Bush House Estate is a dreamy mansion wedding venue with beautiful garden views in Muncy, PA. It is owned and operated by Carmen Bush. She and her team are eager to assist you in planning & overseeing your wedding experience. Carmen suggests you "Don't Let Worry Steal Your Joy". Staff at the Bush House Estate are determined to turn your vision into reality. Relax and take a leisurely approach when you rent the venue for the weekend! We have four beautiful overnight rooms for you and your VIP's. Each bedroom features its own private bathroom. Perhaps you'd also like to hold your rehearsal dinner on-site. Enjoy yard games and hang around the firepit by evening. On the day of the wedding, this team offers set-up and teardown services. Furthermore, they are readily available throughout your function to keep your event running smoothly. After a restful night, on Sunday you can pack-up your decor and begin the next chapter of your life. The wedding party can prepare for all of the festivities in the lovely dressing rooms. Many essential amenities are found here in these comfortable quarters. Host your ceremony and reception outside in one of many enchanting locations, or inside the mansion with its tasteful decor and opulent ambiance. A 3200 SF tent on a concrete floor is an option for larger functions. With elegant lighting, stylish draping, and a patio floor, it is a favorable option during the summer months. Visually, the main building showcases a 1920s architectural style. Gorgeous photo opportunities abound both inside and outside. The property is cloaked in mature oak, hemlock, pine and maple trees providing a private atmosphere despite being conveniently located near a highway. Moreover, the grounds are another source of attraction with lilacs, roses, hydrangea, ornamental pear and cherry trees blooming throughout the Summer. What are you waiting for?!

Words cannot express how grateful we are to Carmen and her team at the Bush House Estate. We very happy with how our wedding day turned out. Our guests (160) were beyond thrilled with the environment, the ambiance and the setting the Bush House...
Estate provided. Hospitality was on par with 5 star hotels in major metropolitan areas. We even had rain on our wedding day and had to change our plans from the front lawn to inside the Sun Room...and it went off without a hitch. Carmen delivered beyond our expectations. It was as though we had our own world for our wedding weekend, and couldn’t be happier with the memories we created there. We give the Bush House Estate our highest recommendation for their first class amenities, their historic and lovely venue and their personal and friendly approach.

zing. To the grounds, the spiral staircase, the incredible land scape, and Carmen... everything was perfect! One of my favorite parts of the Estate was the the land. There is so much land to take pictures on, have a good size ceremony space, and our guests were able to spread out throughout the evening. I also especially liked that the ceremony and reception were all held in one location. Another favorite of mine was the amount of time we were given to set up for the wedding. Carmen allows sufficient time & use of the property for set up, rehearsal, and day of the celebration. Carmen and her assistant keep the landscape maintained so well. For our wedding, there were so many additional blooming flowers and plants that covered the grounds. This allows for ample photo opportunities. In addition to the landscape, the building itself is exquisite. The white wash on the brick creates such elegance and class. The estate is tucked back into the woods, which is something my husband and I LOVE!! I almost forgot to mention the Bride's Lounge which was my absolute favorite part of the Estate. There is a beautiful window in the lounge that created some of the most amazing pictures. It was also nice to be able to look out the window and see our special day come to life. Carmen supplies you with vendors that you can choose from, or you can choose your own! This was super helpful and saved my husband and I plenty of planning! Please check out the Bush House for your wedding, baby shower, or any other celebration you may have. I promise, you will not regret it!

he charm of the house. Carmen is so incredibly wonderful. She is easy to get a hold of for questions and concerns. She allowed my mother and I to come onto the property to get an idea for decorations and to meet with the other vendors so we could all be on the same page. us, air conditioned, and well lit for photos! The entire venue was clean, well landscaped, and spacious enough for all of our guests. Carmen was fantastic to work with and did a fabulous job coordinating our event. She was on top of everything we asked of her and made sure we didn’t forget anything either. The Bush House was reasonably priced compared to other venues in the area and the package also included the most “extras”, like linens, table/chair setup, etc. Highly recommend using the Bush House!

The venue and surrounding property has been in my husband's family since 1946. We officially opened the venue in 2015. After running over 100 weddings, I take pleasure in assisting couples that are struggling with the many details of planning their wedding. I tell them "Don't Let Worry Steal Their Joy". Guests love to explore and hear the history of the mansion. I'm happy to rattle on to those interested. It's an intimate yet stately atmosphere. I also work at a garden center part-time which makes it hard to stop planting annuals! So there is color everywhere once Spring breaks!
