Funded by the groom's billionaire father, Mikhail Gutseriev, the lavish celebration featured an entourage of Bentleys transporting guests, a venue adorned with fresh flowers and a custom Elie Saab gown that weighed 28 pounds. Entertainment included performances by Jennifer Lopez, Enrique Iglesias and Sting, with JLo alone rumored to cost $1 million per hour. The couple cut into a nine-foot-tall wedding cake, and guests received custom jeweled boxes as favors. The gown's creation took nearly five months, involving a team of skilled artisans, and is estimated to have cost around $31 million.

Longest Wedding Veil

In 2018, Maria Paraskeva from Cyprus set the Guinness World Record for the longest wedding veil, measuring an astonishing 22,843 feet and 2.11 inches (approximately 4.3 miles). The most expensive engagement ring ever is Grace Kelly's 10.48-carat emerald-cut diamond ring, which was priced at $4.06 million in 1956, but valued at $38.8 million today. This iconic ring, presented to her by Prince Rainier III of Monaco, has inspired countless designs and remains a symbol of timeless elegance. Following her passing in 1982, the ring became part of the House of Grimaldi's collection and was loaned to Cartier for display in 2016.

Biggest Wedding Cake

The Guinness World Record for the largest wedding cake was set on February 8, 2004, by a team of 57 chefs and pastry artisans at the Mohegan Sun Hotel and Casino in Uncasville, Connecticut. The Guinness World Record for the longest wedding dress train is held by a gown with a train measuring 26,559.71 feet. This remarkable feat was achieved by Dynamic Projects in Caudry, France, on December 9, 2017. The project involved 15 volunteers who dedicated two months to meticulously stitch together pieces of donated lace, creating a train nearly long enough to cover Mount Everest. The attempt was part of Telethon 2017, an annual French fundraising event, and after the record was set, segments of the train were sold to raise money for charity. You can see the train for yourself in a video posted to YouTube by AFM Téléthon.

At six feet long, it featured edible models adorned in couture outfits, meticulously designed to mirror Wingham's own fashion line. The cake weighed approximately 992 pounds and required over 1,100 hours to complete.
