I recently used beaute luxe for hair and makeup for my wedding!!!! Maria and her team did such an amazing job and finished everyone earlier then what the projected timeline was!! I was nervous about the timing because we had 15 people that need both services done!! The girls did amazing, everyone was so happy with how they looked!! I highly recommend beaute luxe they are extremely talented and go above and beyond!!!

I am very picky, so I booked a trial to see how I would like it. Maria made my makeup looked better than I ever envisioned. I highly recommend them!!!!!

I don’t know if there are enough great things to say about Maria! From a work standpoint she has a remarkable way of “amping” up and highlighting your natural beauty, to where you still feel like yourself, but on a special scale; which was super important to me when choosing my beauty artist. Overall I am very happy with the finished product from Beaute Luxe! Along the way we had some difficulty with email communication but as long as you are a bride that follows up, I dont see it being a major issue. Maria was flexible with location of my trial run, to accomodate me being an out of towner. And, I loved the glamorous touches Maria added to my day of makeup.

Maria and her assistants were absolutely amazing to work with throughout my entire wedding planning process! When looking for a stylist to do hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, mom, and me, I was nervous about finding the right people. I knew I wanted to look my very best on my wedding day, and I wanted to find the perfect artists! Maria and her team REALLY are the best! They are so sweet, understanding, and extremely talented. They let me do a second trial without hesitation when I changed my mind about hairstyles a few weeks before my wedding. I thought I wanted my hair down, but then I decided I wanted an updo. They wanted to make sure I felt confident about the hairstyle I was choosing before it got closer to the day. Maria's enthusiasm while I worked with her made me even more excited to get married! On my wedding day this past June 29th, it was blazing hot- 96 degrees and sunny!! I thought there was no way our hair and makeup would stay throughout the day, but it DID. THE WHOLE DAY AND NIGHT! Vanessa did my hair and makeup, and I have never felt more beautiful than I did that day. She gave me a cute little makeup touch-up kit to use throughout the day, but I didn't even need to use it! My bridesmaids and my mom looked absolutely stunning. I kept telling them all to take up modeling because they were so unbelievably beautiful. We would all agree that the ladies at Beaute Luxe really know what they are doing and will make you feel gorgeous on your wedding day!

Maria is the NICEST person and SO helpful on the wedding day. She showed up 15 minutes early and was so excited for me and made sure that my hair and makeup was PERFECT. I am very picky with my hair and got 2 hair trials and she made sure that my hair was exactly how I wanted it. She made the morning of my wedding so special and she is nice to have around because she is calming (especially when people can be stressed out). She is the best person at makeup too. I have fair skin and normally don't wear a lot of makeup, and she made my skin look flawless with the right hint of colors to compliment my skin tone. Definitely book with her!

I just had my wedding yesterday (6/16) and it was scorching hot (in the 90s). Maria is so good that makeup held up against the heat!!! Maria really loves what she does, and she gets just as excited as the bride which honestly makes the whole experience that much better. She and her assistant are fantastic at hair (we all did updos) and makeup. We each had our own styles and thoughts and she did whatever she could to make it happen, even with our flower girls. The makeup application was flawless and gorgeous. I truly felt like a princess! I could go on and on but really... if you are looking for onsite hair & makeup stop reading and pick up the phone and call her!!!!

o Maria and her team were a blessing on my wedding day! Prior to my trial, I shared ideas of hair styles I wanted, but was unsure about my makeup. I told Maria, “I want to highlight my eyes.” I was absolutely blown away by my makeup towards the end, as was my husband! I felt beautiful. Maria was extremely open to playing with different looks, offered to try a different color here and there, or different hairstyle and genuinely wanted me to be happy with my look. Maria and her 2 assistants were extremely prompt to my hotel room at 6:45 AM and had even offered to arrive earlier to make sure her team was finished with myself and 10 others in plenty of time. Maria provided me a timetable of appointments to hand out to my bridal party and moms. And despite urging each person to be there 15 minutes early, my first two bridesmaids were late! But Maria and her team adjusted throughout the day and didn’t blink twice. Like Maria, her team is bubbly, talkative, and absolutely enjoyable. It made for a very fun and stress free bridal suite!! Throughout the process, Maria and I became friends, talked about family and weddings, and shared stories about our furry, four-legged children! Maria and her team are not only reliable and very reasonably priced compared to competitors, but they’re amazing and genuine people that care about making you feel as beautiful as possible on your special day!

Maria is AMAZING and will make you feel like an absolute princess on your wedding day. In under 3 hours, Maria and her partner were able to do hair for 8 people, and everybody looked stunning. My hair lasted all day long, and my makeup didn't smudge the entire day. Maria is very open to trying different looks, and she will fuss with your hair until you LOVE it. Plus, Maria is the sweetest woman you will ever meet - she really did make me feel like I was the most beautiful person in the world on my wedding day. I first met Maria when I went in for a hair/makeup trial for my wedding. I immediately fell in love with her adorable salon and then her fantastic personality. Maria & her girls were an absolute DREAM TEAM!!! From first conversation to final product, Maria was an amazing partner on my wedding day. My hair and makeup both looked AMAZING (I wish I could attach pictures) and so did the rest of the girls. Some of my girls were particular about what they wanted (some like the natural look, some like very dark makeup) and Maria's team could accomplish it ALL! Not only are they amazing at what they do, they are truly kind, genuine people. Maria treated me like a princess - she took care of me from start to finish. She was patient when I changed what I wanted with my hair three times. She did my moms, mother of the grooms, and Grandmother's hair & makeup and they were so respectful to all of them. Maria was an absolute doll in helping with hair and makeup for my wedding. She arrived promptly at our hotel the morning of the wedding and completed make up for three of my bridesmaids, my mother, and mother in law. Maria worked on my hair and makeup last. I was a bit worried about how my hair would turn out because I asked Maria to put in hair extensions on the wedding day which was not something that I had thought about doing during my actual hair trial. Everything turned out amazing though. She ended up fixing my hair in a beautiful long fishtail braid. My hair and makeup lasted well throughout all our wedding festivities. Maria did an amazing job on my hair and makeup for my recent wedding! She was such a pleasure to work with, I cannot recommend her enough! The hair & makeup services we received from Beaute Luxe were great: Pia did our hair and Lexi did make-up. Both Lexi & Pia were creative and were willing to listen to our suggestions. They did an incredible job making me, my bridesmaids and my mom look flawless. They stuck to the schedule, however hair did take a little longer than we scheduled for, so make sure you have a little extra time built in for touch-ups! Nevertheless, they stuck around until everybody was completely satisfied with their look. I definitely recommend these two! Unfortunately, I took off two stars for lack of professionalism and poor customer service from Maria. The contract states that 40% of the balance is due at a pre-determined day before the wedding and the remaining 60% is due the day of. The hair and makeup trials were included in the contract balance, however, Maria told us that we needed to pay for the trial at the trial because "that is what they normally do" (which we weren't prepared for, but it wasn't a big deal and we did pay it at that time). Our wedding was on Saturday, and on Thursday night (10:15 PM) before the wedding, she calls me asking me if I can get her the final balance before Saturday. We cited the contract (the payment was not due until Saturday, and we had a busy Friday planned!), and ended up paying the final balance the day of the wedding, not including the trial that we already paid for. The morning after my wedding (Sunday, 9:00 AM) I got a phone call and text message from Maria accusing me of not paying the complete final balance (she did not properly keep track of our payments, and insisted that I owed her the amount of money that we paid at the trial). If you decide to go with Beaute Luxe, make sure you read the contract carefully and keep records of your payments! Also, be prepared for Maria to ask you to pay for the trial at the trial and to receive phone calls at completely inappropriate times. With that being said, their services really were great and we were very happy with how our hair and makeup turned out, I was just very surprised by the lack of professionalism from Maria.

A few weeks before the wedding, I went in for my trial and she worked through a few looks with me until we found one I loved. It was important to her that I loved the way I looked, and that I felt comfortable. On the wedding day, she and her assistant came to my parents' house and did hair and makeup for me, 5 bridesmaids, and my mom. They were very prompt and worked continuously so we were finished ahead of schedule. Everyone looked wonderful and we got endless compliments all night. Maria packed up a little kit for me too so my sister could touch up my makeup as the day wore on. I cannot recommend her enough!!

My makeup was amazing! Maria delivered exactly what I asked for! I looked like a bombshell and I loved it. My vision was to have a vintage inspired wedding and she delivered. My bridesmaids looked stunning and my mother looked amazing as well. Maria even stayed later to make sure my makeup was right after I put on my dress and she stayed for the professional pictures. The personal touches meant so much to us.

Maria is amazing!!! She did my hair for my recent wedding at the Park Hyatt Chicago and I couldn’t have felt more beautiful! Maria is not only one of the kindest people you’ll meet but she’s so talented at hair and make-up. Maria was so accommodating when it came to the wedding trial. I had my first trial about 7 months before my wedding but decided to change my look a few weeks before my wedding. She was more than happy to fit me in for a second trial on short notice. I had been skeptical to get a referral for a private salon and make up artist for my wedding...but WOW Maria and her team at Beaute Luxe were amazing. She gave me a gift that I will treasure forever. I absolutely LOVED my hair and makeup. People stopped me and said how beautiful I looked--plus she was such a joy to work with on one of the most special days of my life!

On the morning of my wedding, Jennifer and pia came to my venue in wheeling to provide hair and makeup services. Unfortunately, my experience was not good and am very unsatisfied with the services provided. Both of the artists were rude to my bridesmaids and my mother and there was no time management. Because of this, I was late for the first look pictures and had so little time to take family photos that attendees were arriving at the venue while we were standing out front taking the pictures. I wish the makeup and hair artist would have managed time more efficiently to ensure I was ready for pictures that were supposed to be taken before the ceremony. Both Jennifer and pia had bad attitudes toward my bridesmaids and mother and did not bring the touch up kit that I was supposed to get to keep my makeup on throughout the wedding. I also received several complaints from my bridesmaids complaining that the workers were begging for tips and I was charged an extra $340.00 which was eventually voided due to being overcharged for services. I was really hoping to have a better experience for my wedding and would not choose these providers again.

Maria and her assistant came to the house and completed all of us- hair and make-up. The results were spectacular! I felt so beautiful- my hair and make-up was perfect. All of the girls were so happy with her services!

Maria is the most genuinely nice person I've EVER met! I honestly cannot say enough great things about this beautiful woman. She made me feel incredibly gorgeous, inside and out, fro the first trial all the way up until my wedding! She did such a fabulous job on myself, my 7 bridesmaids and my mom, that I now drive all the way up to Wheeling to get my hair done by her! I felt so amazing on my wedding day, and I owe it to Maria. She knows which features to highlight and communicates with you clearly to understand exactly what you want. I cannot say enough great things about her!

Maria is amazing. She made my bridal party, my parents and myself look absolutely flawless on my big day. She did such an amazing job that even though it rained all day and we did our wedding photos outdoors, my makeup and hair didn't even budge. Maria is very flexible and open to all opinions. She aims to please and wants to make sure you are happy with the final product. I have recommended her to friends and they have all gone with her as well. She has a positive outlook and such a happy spirit, she makes each visit so fun! I now get my hair done by her, as well as my husband, mother in law, and so many others that I have pointed her way. Maria is amazing as is the rest of her team!!! She has this way of making you feel so comfortable, like you've known her your entire life and are the best of friends. She obviously loves her job and it truly shows in her work. I got married 6/4/16 and had my first trial with her way back in March/April. I only had 2 requests for hair; braids and up...she went above and beyond my expectations. Same with make up, all I told her is that I wanted to look classic and not too over made up and she absolutely nailed it. She convinced me to trust her on coloring my hair and I am so glad I did, the BEST color I have ever had (and I have colored my hair a lot!) I have never felt so beautiful and have never received so many compliments. I have literally recommended her to all my friends that are getting married this year. She is amazing and you truly will feel the joy and love she puts into all her work and it will make your day that much more special!!! She is super easy to communicate with and you will always leave her presence with a huge smile on your face and feeling absolutely gorgeous!! -Heather

If I had one work to describe Maria, it would be FABULOUS. This woman KNOWS what she is doing. Get ready to look EXACTLY how you dream of on your special day. She delivers phenomenal results. Whether you want your makeup light or heavy, she will do it however you request. Her end goal is to not only have everything perfect, but have it perfect for YOU the way YOU desire it.

Maria and her team are fantastic! From the time I got my trial I knew they were going to do an amazing job. They did hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party of 7 girls. We all looked gorgeous!! Outside of their amazing talent, they were very flexible with working around all our schedules and made the morning getting ready even more fun. They are definitely now my go to for regular haircuts and color. So happy that I found them!

I was introduced to Maria and her team, from a friend of mine that got married last year. As soon as I met Maria for my trial. I was completely amazed, by her talent. She help me pinpoint exactly what style and what type of make up I wanted done. I was completely lost with what kind of style I wanted to go with but Maria nailed it right away. On the day of my wedding Maria and her team did amazing job. I highly recommend her to everyone, you're gonna love her and her team they are amazing.

I had the best experience with Maria for my wedding. She is so wonderful and listens to whatever ideas you have. Her entire goal is to make you and your girls beautiful and she DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! She is reasonably priced and is an absolute doll!

I have only wonderful things about Maria. I'm not a big make-up person - mascara, foundation and blush is about as far as I get. So when I booked Maria to do my engagement photo shoot and wedding hair/make-up, I was a bit nervous about how I would look. Maria took the time to understand what I was looking for, gave me options, and executed flawlessly. The air-brushing was perfectly matched to my skin tone (something I was nervous about), and covered up my old acne scares perfectly. I was so confident, received countless comments, and I cannot thank her enough for helping me out of my shyness! I still looked like me, just more polished :)

Maria was truly a gem. She arrived early with her team. Everyone was positive, and eager to begin. Maria put my mind at ease as she easy went to work chatting about the big day ahead. My personal style is chic, feminine, and modern so the look reflected that. It was elegant and flawless. Maria and her team really helped me look and feel my very best. I loveeeeeeeed my hair and makeup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! she knows exactly what colors will look good on you for makeup. I couldn't even imagine to have it done any better! Maria is a very talented artist, has great easy going personality. Makes you always feel pampered and special. the hair she did for my wedding i could not have even imagined how amazing it came out. Maria and her team are very professional! I went to the salon and brought pictures of what I wanted to achieve, after going to other places and not being happy at all with my trials. She gave me what I was looking for after the first try. She is very attentive and detail orientated. On my wedding day everyone was so happy with there hair and makeup. Maria is a true gem! She has been doing my hair for the past year, and does an amazing job on both color and tape-in extensions. She also did my hair and makeup for our engagement pictures, for another wedding I attended, and she will be doing my bridal hair and makeup along with my bridal party; she consistently does exactly what I ask for, while also providing helpful tips and suggestions to enhance your look. Maria works quickly, does a wonderful job with contouring and airbrush makeup, and her pricing is hard to beat. She is a truly sweet and honest person, who will go the extra mile to ensure her clients are pleased.
