From the moment Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce announced their engagement in August 2025, wedding theories have taken over the internet. While no official details have been publicly confirmed, fans are convinced the Swift x Kelce wedding may take place on June 13, 2026—not only because its numerology aligns with the pop star's notorious lucky number, but also because that date falls during peak summer: the second-most-popular season for nuptials, according to The Knot 2026 Real Weddings Study. (Not to mention, it's conveniently just before Kelce will report to training camp for the 2026-2027 NFL season.)

This presents a highly-contested question: Where is Taylor Swift getting married? Many predictions for Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's wedding venue indicate that they may exchange vows at her iconic beach mansion in Watch Hill, Rhode Island. So, who better to ask than Rhode Island wedding vendors? In March 2026, The Knot team attended the Newport Wedding Show to chat with local pros (many of whom are available to book for your wedding on The Knot Vendor Marketplace) about their predictions for the most anticipated celebrity wedding of the year.

Taylor Swift's Wedding Venue Predictions

Following the engagement hard-launch seen 'round the world, tabloid reports quickly zeroed in on Watch Hill, Rhode Island as the most likely destination for Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's wedding venue. Other early contenders also included Tennessee, Kansas City and Lake Como, but the small oceanside town in Westerly seemingly remains the most likely guess for Taylor Swift's wedding venue—and local pros aren't surprised. "Rhode Island and the greater New England region offer a combination that is hard to find anywhere else," says Debbie Cormier, sales and marketing director for Arpeggio Entertainment. "The coastal scenery is incredible, but there's also so much history and character built into the venues. Couples can celebrate at places that feel timeless, from Gilded Age mansions to waterfront estates and historic inns. The wedding industry here is also highly experienced with luxury events, which allows couples to create celebrations that feel both elegant and relaxed." Gianna Picarelli, assistant events manager for The Vanderbilt, a historic luxury hotel in Newport, echoes this sentiment: "Rhode Island is a gorgeous location year-round. The town has a lot of charm, and it's in a perfect location for everyone in the New England area."

When it was first reported that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding venue may be in Rhode Island, some outlets reported that they were considering hosting their event at The Breakers, one of Newport's Gilded Age mansions, or her own stately home (which has been undergoing a $1.7 million renovation since 2025). But another popular guess for Taylor Swift's wedding venue has been Ocean House: a famed yellow hotel overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, which is mere steps away from Swift's home. While it has been mentioned in unconfirmed tabloid reports, it's also a forecast among local vendors, like Sarah and Hattie Young, co-owners of Young Designs Floral Studio: "While nothing is confirmed, the venue's privacy, oceanfront setting, luxury accommodations and proximity to her Rhode Island home would make it a beautiful location for such a high-profile celebration."

Not only is Ocean House one of the most recognizable wedding venues on the East Coast, it was also the site of Olivia Culpo's high-profile wedding to Christian McCaffrey in June 2024. While it originally opened in 1868, the space was redesigned and reopened in 2010 to honor the spirit and Victorian influence of the original structure. "Ocean House has always attracted couples who appreciate its sense of place, timeless design and thoughtful hospitality," Stephanie Leavitt, Ocean House's group director of sales and marketing, tells The Knot. "While pop culture moments can certainly bring attention to beautiful destinations, couples ultimately choose Ocean House because of the experience it creates for them and their guests."

While the luxurious five-star resort was catapulted into the pop culture zeitgeist after Swift and Kelce's engagement, Leavitt says Ocean House weddings have always honored the coastal charm that draws couples to Rhode Island. "Our team works closely with each couple to curate a wedding that reflects their story, from bespoke culinary experiences created by our chefs to thoughtfully paired wines from our award-winning cellar," she says. "Whether the celebration is intimate or grand, our focus remains the same: creating a meaningful and personalized wedding in a setting that feels both iconic and welcoming. The property's history, the beauty of the Rhode Island coastline and the care our team brings to each celebration are what truly resonate with couples."

While we likely won't know any details about Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's wedding venue until after the big day, there's no denying that the buzz is already drawing attention to the greater Rhode Island region as a highly sought-after destination to exchange vows. And according to The Swiftification of Weddings: A Report by The Knot, the "Taylor Swift Effect" could result in $2.2 billion in net new spend from couples across the globe over the next two years. This impact could bring an entirely new demographic to the New England region, whether or not they ultimately get married there. "The area is already a top destination for weddings, so if Taylor and Travis chose Rhode Island it would likely make the region even more desirable, especially for Swifties," says Cormier. "A high profile wedding like that could easily inspire more couples to start looking at New England for their own celebration."

Taylor Swift's Wedding Aesthetic & Decor Predictions

While we don't know exactly where Taylor Swift is getting married just yet, one thing is certain: wedding venues and aesthetics go hand-in-hand. As any couple on their wedding planning journey knows, an event's location inherently influences its overall vibe. If Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's wedding venue is indeed in Rhode Island, local vendors say their event may have a classic and coastal theme that pulls inspiration from the destination—especially when it comes to the decor. "I think she's going to go with a traditional aesthetic with whites, ivories, greenery and hints of coastal accents," says Megan Kenney-Pharo, sales manager for Pranzi Tents & Events. "That fits her."

As for the decor, pros suggest the enchanted garden setup from the proposal might serve as an Easter egg for what's to come. "The wedding flowers may be reminiscent of their engagement photos, but amped up," says Donna Humphries, founder of Floral Designs by Donna. "I think she'll use seasonal blooms such as peonies, because they're impactful stems with colors ranging from soft blush pink to vibrant bright hot pink."

Erin Nascimento of Cherryhill Flowers shares a similar vision. "We saw the engagement photos, so we know [the decor] is going to be big," she says. "I think their flowers will have a classic, old-school feel with tight roses and hydrangeas. I don't think it's going to be big and bold with color. I think the arrangements will be reserved, but over the top."

The Youngs say the couple's wedding flowers might include nods to the pop star's signature "eras" in her music catalog. "If Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding follows her signature style, we expect a lush, colorful and romantic floral design," they say. "Since Taylor often associates each album with a different color, the arrangements will likely feature a vibrant mix—purples, blues, peaches, greens, pinks and yellows—creating an English garden vibe with creative color blocking."

For a prewedding event, though, the Youngs envision a bolder take on one particular color that unites their careers: "For the rehearsal dinner, we predict a bolder, more playful palette with moody reds, reflecting Taylor's iconic love of red lipstick." Humphries shares a similar idea: "I would not be surprised if there's a tribute to the lyric, 'I got that red lip classic thing that you like,' which is also a nod to the Chiefs' color."

Taylor Swift's Wedding Food Predictions

It's also common for couples to base their wedding menu on local flavors and delicacies. Considering New England is synonymous with fresh seafood, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's potential Rhode Island wedding could feature fresh-caught fare. "I think all Rhode Islanders would love to see [Taylor and Travis' wedding menu] include New England staples like lobster mac and cheese, clam cakes and chowder," says Summer Murphy, director for Chelo's Banquets & Catering. "Rhode Island is also famous for 'hot wieners' [a steamed hot dog topped with spicy meat sauce]," she says. "It's a state staple and a fun idea for a late night snack."

Mitchell Laurienzo, sales and operations lead for Heritage Hospitality, anticipates a luxurious spread: "I think they'll have lots of sushi, a raw bar, caviar and gold toppings." Another non-negotiable? "A lot of local oysters," he says.

Ultimately, these predictions for Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's wedding venue and aesthetic are just that: educated guesses based on industry trends and what we know about the couple's tastes.
