Situated in Lancaster, Ohio only a short drive from Columbus, Rockmill Brewery is a wedding venue and brewery. The one-time farm now crafts various ales with considered flavorings while providing event spaces for countryside weddings in any season. Your day of jubilation and love, whether a smaller gathering or larger affair, can be celebrated in style. Family-owned and operated, Rockmill Brewery is a location that is imbued with a sense of enchantment. The antique buildings offer a historic touch while the contemporary amenities provide for both comfort and convenience. Surrounding the property are open lawns and sweeping treelines that create a whimsical backdrop for your nuptials. The chapel on the site boasts classic architecture with two red doors that open out onto the lawn. Backing this little white building is a forest for a charming look. On your special day, you can celebrate your love and commitment for up to 12 hours. During this time you are given full access to the event facilities throughout the property. In the dressing rooms, you can prepare in comfort while mingling with your wedding party. For the ceremony, you can take advantage of waterfront locales or the intimate chapel. During hors d'oeuvres, guests can explore the many rooms and niche spots throughout the former farm. Finally, dine and dance in the farmhouse or under the night sky seated on the patio or lawn. Guests can warm up by the cozy fire pit. Thanks to the many different events spaces throughout the brewery, you can host your entire wedding in one location. Up to 200 individuals can be accommodated on site. The brewery also has a number of spaces that can function for rehearsal dinners. At the location, you are allowed to use any caterer or food truck from their list of vendors. Alcohol is provided through the brewery’s selection for your ease.

Matt, Judy and the rest of the Rockmill Brewery staff were so great in executing our big day! All of our guests were in awe of the natural beauty of the property as well as the unique features of the farmhouse and the new tap room. No one had to wait long for a drink which made everyone very happy! Would recommend to anyone looking for an outdoor centric location highlighting the natural beauty of the area!

We couldn't have been happier with our wedding at Rockmill Brewery! (Of course, the perfect weather helped, too!) Shelly was super helpful answering all of our questions leading up to the big day and the bartenders and other staff were wonderful the day of. It was a perfect setting for our intimate wedding.

As wedding photographers, good wedding venues are key to any wedding. We love Rockmill Brewery! Anywhere you take photos at this location, they are always just so gorgeous. The staff is also awesome!

This place is absolutely amazing. Everything went wrong on our end such as our DJ, our food service, etc, but this place made up for it. The staff were wonderful and were very helpful throughout the entire process. To this day we still get people talking about how wonderful and eventful our wedding was. We are thankful to have a wonderful memory that we will cherish forever. Every time we go back just to hang out we relive the amazing day we had. If you are looking for a wedding venue or any venue , look no further, this is the place for you! Ps: they have the best tasting beer around!

We had a very memorable day for our wedding at Rockmill Brewery in 2012. Matthew and Judy were very helpful in meeting with us at the property and explaining the ins and outs of the property, what we could do, and any limitations so the transparency was very helpful with planning. We had 20 of us in the chapel for an intimate ceremony followed by a party up at the house, primarily outside with a tent, for another 100 or so people. We can't recommend Rockmill enough for your special day.

My husband and I couldn't be happier that we chose to work with the Rockmill team for our wedding. Our day was absolutely perfect in every way and we would get married at Rockmill Brewery 100-times over. We also chose to have our after party at Rockmill Tavern in the Brewery District which made shuttles from Columbus very convenient (and so much fun!) for our guests. There's nothing that I would change about our wedding day. Our family and friends still talk about the venue, ceremony, food and special details we worked so hard to create with the Rockmill team. The best part is that we can visit each year on our anniversary and for life milestones like birthdays, baby showers or beautiful sunny weekends. Rockmill, will always be extremely important to us. If you're considering the venue for any event, just go for it! You will not regret it.

Rockmill Brewery is, by far, one of the most unique and beautiful wedding venues in Central Ohio. The outstanding team at Rockmill helped us celebrate an absolutely perfect day. Their tasting room and patio was the perfect place for guests to gather for pre-ceremony cocktails and snacks, and the lawn in front of the chapel was a beautiful place to say "I do." We had guests fly in from around the world for our celebration, and every single person commented on the beauty, uniqueness, and overall magic that Rockmill offered. I would recommend them 100 times over as a magical place to celebrate your wedding.
