made it one of a kind for me. Love Love Ana's

The fact that they sell tuxedos under the same roof should have been a clue that this was a low-class operation. Given the reports of people walking in off the street and finding a dress, we thought to try this ourselves. Walked in the door, and were greeted by a young lady who immediately wanted to know if we had an appointment. When we said “no,” we were told there would be no looking at anything without an appointment and there was no one else to ask. And there was absolutely no one else in the store. We had come from out of town and had hoped to at least see some dresses. We weren’t even going to take up their precious time to try anything on. But no, they couldn’t handle that request. Since customer service is apparently too much for them to handle, I would urge you to go elsewhere.

As a consumer who rarely writes a review I feel compelled to let you know of my distaste for Ana's lack of customer service. If you're reading great reviews elsewhere they must be from close relatives and friends. Randomly on a Tuesday at 1 pm I entered Ana's, signed in with all my contact info, saw a sign saying "wait for assistance". No human appeared so I walked around a small lobby area and looked at gowns on racks. I would have tried on 6 gowns for sure. 15 minutes later, after I called "is anyone here?", no one replied. Weird feeling there. On my way out, I crossed off my info on sign in sheet. As I opened the door to leave I heard a voice from a speaker saying "hello???" Are you kidding me? Was I on camera and someone decided to ignore me until I was leaving? Go to Alexandra's Fall River MA all the way!

I bought my wedding dress from Ana's Bridal and Ana was great. After I found the dress, she altered the dress in all the ways I had asked.

Loved working with Ana and the Ana’s Bridal Boutique staff for my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, and MOB dress! I had originally planned on visiting Ana’s boutique to try on dresses over the summer (about a year prior to my wedding), but actually came across their booth at a local bridal expo first. They were set up and had gowns for brides-to-be to try on & purchase. Being that I was so far in advance of my wedding, I hadn’t gone to the expo with any intention of trying wedding dresses on, but since it was early on in the day, they weren’t too busy yet and I figured “what the heck?.” Ana and her staff (mostly Patricia) spent about an hour with my mom and I, just letting me try on dress after dress. There were no complaints from anyone that I wasn’t making any decisions…they just continued to let me look. I never once felt rushed our pressured. Ana eventually asked me what I was looking for in a dress, and I told her three things that would be ideal. But also said I was flexible, and if she thought something might suit me better, I would be willing to try. She brought me a dress that was lovely, but just not “the one.” Then Ana looked at me and exclaimed “I’ve got it!” and then brought me another dress. As she handed it to me, she said “this is going to be your dress.” I thought to myself, “yeah…ok” but Ana was totally right. She nailed it! The dress was perfect and so was the price. I didn’t have my boutique experience, but I wouldn’t change how special and different my “say yes to the dress” moment was. I had such a great experience with Ana and Patricia that I ordered my bridesmaid dresses through Ana’s, and my mom ended up ordering her dress from them, as well. All orders were correct and dresses arrived in a timely manner. Other reviews may indicate issues of timeliness with regards to orders, but if you do it well in advance and don’t wait until the last minute, there is no problem. That’s common sense. Ana’s stored my dress (free of charge) until my May 2017 wedding, and Ana completed the alterations, as well. I know some other reviews have complained about the price of alterations and how they need to be paid in cash, but I felt that the cost was fair. If you ask, Ana will also give you an estimate of what to expect for alterations ahead of time. The cash payment part is very clearly stated in their contract, as well. My mom was so pleased with her experience that she decided to keep her dress stored at Ana’s and have her do the alterations, as well. Being that my mom lives almost 4 hours away, she could only really travel up to RI on the weekends, and Ana accommodated my mom’s schedule (alterations appts are typically only on Mondays & Tuesdays). Ana didn’t have to do that, but she always went above and beyond to work with our schedules, and it was greatly appreciated. Ana’s alteration work was impeccable, and I had full confidence in her suggestions. I had no problem letting her do what she does best…wedding dresses. I really can’t wrap my head around the negative reviews surrounding Ana’s…I just don’t get it. Ana and Patricia were nothing but wonderful throughout the whole process, and every time my mom and I were in the boutique, they both made a point to come say hello and chat with us.
