In Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's 2022 Netflix documentary Harry & Meghan, the couple gave a never-before-seen look into their highly-publicized wedding reception, revealing that their first dance was set to "Land of 1000 Dances" by Wilson Pickett. In the film, the Duchess of Sussex remembered the importance of their wedding soundtrack, saying, "I just really wanted the music to be fun. Even our first dance." As all eyes were on them, she said she felt like they were "spinning like a whirlwind."
Beyoncé and Jay-Z's First Dance Song: "Crazy in Love" by Beyoncé
Here's a (not so big) surprise: Jay-Z and Beyonce's first dance song was their own hit, "Crazy in Love." "I always said it would be a dream to do our first dance to 'Stuck on You,'" Richie told Vogue after the wedding, adding, "'Hello' was a surprise, and the whole room was singing along."
