kes for quite the wild ride. I knew from the first conversation that I had with Kelsey, that she would be my saving grace. She is a great listener, super organized and very intuitive. She was hired to be our Day of Coordinator but she did so much more. She was there to answer my million questions and help me with all my freak out and last minute changes. Every bride needs a Kelsey to take their stress away and trust that everything will be done perfectly. Kelsey's team showed up the morning of my wedding and they knew exactly what needed to be done. They worked with my vendors to pull off the wedding of our dreams. I got to enjoy getting ready with my girls and then enjoy every moment of the wedding with no worries. These girls were always a step ahead of me. My advice to anyone planning a wedding,.....Book at LEAST a Day of Coordinator and if you're smart, book Pop, Fizz, Clink Events! Thank you!!

Leading up to the wedding, Kelsey was readily available via text or email. We had a great prep meeting to review everything we’d planned, and not a single detail was missed during the rehearsal or big day. Kelsey made our lives easy. When we needed to assign someone to pick up our cake, she volunteered. When we ran out supplies setting up the night before the wedding, she volunteered to get more. In my opinion, she went above and beyond what I expected for “day of” coordination. On the big day, Kelsey made everything seamless. I had no doubt throughout the entire day that we were in good hands. Every single activity moved smoothly into the next—no stress, no awkward gaps—everything was handled. As we shifted into the dancing, Kelsey ensured all of our decor was consolidated and ready to pack up at the end of the night. I can only imagine how hard she worked, but she was so incredibly respectful of us enjoying our day that we were never bothered with the little details. She protected our experience. I can’t recommend Kelsey and Pop Fizz Clink enough. The value provided by this company far outweighs the cost. Thank you so much, Kelsey—we enjoyed every moment of our wedding and we owe a lot of that to you!

We had a pretty complex set up with two venues, two DJs, two bartenders, a bus, etc, and she appropriately navigated her way into the lead position handling communication and proactively contacting vendors so that we didn't have to. We did the Partial Planning package since we felt so out of our league with the whole wedding. She makes a wedding feel doable and is so on top of the event planning game. She kept us on track, gave amazing recommendations, handled the vendor planning we were most intimidated by, kept us calm through uncertainty about our venue less than a month our (our venue was affected by the Eagle Creek, but luckily came out ok 10 days before the planned date!) and our wedding was seamlessly coordinated. We did not have to worry about a thing day of. She gave us ideas on how to save money, helped us add touches the guests loved, and augmented our event in such a magical way. I sincerely cannot recommend her enough. On top of all that she is a sincerely kind human who will make you laugh and smile through a pretty ridiculous process. Seriously, hire Pop, Fizz, Clink! You will be gaining an amazing force in your corner and your wedding will be in the best hands.

been engaged for over a year before finally admitting that we had no idea what we were doing and needed some (okay, a lot) of support! Kelsey was so personable, passionate about weddings, and fun that we knew immediately after meeting with her that we wanted Pop, Fizz, Clink to be a part of our special day. Once we hired Pop, Fizz, Clink, we were immediately impressed. Kelsey's response time is incredible and she is available in any outlet you prefer at any time of any day. Her knowledge of the wedding industry is infinite and she can calm any anxious or stressful nerves within seconds! I feel so lucky to have had her on our team while planning our big day. Kelsey took care of everything! From the color scheme, to securing vendors, confirming appointments, and solidifying the small details-- she was there. Not only was it amazing to have someone guiding us down the right path, but she was able to get us to experience things we may not have experienced due to her expertise on weddings and her history in the industry. She offered so much insight and because of that, my husband and I had some cherished memories that we may not have had if planning on our own! When our special day came, Kelsey and Abby were there on time and ready to rock and roll. They thought of literally everything! Things that did not even cross my mind-- they had under control. Things I forgot-- they had under control. Things I did not want to worry about-- they had under control. Do you see the theme? They are absolutely incredible at their job! Pop, Fizz, Clink will be the first one at your wedding and the last one to leave to make sure that everything is ready to go and everything is cleaned up after your big day. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planning (like I was) or not sure which one to hire, I urge you to contact Kelsey and Abby. They are absolutely amazing ladies who are so passionate about weddings that your day is bound be stunning!! You say the word and they will make it happen. dn't want to put the burden on our family of doing. We found Pop Fizz Clink to be that coordinator for our day to ensure everything was done as planned. I say "day-of" services but their work went beyond just that day. We talked over the phone to get the vision of our day and then we met with them in person once we knew all of the details of the day and the duties that would require their help. Kelsey came to our rehearsal to get to know the families and wedding party as well as get an idea of how the ceremony would flow. On the day-of, they arrived 3 hours before the ceremony to help with setup and ensure things were in place and they were the last ones to leave the reception at night. They helped with ceremony organization (setup, pinning flowers, guest book/gift box), setup at reception (center pieces, transporting guest book/gift box, snack table setup), clean up at the end of the night to ensure no extra charges from venue, paying vendors, transporting gifts home, and so much more. Their efforts were amazing and easily the best money I spent on our wedding. It helped to bridge together all of the pieces that make up a wedding and reception. I couldn't be more thankful to have them apart of our day!!

for a rehearsal dinner. I met with Abby for about an hour - outlined my budget and vision. From there Abby and team did a great job keeping me up to date with progress and bringing it all together for a perfect party. As a guy - I wasn't sure how to pull off a well-planned, coordinated party. But these ladies made me look good!
