She was available for every question and directed the wedding party for the rehearsal as well as the ceremony. The whole event was enjoyable and stress free for all of us. There is not one thing I wish we would have done differently.

d? My mother-in-law is very easy going, helpful and rarely complains. She was made to feel uncomfortable and in the way. Similar complaints came from other guests and members of the wedding party. I was told that month of planning meant that they took over "everything" 30 days prior to the wedding. This just isn't the case. The wedding party had no idea where to go or when to be there. I contacted Samantha. She suggested I send them an email and offered to forward me an itrrnerary. The iternerary never arrived and I was in the airport bar trying to coordinate my wedding party from an iPhone. I asked for suggestions for slogans, fun ideas other brides had and I wanted my guests to have a cocktail for the shuttle ride to the venue. I really got nothing. She told me whatever I came up with she would execute. Cocktail disaster. The ice didn't fit the monogrammed containers and the drink was awful. This particularly burned because my husband and I spent the afternoon before our wedding gathering ingredients. Cocktails were certainly not included in "everything." Our send off was the most spectacular failure. I contacted Samantha 2 weeks ahead of time and asked if she could execute LED balloons. I sent a photo of what I wanted. I ended up with limp half filled balloons that didn't float. It was remarkably terrible. I could go on. There were issues with the contracts, the printed work, the tablescapes... I was married in September of 2016 and waited to write this review in hopes that time would allow objectivity. I seriously regret hiring Bella. The things I entrusted to them were sloppy and incomplete. Not what I expected from professional planners.

On the day of the all-important design meeting with the florist, I got stuck in heavy mountain traffic en route from Denver to Breckenridge. Another example of the personal service Emily provides...she made a special trip to Denver to help us register for gifts. Preparing to get married can be an overwhelming process, but Emily has the knowledge and expertise to answer any question that arises will guide you through every step of the process, whether it's registering for gifts, making a dress appointment or accompanying you to a tasting. I highly recommend using her in-house stationery company, Richard's Notebook, for save-the-dates, invitations and all of your wedding day stationery. Emily's graphic designer, Samantha, created beautiful and unique custom save-the-dates invitations, table numbers, programs and other day-of essentials for us that received numerous compliments from our guests. The added convenience of having Emily and her team in charge of these elements makes for a very streamlined process. Jamie, a member of Emily's team, was by my side all day on the wedding day, and did everything from carrying my bouquet and clutch to running to a shop for emergency eye drops. Our wedding day went off without a hitch thanks to Emily and her team's attention to detail. The decor and design of the ballroom was exquisite. Many of our guests commented that it was "the most beautiful wedding they'd ever attended." I can't imagine a better experience than the one we had with Emily and the Bella team.

We knew when we met Emily she was the planner we wanted, however, about 24hrs earlier she had already been hired for a wedding on the SAME DAY as ours. brunch Emily handled it all and then some. Yes she handled the usual food planning and cakes and photographers and all the usual wedding stuff. But she went so much beyond what anyone expected...my Dad needed cowboy boots at the last minute. She found him a a pair. My mom was injured on our wedding day. Emily got her in and out of the ER so she wouldn't be late for the wedding. I have special needs kids and an elderly Mother in Law - Emily had oxygen, golf carts, and everything else needed to ensure everyones comfort and mobility. She even found heart shaped sparkers for out July 4 BBQ, suggested a crouquenbush for a unique dessert (which is now featured on the cover of every gourmet magazine). And drunk guests didn't stand a chance with Emily around. She handled it all with elegance, poise, professionalism and dignity. Hiring Emily is like a wonderful insurance policy. In fact, I have no idea how I would have done anything without her. She provided world class vendors, expert makeup and hair stylists, event expertise, advice on fashion, jewelry and shoes. The list of what she did just does on and on. She was always available, always smiling, warm and gracious.
