we received on our wedding day at the Reeds Hotel. We spoke with them a year before our wedding date and my wife specifically requested Peonies flowers. Fast forward to 1 night before our wedding and my wife gets an email from Nancy at Coventry Crossing, stating that the flowers are out of season and they are going to have to use an alternative. Totally unacceptable making us pay full price for the Peonies and waiting 1 night before the wedding to tell us they are out of season and are using a different flower, which looked much cheaper than the Peonies. After creating a whole ordeal of stress for my wife and I, the day of the wedding comes and the flowers are nowhere to be found at the venue. My wife calls and the impolite woman on the phone from Coventry Crossing says "I can’t deliver them because it is raining and can’t leave my car, I do not know when I can be there because of this. " Note, it was lightly drizzling the day of our wedding. The wedding planner ended up having to pick them up herself and then buy new flowers for the bouquet as the ones she picked up were wilting. My wife was beyond upset by the flowers and it stressed her out all day, when she was supposed to be enjoying the biggest day of her life. On top of all of this, towards the end of the reception, Nancy from Coventry crossing rudely approached my wife and pulled her aside while she was speaking with family members and proceeded to make excuses for what happened. She had the audacity to blame the wedding planner for the flowers. Our wedding planner was absolutely on the ball with everything all day and we couldn’t say enough good things about her. Coventry Crossing is impolite, insincere, unprofessional, deceptive, and remorseless. No apologies, no credit for receiving the wrong flowers, nothing but excuses. Awful flower shop. Please seek alternatives before ending up with this vendor to ruin your big day.

It was extremely windy, but everything held up and Nancy was even able to repurpose some of the ceremony flowers at the reception. Nancy has a great selection of rental items and it is SO helpful to have so many things available from one vendor. Nancy also introduced me to Michael of Weddings Down the Shore who did our month-of planning. They worked wonderfully together to create our truly perfect wedding day.

us centerpieces and bouquets perfectly fit for my rustic winery wedding in Cape May at Willow Creek Winery and Farm. They arrived promptly on time and even added a few small touches to my bridesmaids bouquets that I did not think of! It made the flowers all the more perfect! They were there promptly at the end of the evening to pick up the rental pieces and any leftover flowers. Everything was more beautiful then I could have imagined.

Of course with the sun shining on a perfect day and perfect beach portraits....Well Mother Nature had other plans - and a nasty storm with 40 mph winds coming our way on May 21 to crush those dreams. So we decided LAST MINUTE to make the rehearsal dinner an intimate family wedding ceremony fully dressed with flowers and photographs...how could we not - it was a gorgeous 70 degree day beach day. I called up Nancy to explain my plans just two day before the wedding. She never panic but sounded thrilled that we figured out how to make our daughter's dream come true...and jumped on board. She did not tell me she had a another wedding also on Friday and she would have to work her butt off to complete two weddings. She delivered the most PERFECT flowers on time and not only did they look beautiful FRIDAY they looked even amazing Saturday the next day as we married them inside again for our guests...And IF we wanted to get married three times we could have as they were still unbelievably fabulous Sunday...but we were worn out;) Hiring Coventry Florist was the BEST decision we ever made...THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU NANCY!!! de on the perfect bouquet. I went in with my mom and showed Nancy a bunch of photos and she helped me figure out my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres, and mothers mini bouquets. After deciding I must've sent 1 million emails to change or add things and she responded quickly to all of them. The table arrangements were absolutely beautiful! She put in wildflowers, whisps of wheat, Willow curls and feathers. It matched the idea in my head perfectly. I have never seen such beautiful bouquets and designs in my entire life. She is truly talented and I would highly recommend Coventry crossing for anyone's floorist needs!!

nd the happiness of me and my husband. As a customer I can't tell you how great that felt, and how much more confident it made us in our florist choice. Going into the process I had a vision, but nothing too specific in mind. After doing my best to get my thoughts and ideas on paper, Nancy was able to turn those ideas into something much more magical. We are a no-frills couple who didn't want to go over the top, but wanted to leave an impression on our guests. And they really helped us pull that off. My husband and I met and lived in Hawaii for a good portion of our relationship, and Nancy surprised us by having flowers ordered and delivered from the islands!! It was without a doubt the most thoughtful surprise of our wedding day. We were in absolute awe. The night before the wedding Nancy sent us a sneak-peak of our center pieces via e-mail, as a bride that gave me such a peace of mind, and a glimpse into what the day was going to look like. My flower girls had the most perfect flower crowns accompanied with matching bouquets, and all 13 of my bridesmaid's and groomsmen's flowers/boutonnieres were PERFECT. We were married on the beach and the whole set up was done so beautifully. A final note: I found that Nancy and co. were very willing and able to help me not just with my floral/decorative decisions but also with odds and ends throughout the entire planning process. There were several times I would throw random wedding questions at them and without hesitation they offered me input and professional advice. I would recommend Coventry Crossing to any bride. After sitting through multiple appointments with different florists, we finally met Nancy. Within our first few minutes together, we knew she was the florist that we would choose for our big day. Her knowledge of flowers was apparent immediately. The first meeting involved my husband and I describing our vision for the wedding day, and although we changed our minds countless times between that first meeting and the wedding, Nancy was involved every step of the way. She provided her expertise and advice to ensure that our dream would become a reality. And although flowers can be expensive, she was able to make our dreams come true this past May our budget. From the ceremony flowers, bridesmaid flowers, my flowers, to the centerpieces, they were AMAZING!!!! Our guests could not stop talking about them. I had countless guests call me the following day to ask about the florists and comment on the flowers. I continued to receive comments and questions from others who did not attend the wedding, but saw pictures through social media. Nancy is truly a master at what she does. I have always thought that a florist was in charge of creating the arrangements and delivering them. However, Nancy went above and beyond this description in every way. While I didn’t know it at the time, Nancy took footage of all aspects of our big day. She took footage of the venue being set up, she took footage of the church all decorated, and she took footage of the bridal party arriving at the church through to the ceremony. My husband and I woke up the day after our wedding to find that Nancy had made us a 4 minute video of our wedding day. Within 10 hours, it had over 1,300 views (I must admit, I may have watched it over 100 times ). We could not believe that she took the time to make us this video on top of creating the most amazing floral arrangements. Easily, choosing Nancy was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a florist in the area. I cannot end without mentioning the fact that Nancy has a working relationship with Michael Emens, wedding coordinator for Weddings Down the Shore. They also made little wands for the flower girls and they were adorable! They put together an overhead piece for the archway we got married under. It was absolutely gorgeous. Then, they brought it inside so it could be used for our head table during the reception. For our centerpieces they suggested silver lanterns with candles in the middle. It was exactly the style I was going for. The flowers arrived promptly and the centerpieces were gorgeous. I would most definitely recommend Coventry Crossing Florist for any bride and groom! Looking back at the pictures we received so far, I am so happy with the flowers. They really just "pop" right out of the pictures! Everything arrived on time and was set up on time, but what I was not happy about was that I ordered wrist flowers for my mom and god mother and they did not come with wristlets, they came with pins. They came back and gave us ribbon and the flowers just flopped all over their wrists all night. Then they had the nerve to blame it on me. If someone orders wrist flowers I thought it was common sense the give them a wristlet. The Charged me $100 for rose peddles to line the isle ( I got married on the beach) and by the time I walked down they were dead/wilted. When they arrived I was getting my hair done and would not wait 5 mins for me to come out and check everything over. THe only vendor I was not happy with for my wedding

She was even there at the beginning of the ceremony to put a boutonniere on my dad, which we were not able to do before because we were running around too much! I was so surprised she was there and so grateful. She also took pictures of us before the ceremony and sent them to me the next day. I did loose flowers in various bottles and she knew just what to select to get the desired effect to achieve my "boho" look :) On the day of the wedding I realized I forgot to order a third corsage for one of our grandmothers and they quickly whipped one together for us and it was just as gorgeous as the rest!
