on realized that it was nearly impossible with our busy lives and if I didn't do something about it soon, our wedding would be a disaster. I found Stephanie with a quick search on TheKnot. She had incredible reviews and 5 stars. And let me tell you, I 1000% see why. After meeting with her just one time, I knew right away we needed her. She saw my vision after showing her just a few pictures and a rough explanation of what I wanted. She had everything already from decor, to flowers, candles and lanterns, and was so excited to give us the wedding of our dreams. She found vendors for us, helped us with things she didn't even have to do, and most of all, she allowed me to finally enjoy the wedding planning process. Stephanie became a friend to us. She was always calm, patient and kind even when we were behind on a few things we needed to get done. She constantly stayed in touch with us and helped keep us to our timeline and within our budget. When it came the wedding day I was truly in shock at how beautiful our reception looked. Everything was so perfect and it honestly was, that dream pinterest wedding!! She was so fast and everything was set up even before the wedding day. She made sure to show us the reception alone, before all the guests to let us truly take it all in and make sure we love it. She coordinated with all the vendors and caterers to make sure everyone knew the schedule, was there on time and stuck with the timeline. She checked in with us throughout the wedding day to make sure we were having a good time, and if we needed anything. I honestly could go on and on at all the incredible things Stephanie did for us. I had no idea what all went into planning a wedding. I thought I could do it alone, and if you think the same thing, let me save you some time now, and say that the price for a wedding planner is 100% worth it. Stephanie goes above and beyond what any other wedding planner would do and the best part, is that she loves it! It helped me so much to take all that stress off myself and allow someone who enjoys it to take over ;) If Stephanie was a life coordinator, I would hire her for that too!

ctly what your ideas are for decorating/timeline/set up is nothing short of top tier professionalism. Her absolute commitment to constant availability about anything and everything is beyond admirable. She literally drove hours to meet us at our venue months before the wedding to set up a trial on our venue set up and cake tasting. She emailed every single vendor involved with our wedding to coordinate what they were doing and when they were doing it and came out with an organized schedule early enough for us to push it to our families so they knew exactly what to expect. It meant everything to have her to get us through planning. Then the weekend of I was blown away. She had everything set up ready to go the day before (everything). She even stepped in at rehearsal to be a stand in groomsmen since one was missing. She fixed seating charts and flowers (as in redid the flowers when they came in wrong), set up the grooms/brides suites, gifts and bar, even entertained babies. Any time I had any worry I'd just ask her and she'd have it done within 5 minutes no problem. Multiple times I told her I didn't have a plan for something and then next moment it would be wonderfully fixed. She brought us our food, drinks, schedule updates, and on and on. Even our parents and other family were so relieved to have her. Can't stress it enough, 6mo before the wedding I thought we'd be fine alone, today I don't even think the wedding could've happened without her. Well worth it, 1000/10 would recommend.

Not just that her and her husband built tables and brought them to my parents lake house and set everything up. A few months later they helped us with our reception party. Stephanie was that person and so much more for me! My mind was at ease knowing that she was handling everything, and I was able to actually enjoy the process. She truly is a professional and was able to turn my vision into reality while staying within budget and without compromising important details. We were able to rent most everything for the ceremony and reception from Stephanie to avoid the cost of having the purchase decorations and things we’d never use again. This helped tremendously with keeping our vision and staying in budget! She was readily available and went above and beyond our contract by helping us find a new venue when our original venue cancelled on us a couple of months before the wedding. I texted her in a panic, and by the next morning I had a list of available venues (within our budget) to tour, and by the end of the week we had booked a new venue. Stephanie is so much more than just a wedding planner. She was also our florist, our decorator, our venue and vendor liaison, our set up and tear down crew (with the help of her wonderful Husband, Sam), our hard decision maker, our rehearsal and day of coordinator, our voice or reason, and most importantly...our friend. From showing up at my hotel room the morning of the wedding to help me hot glue my earring that fell apart, to making sure my husband and I had a plate at our reception, to finding safety pins to make sure my dress stayed bustled all night so I wouldn’t have to worry about it coming undone...There is no doubt in my mind that my wedding wouldn’t have been even half of the amazing memory that it is without Stephanie and all of her hard work!

I was unsure where to start, what’s important, how much things cost, what’s normal in a contract, when things should be done- the list goes on and on. Stephanie brought clarity and organization to the planning process and helped me realize that wedding planning is not a frustration, but rather, a time in my life that I should enjoy. She made the planning process simple, was always accessible and professional, and her follow up was first class. I am incredibly grateful for her, not only for the planning process, but also for her professionalism on the big day. Because she was so buttoned up and continuously communicated, I was extremely calm on my wedding day because I knew Stephanie was “on it”. I didn’t sweat the small stuff and didn’t notice if there were any hiccups (to this day, I am not sure if there were any).
