Melissa was great to work with! She was very responsive to emails throughout the planning process. She helped ensure our timeline was perfect for our day. She was very helpful throughout the wedding day making sure everything went according to plan. She went above and behind with her services. We highly recommend using Melissa for your wedding!

Melissa is the coordinator every couple needs.
From the moment she arrived on our wedding day, my stress completely melted away. Melissa was calm, confident, and totally in control — exactly what we needed to make the day run smoothly.
We made the tough call to move our ceremony indoors at the last minute due to weather, and she handled it flawlessly. Everything was set up quickly, efficiently, and beautifully. She truly knows weddings inside and out and guided us through so many details we didn’t even know we needed to consider.
Melissa is professional, organized, kind, and an absolute joy to work with. If you’re looking for someone who can make your day feel effortless and joyful, hire her — you won’t regret it!

We hope this helps make someone's decision easy: HIRE MELISSA! She was a consummate professional who worked tirelessly on our wedding day to make things flow smoothly. She was so proactive in her communication with us, led our (chaotic) family through a ceremony rehearsal, and truly made our wedding day what we had hoped it would be. She made sure my groom and I were where we needed to be, she bustled my dress, she put my bouquet in water, she made sure we were fed, she made sure we were hydrating. She was like our wedding fairy Godmother and was an incredibly calming presence during a high nervousness day. She communicated with our vendors before the big day by sending them a banquet event order she put together to ensure everyone was on the same page. She led communication with our caterer when they were unexpectedly late and kept us insulated from the stress. She found us two additional servers when we were concerned about clearing plates and keeping water glasses full. She helped fill in gaps in our timeline and made sure we had a comprehensive plan for our wedding day. Our day would not have been nearly as successful without Melissa, and we are eternally grateful (and will forever sing her praises to anyone who will listen). I cannot recommend Melissa enough for a Day of Coordinator. She is the type of person that you feel like you have known forever (and we literally just met her at the rehearsal). Her bubbly personality, initiative, professionalism, attention to detail and kind soul are like no other! She is willing to take direction, give direction and knows how to get people organized. She made me feel calm and confident on the day of!

Melissa is absolutely spectacular! She provided sound guidance throughout the planning process and took the time to really understand our vision. She communicated efficiently and promptly with us and with our vendors in the weeks and days prior to our wedding. She ran our rehearsal efficiently and was so patient with us. On our wedding day, Melissa not only kept the entire event running smoothly, she looked after us and ensured we got to enjoy ourselves and stayed fed, hydrated and happy. She has a calm, professional, and supportive presence that made us AND our entire wedding party feel totally at ease. We received so many compliments on how well our event was executed! We have SO much to thank her for. I would recommend her to anyone planning an event!

Melissa is a fantastic wedding planner and day-of coordinator, and offers a very reasonable price for all she does. She is very professional and to-the-point, while being kind and thoughtful on wedding day. We hired Melissa as our day-of coordinator to tie up any loose ends, and she was the best. She worked seamlessly with our venue to do any day-of tasks (coordinating someone to make coffee, finishing decorations, placing bouquets on tables) and also jumped in to do any last minute tasks. After my photos, she bustled my dress in about 30 seconds and was just so helpful to have by my side (and is just the sweetest!). Could not recommend her more. Thanks again for everything, Melissa!!

With just a month or so before my wedding I realized that I needed a day of planner. I found Melissa and she was available and was available for thousands less than others. Let me tell you, she is amazing! She is thorough, organized, punctual, kind, and takes control! She made our wedding 100% stress free, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. She was so on the ball and went above and beyond! I am so grateful I found her and that she was there to make my day run completely on schedule and worry free! What a great personality as well!

I would 1000% recommend Melissa for any of your wedding planning needs. From the second I started planning my wedding, she was there every step of the way. Her attention to detail and communication is second to none, and her passion for the industry glows throw all of her work.
On the morning of my wedding, her calmness, organization and her willingness to do what she could for me, put me at ease. She really gets to know her clients which builds a deep rooted trust. With all of her talent and my trust in her, she was able to make my wedding vision and dreams a reality.
I sincerely devote the success of most amazing day of my life to Melissa. I would recommend her to anyone!
